Well I made it home to my apartment! My cat Fluff was happy to see me and I'm glad to be back in normal pajamas that cover my ass. I finally got feeling back in my left hand where the lightning hit and any damage done has almost healed. I still have trouble walking if I sit for long periods of time but that is getting better every day.

So, in the hospital, I started doing some research about lightning strikes and how some people had "things" happen to them after. Some people say they have telekinetic abilities, some are able to move with lightning speed, and some can actually use the electrical energy around them. The dark web has some interesting concepts and ideas, I read one article that calls people who have been struck by lightning, Storm Born. I really like that name.

We come to my next cast, this one required myself as a "storm born" and some simple words. I have already recited it, tried it, and have results. But I will still let you in on how to do the actual cast.

Lightning strike:

Find a safe location

Strong target, don't just shoot this at anything it will most likely explode

Make sure you've already been hit by lightning... twice.....

Hold up your hand at the target and picture the energy flowing out from your hand into it. Then say the words:

"Lightning bolt."

I'm not exactly sure if I even need to say an incantation, but it just felt right. After I did this, my hand erupted in a bright light and in one second I had obliterated my target. I was shocked, like how did I do that? And it confirmed that I am definitely something different now.

Maybe I have become the mage I've always wanted to be?
