"Maxene..." Waldrin muttered in an awed voice when he saw Maxene seating on his couch. They just finished dinner and he had been waiting for her since this afternoon. 

Agad siyang lumapit sa kasintahan and cupped her face. Namumugto ang mga namumula niyang mata. 

"Hey baby, what's wrong?" He sat besides her and wrapped her in his arms. 

"What happened?" He asked again pero ang mga mumunting hikbi lang nito ang sumasagot sa kanya. "Calm down first, do you want anything? Juice? Water? Nagdinner ka na ba?" Maxene wrapped her arms around him and made herself comfortable. 

"I need someone to talk to..." Maxene sniffed. Waldrin brushed her hair at masuyong hinalikan ang tuktok ng ulo nito. 

"I am here." He said. 

Nag-angat ng katawan si Maxene and looked at Waldrin who looks so worried. His hand immediately caress her face wiping the tears on her cheeks. 

"Can you get me a drink? Vodka perhaps or the strongest one you can handle." Natigilan si Waldrin sa sinabi nito. 

"No, that's not good---"

"Please... I wanna let all these out. Ayoko na ng may kinikimkim. Ayoko ng pahirapan ang sarili ko." Waldrin's eyes grew wider when Maxene break down in front of him. Halos hindi niya alam kung anong gagawin niya. 

She looks so hurt and so sad and his heart clenches with that view.

"Ssshhh sorry... I'll go get some but first, I want you drink some water in my fridge." He said as he wiped again her tears. Tumango si Maxene sa kanya, she looks like a lost child. And he can't help but admire her even more. She looks more of an angel for him kahit luhaan ito. He heaved a sigh at lumabas na ng kwarto niya. 

He was holding a tray when he returned to his room. Naabutan naman niya si Maxene na nakasandal sa sofa at may hawak na baso ng tubig. He fixed the drinks on his mini table at muling tumabi kay Maxene. 

He guided her head towards his shoulder at masuyong hinahaplos ang buhok nito. 

"I found Christine." Maxene uttered muling nanginig ang katawan nito. Waldrin's left arm wrapped around her habang ang isang kamay nito'y nagsasalin ng alak sa basong may yelo. Iniabot niya ang baso kay Maxene and she immediately drank it like it was just a water. 

"Relax baby... I'm hear to listen... Take your time, I won't go anywhere." His hand brush her shoulder and Maxene felt comfortable with it. The vodka or whatever it is, helped to calm her nerves. 

Hanggang sa makuha na niya at maipon ang lakas ng loob na magkwento kay Waldrin na kanina pa siya pinapanood. He was not drinking hardly, para na rin mabantayan niya ng mabuti si Maxene. 

"I found Christine, and you know who she is?" Mapupungay ang kanyang mga matang bumaling kay Waldrin. "She was Marshan..." 

Muntikan ng mabitawan ni Waldrin ang basong hawak niya. 

"He said they were twins, but he was wrong because we are triplets! Tatlo kami! Pero bakit hindi niya alam? Bakit hindi nila alam?! I cannot just pop out of nowhere! May nanay ako, may tatay ako kaya ako nabuo! But why is that she doesn't even know that she gave birth to me?" 

Maxene harshly wiped the tears on her face and Waldrin was just too stunned of what she has blurted out. 

"But I guess it's okay, I was born with a severe case of epilepsy, I was born alive but will die right away and Christian had a heart failure. My father agreed to transfer my heart to Christian, atleast he could save one of us but he doesn't want my mother to know that she lost a child. It would be painful for her... 

Muling nagsalin ng alak s abaso si Maxene. 

"T-Then how come you're alive?" Waldrin cannot comprehend. 

"My father sold me to Primera, so they could use some of my organs for those who are in need and he could hide the fact that I was born."

"Baby..." Umusog si Waldrin papalapit kay Maxene and buried his face on her back. He felt the pain, Maxene was trying to conceal. His arms wrapped around her as he pulled her for a back hug. 

Maxene drank another glass. 

"He was able to erase my record of existence, but when Primera successfully given me another heart dun naman ako binili ng Lord of Venom, they cured my illness with Marijuana, I've been dependent on marijuana until I finished elementary." 

"How are you feeling? Are you mad? Are you angry? Do you want to vent it out?" Humigpit ang pagkakayakap sa kanya ni Waldrin. Binaba ni Maxene ang baso sa mesa and face Waldrin. 

