This isn't a chapter, I know most people don't read author notes, don't worry I do that as well at times.

But I do have some bad news. As much as I would love to continue this story, I can't. I had every intention of finishing this story until the end, but I'm finding that I have to force myself to write these chapters and that's not what I want.

When you force yourself to write, the quality of what you write goes does tremendously.

It's not that I haven't loved this story, because I do. I just don't like how unprepared I made it. This book is not well written nor well prepared. I tried to make it seem like a book that could work but whenever I do write something, I hit road blocks because things don't line up or make sense in my head.

Events that happened in the past don't line up with what has to happen in the future and what does happen in the present.

I dug myself into a hole that I can't get out of and been trying to get out of. Normally I would just restart the book and do a fresh story. But the thing is, I don't really want too.

Magic Wars are overdone, they really are and I want to be writing a Setosorcerer book since he is my favorite Minecraft YouTuber.

Which is why I have a completely new book that can replace The Magic War with a much better storyline.

It's called the Journal Of the Amnesiac Wizard.

It's a first person point of view story that is only in Seto's point of view. I haven't written in first person in over two or three years since I switched to third person primarily to avoid the whole P.O.V switching thing that a lot of people find annoying and hard to follow. And from what my beta reader has said, I haven't lost my touch when it comes with first person writing, if anything, I've improved.

But as the title suggests, it's a journal that is laced with a story of a wizard (Seto) who was found unconscious and battle-wounded on the campus grounds of Fyre Academy of Magic by a group of students. He wakes up to find himself in the world of Vienna, a world that is in the midst of a brutal war. He has no memories of who he is or where he came from but the two things he does remember is that his name might be Seto and he is a skilled wizard. He starts a journal after a student suggests that he writes down everything he's learn and knows to help jog his memory of who he is. Also, he has to figure out what side of the war he is on and if he wants to help the Fyre Brothers, who has taken him in, fight this war or just stick to the sidelines and watch from afar.

That's all I'm going to say about it since this is a book that I want to definitely invest in. So I'm not going to give a lot away.

But yeah, I'm sorry to say that The Magic War is discontinued and will be deleted after the publication of Journal of the Amnesiac Wizard.
