"Any relative of her that you know about?"

I just gave him a curt nod and asked, "Anything else you want to know?"

"I still need to give the pin," I said, looking back at him.

His snile widened, almost maliciously.

"Yeah, that's the last ticket to your freedom. Enter the code and you are free to leave. But let me give you a warning. You can o my enter the code once. If it's not correct, the system will auto-lock"

I knew it. This had been a trap. Ofcourse I didn't know the code.

I huffed and walked back. All hope was lost. It was impossible for me to escape from here.

"Hey, where are you going? You are not even going to try? And here I thought, you really had some guts."

I whrilled back and snarled back at him, "It's impossible for me to assume the code correctly at the first try! You knew that very well. This is just your fucking game!"

"Okay, let me make this easier for you," he said wand walked up to the door. The keypad appeared and along with it, a bracket like cuff.

He entered the first 3 digit, so fast that J didn't get the chance to see it, and looked back at me.

"Now come, you only have to enter the last digit and you are free as a bird." Saying this he moved back giving me space to walk up to the door.

"I still have very less chance," I uttered.

But I would have to try. I couldn't let this opportunity go because I chickened out.

"Give it a try atleast," he enougred me.

Taking a deep breath I entered my hand into the cuff, and it locked automatically. The keypad was in front of me and I just had to enter a single number. I was just a digital away form my freedom.

I decided to give my luck a final try and entered my lucky number, 4.

The moment I gave the number, the keypad disappeared and a red light glowed up around the bracelet my hand was locked in.

My pulses quickened and I threw a look at him. He had a spiteful smile plastered on his face before it turned into a maniacal laughter.

"What the fuck is going on?" I screamed out, and tried to pull back mt hand, but in vain.

"Did I forget to mention that if you enter the wrong code, it would also give you electric current which may not kill you but would freeze your muscles painfully for a prolong time," he whispered and gave me a cunning smile.

That was the last words I heard, before my muscles locked and my body started to seize. A loud buzz broke out in my head and it felt like my body was getting poked by thousand needles at the same time.

My body dropped down on the floor and I was on the verge of unconsciousness, when the I heard the faint whisper...
