Knife to See You!

A/N: Thank you guys for all of your support!!! It means the world to me!!

Gore trigger warning!!

Luz's POV:

Mark's apology left us flabbergasted. The kid who was nothing but cruel to us this whole time had a soft side. I shouldn't say I forgive him yet, but it was brave of him to stand up against his actions.

"Hey, I know I really fucked up, but is there any way I could sit by you guys at lunch? I'm scared of Alice's retaliation for my betrayal, and I really don't want to sit by her," he begged with tears in his eyes. Mark's face looked somber compared to his snarky exterior, and I felt like I could trust him. Yes, I know what I am doing is crazy, I mean this kid stabbed me, but his expression was full of terror and remorse.

"Ami, what do you think?" I whispered.

"It's up to you Luzy," she replied. Mark held his head to the ground refusing to look at our expressions.

"I think we should let him, Ami. What do you think?" I asked.

"I'm good with that, love," Ami responded while holding my hand with a tight grip.

"Then it is settled. Mark, you can sit with us at lunch," I cheered.

"Thank you so much! I promise to repay your kindness later," he cried. Little did we know we were not alone. He followed us to our table outside, as Willow gawked at the appearance of Mark.

"Get away from them!" Willow hissed using plant magic to hold him in place.

"Wait, Willow he is with us!" I shouted. Quickly, Mark was freed as he rubbed his wrists.

"I'm sorry, what?" Willow asked in shock.

"Willow he apologized. Mr. Blight is the reason behind his actions," Ami explained.

"He is still an ass, but if you trust him I will too," Willow sighed while sitting down at the table. We all made it to the table to notice Mark's sudden disapearence.

"Where is he?" I asked.

"I don't know he was just here," Ami replied while scanning the area around us.

"AHHH!!!" screaming sounded to the right of us. Quickly, we stood up to see Mark in the shaded area. Alice stood behind him like a snake with a large dagger resting in her palm.

Mark's POV:

"Quiet down Marky," she cooed. Her breath was hot against my neck as she held me with the dagger I threw in the forest long ago.

"What do you want?" I growled. Her laughter rang through my ears.

"What do I want? I want to rid the world of traitors," she giggled as she pressed the silver dagger close to my chest piercing the top layer of my skin.

"Urgh!" I grunted as pain shot through my body.

"I like you, so I'll make you a deal," she claimed while twisting the dagger like a nail. My body was filled with shock as my pain escalated.

"What do you want," I coughed. Her hand pet my hair in a mocking way.

"I want you to join me Marky! You betrayed me, but you can still change. We wanted this together, and I need you to complete our plan. Listen, once we get our ranks we can kill both of them off, and we can be together forever," she cooed.

"Why do you think I would join you," I scowled.

"Well, you really have no choice. Plus, this is what you wanted isn't it? I mean you did drag me into this charade," she toyed. Fuck! I hate that dagger. All it does is remind me of my mistakes. I guess I deserve this, huh? My head raced with thoughts I knew would be my last. In my soul, I knew I would never hurt Luz and Amity again because I refused to.

"No!" I whimpered.

"Huh? What was that I couldn't hear you?" she asked.

"No way!" I cried.

"Why do you have to be like this Mark? We could have been the most powerful witches on the Boiling Isles, yet you want to throw it all away. Your moral complex is hypocritical of your actions Marky, they will never forgive your ass! I'm giving you one last chance," she shouted as she pushed her dagger deeper into my chest.

"AHHH!" I screamed as I saw the world around me greying.

"Get away from him!" I heard a voice yell.

"Why? This traitor doesn't deserve to live. He hurt you so much," Alice giggled.

"You are hurting me more! Please, stop this," Luz cried.

"Maybe I will, if you break up with Ami for me I'll leave him be," she claimed. I noticed her stagger in her expression. She pulled out a piece of paper as she ran towards me.

"Please Luz, I deserve this," I cried while dropping to the floor. Slowly, I brought my hand to my chest where the dagger laid.

"No you don't!" she shouted as she attacked Alice. Blood covered my hand as I struggled to remove the blade. Willow ran to my side, as she carried me with plants.

"Aww! Luzy has a moral compas. That is really attractive," Alice cooed. Fire was halted with a reverse spell. My one question was where the hell are all the teachers in this school.

"Here, I have medicine for your wound. This may sting," Willow instructed. Hell, she was right about the sting, but a scab instantly started to cover the implement mark.

"Thank you, Willow. I'm sorry for everything," I apologized as my vision wavered.

"No problem Mark, you stood up for what is right. I can't say I forgive you yet, but you seem like a good person who was tainted," she replied.

Luz's POV:

"Oh, my dear! You think you can win against me?" Alice giggled. Ash prepared fire glyphs in front of me.

"No, but Ash can," I claimed. Her face looked puzzled as she inched closer to me. I activated my staff, and flames caught her in a inferno; however, she disappeared from the smoke.

"Who? I don't care. You are mine!" she hissed as she wrapped her arms around me.

"No she is not!" Ami growled as her wolf ears appeared on her head.

"What's it with you and freaks Luzy?" Alice asked as her grip tightened on my throat.

"Urgh! Get off of me!" I shouted. Ami ran to me while pushing Alice a foot away.

"Why isn't our strength working?" Ami questioned. Suddenly, we noticed a strength patch was on the back of Alice's neck. She really planned this one out didn't she?

"I can't take on the two of you, so I'll have to call this a draw for now," Alice cooed.

"Phew!" Ami and I sighed in unison.

"Don't worry, I'll be back!" she giggled while skipping away.

"Mark are you okay?" I asked.

"Yeah, Urgh! Willow healed my wound, but the pain is still strong," he gasped.

"Mark, I forgive you," I claimed.

"What? Why? Luz, you know I don't deserve it. Please, just hate me it will be easier that way," Mark cried.

"No, you proved yourself today Mark. I forgive you," I retorted.

"Thank you, Luz," he replied.

"I forgive you too Mark," Ami explained.

"God! You guys are being too nice! Come on," he cried while he gave us a hug.

"That was only fifteen minutes, wow, that felt a lot longer," I claimed.

"Yeah, lets eat lunch so we don't starve," Willow added. We scarfed down our food, as we lacked time. The bell rang through the air as we struggled towards Illusions class.

"Ready for the test today guys?" Mark asked trying to start a conversation. Crap! that was today wasn't it?

"No, hopefully we will get out of it from our absences," Ami claimed.

"Well, I wish the best of luck for you two," he offered with a smile.

"Thank you Mark! Same goes for you too," I replied. We walked into the somber illusions room to see the twins standing by our table, and a blood red letter was seen on Mark's table.