"I am not, I totally understand. If I was already at the right mind, I will tell my father that he did the right thing, I will be willing to give every piece of me to make them alive." Walang tigil ang pagbuhos ng kanyang mga luha and Waldrin is not liking it anymore. His heart clenches. 

"It was the first time I saw my parents' faces! Na nakasama ko ang ibang mga kapatid ko, I hope I could have felt happier! But I felt empty, matagal kong pinangarap na masilayan sila, kahit masilayan lang sila. P-Per bakit ganun?" 

Her voice broke. "Bakit hindi ako makaramdam ng saya?" 

He brushed his palm on her face. 

"I have a lot of things I wanted to tell him... And if ever... if ever I won't be able to tell those to him, would you do it for me?" Gumaralgal ang kanyang boses as she gripped on Waldrin's clothes. Waldrin cupped her face and nodded at her. 

"Can you tell him that it's okay? That I was never mad when I found out the truth. That I am thankful enough that he chose to let Christian live, that he chose to make my mother happy. Tell him that it's okay... It's okay... and if ever you told him those words, will you ask him...."

Humina ang boses ni Maxene and she let her body lean on Waldrin. She's been exhausted and sad. Hinang-hina na siya sa mga nalaman niya ngayong araw. She badly needed a rest. 

"....will you ask him my name?"

M A X E N E 

I never had such a good sleep ever since I could remember. The comforter is very warm at tama lang ang lamig ng aircon. I glanced at the digital clock at the bedside table when I felt an arm brushing my naked waist. 

Napasinghap akong napabangon when I realized my nakedness!

Oh sh*t! What the hell?! 

Waldrin is soundly sleeping besides me at ang kamay niya'y nakadantay sa tiyan ko. His upper body was shamelessly exposed and my eyes cannot handle it! Sinilip ko ang ilalim ng comforter and I am naked! Saksi ang mga kalat naming damit sa sahig. 

What the f*ck just happened?! Napasabunot ako sa buhok ko when I can't remember anything happened last night! Ni hindi ko nga alam kung bakit andito ako sa kwarto ni Waldrin!! I bit my lower lip at dahan-dahang tinanggal ang braso ni Waldrin sa tiyan ko. 

I wrapped my body with the blanket bago ako bumaba ng kama niya. 

"Where are you going?!" Napasinghap ako when he suddenly grab my arm kaya napahiga muli ako sa kama. Waldrin on top of me, pinning me against his bed. Nanlalaki ang mga mata ko while my face is burning up in embarrassment. 

"Oh my baby's shy." He chuckled and moved off me. Mabilis akong bumangon at nagsumiksik sa kama. 

"D-D-Did we really do it?" I asked. Natigilan siya sa pagtawa at kunot noong bumaling sakin. 

"You don't remember?" 

Umiling ako at itinakip ang kumot sa kalahati ng mukha ko. Humarap sakin si Waldrin at agad akong napaiwas ng tingin. His chest and abdomen are just in front of me, this is so weird!!!

"Maybe, the alcohol..." He sighed. "But I want you to know that I didn't take advantage of you. Actually, akala ko tulog ka na but then I just felt you kissing me in the middle of the night so I kissed you back and then---" 

"WAIT! DON'T CONTINUE!" I covered my whole face sa sobrang kahihiyan because I remembered doing it. I thought it was just a dream! D*mn! MAXENE!!!!! What have you done?! 

"Are you mad? Nagsisisi ka ba?" Waldrin pulled the blanket off my face at hindi ko na alam kung gaano ako kapula ngayon. 

"S-Sorry, I was out of control---"

"It's okay... I am happy. It's our first time but I didn't imagine na aabot tayo ng 8 rounds." He chuckled. Muli kong tinakpan ang mukha ko sa sobrang hiya. 

"It's almost time for lunch, do you want me to cook anything for you?" 

I removed the blanket off my face and watch Waldrin. There's this different spark in his eyes na ngayon ko lang nakita. 

"U-Uhm no, I'll cook for you. But can I take a bath first?" Sumilay ang ngiti sa mga labi niya. I squinted when he put his arms around me and slightly pulled me towards his body. 

"Okay, I don't want you to feel more embarrassed. I love you, sa kabilang kwarto na ko maliligo." He said and kissed me. I covered my eyes when he get off his bed and put some clothes on. Tsaka ko lang inalis  when I heard the door close. Mabilis akong tumakbo papunta sa banyo niya para maligo. 

"Magandang umaga po." Bati ko sa maid na naabutan ko sa kusina. I took a quick shower and just towel dried my hair. 

"Tanghali na ija." She kidded. "Gusto mo bang kumuha ako ng mga damit ni Wela? Mukhang malaki sayo ang tshirt ni Waldrin." 

"Ahh hindi na po. It's okay. I'm comfortable with this. Asan po pala sina Tita Alicia?" 

"Lunes ngayon ija, may pasok sa trabaho." My eyes widen when I realized na may school nga pala kami today. I haven't check my phone either. Napabuntong hininga na lang ako. 

"Pwede ko po bang hiramin ang kusina? Magluluto lang po sana ako ng lunch namin ni Waldrin." 

"Aba'y pwedeng-pwede ija." She chuckled. "Nakadisplay naman diyan lahat ng kakailanganin mo at marami namang stocks sa ref." 

"Thank you po." I smiled at her. I tied my damp hair into a messy bun bago ko ilabas ang mga lulutuin ko. I gasped when Waldrin suddenly kissed me on the cheek kasabay ng pagyakap niya sakin mula sa likod. 

"Ang bango naman! Amoy Waldrin..." He giggled. I tapped his arm on my tummy at nakanguso naman siyang humarap sakin. 

"Stop that, andaming tao..." I hissed at him. 

"Bakit ba? Maingit sila kung gusto nila." Humalukipkip siya sa tabi ko habang nakasandal sa gilid ng kitchen counter. 

I pinch his cheeks at agad naman siyang napahawak sa kamay ko. "Ang baby mo talaga!" I teased him. 

"Ouch!" He pouted. "But seriously baby okay ka na ba? Nailabas mo na ba lahat ng hinanakit mo?" 

"Mmmmm. I'm feeling light. Thank you for being all ears." I smiled at him. 

"No baby, I gave my whole body to you last night just to make you feel better---"

I slapped his arm pero tumawa lang siya. 

"Sira ka talaga! Tulungan mo na nga lang akong magluto!" I snorted. His laughs where just like music to my ears and I can't help but smile with him because his laugh is contagious. 

"Wala bang mahapdi sayo or masakit sa katawan, because I can already feel my body crying." He said slightly massaging his shoulder. 

"I am used to body pains kaya I don't really know." 

We finished cooking at wala na kaming ibang ginawa kundi ang magkulitan at magharutan. Buti na lang hindi nasunog yung niluluto namin sa sobrang landi nitong kasama ko. 

"We're absent today, what's your excuse?" I asked him habang inaayos namin yung mesa. 

"We're the owner of the school, and it's no big deal. Ipinaalam na rin kita kay Lola." He said. 

"Did you tell them that I slept with you last night?!" I gasped. Ngumisi siya sakin and even winked at me. 

"You don't have to worry, just relax okay? Sa tingin mo pakakawalan pa kita?" He smirked at pinaupo na ko sa upuan. "I am giving you more reasons to marry me." He sat besides me at nilagyan na ng kanin ang plato ko. 

"Well, I cannot imagine myself marrying someone else." I grinned at him. He softly pinch my cheeks. 

"Ang cheesy mo." He said.

"Ang landi mo." I chuckled as I pinch his cheeks, too. I never imagined that we could be like this, that we can laugh and giggle like this. 

Parehas man kaming cold before, but f*ck science, we just proved that ice can also melt ice. 

"Baby..." Bumaling ako sa kanya while I was chewing my food. 

"Hmmm?" 

"I want to make it official kahit ayaw mong may makaalam na iba." My eyes widen when he took my hand and slid a diamond ring on my left ring finger. 

"I love you. You complete me, Maxene." Nabitawan ko ang hawak kong kutsara and slowly covered my mouth. Nalunok ko pa yung nginunguya ko kanina. 

"It's so pretty." I gasped as I looked at my finger. My heart just burst in happiness, I cannot contain it. I maybe too young, we maybe too young. But this is the oldest I can get, I am glad I fell in love with him. 

I grab his face and planted kisses on it. "I love you." 

A/N: She's happy now, pero hanggang kailan kaya siya magiging masaya? Char!! XD
