Chapter 3

TAEHYUNG'S POV

I looked up as my cabin door opened, watching from the corner of my eye as my newly hired secretary walked in and set down some files in front of me.

"The documents you asked for, Mr. Kim," she said with a sultry air as she discreetly hitched up her skirt.

I sighed, raking through the papers without looking at her.

"Secretary Jang," I mused.

"Yes, sir?" She leaned forward to give me a sneak peak of her generous bosom.

"What were you hired for?"

"Obviously, to assist you, Mr. Kim,"

"That seems like a sex joke,"

"Mr. Kim!" She trilled, her botox filled lips sticking out into a pout. "Don't say things like that. It makes me shy,"

I rolled my eyes.

"I'm going to ask you again," I said, my voice dangerously calm and quiet. "Were you hired to help me out with company issues, or to try to seduce me?"

She stopped, moving backwards. It seemed that she'd finally realized that I meant business.

"Uh-"

"You're not my type," I said smoothly. "I don't like women like you,"

"What's women like me supposed to mean?" She blurted out, jabbing a long nail on my desk.

"Women that have slept with more men than I can count,"

"T- that's so sexist! Just how many girls have you-"

"You're dismissed," I said airily. "I will write you a reference for your next workplace, if you like,"

Her mouth left open and moving like a gaping fish, she turned and stormed away in a huff.

"Oh, Jang Geum-hi," I called, my voice darkening into a thunder-like rumble.

"Do not try to sleep your way into success again,"

_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_

"Hey, Jimin," I spoke into my phone, smiling as his usual musical voice came into my ear.

"Tae! What have you been doing, bro? I've been trying to call you for hours!"

"Sorry. I had to get rid of some vermin,"

"I take it you didn't like the secretary I hired for you?" He chuckled.

"She was a slut," I replied bluntly.

"Jiminie, what's a slut?" A girl's voice came from the background.

"Aish, now look, Tae," he groaned. "Yoongi Hyung's gonna kill me! Li-na, doll, that's a bad word. Don't say it again,"

"I didn't mean to," Min Li-na whined. Her voice had barely changed from when she was 10 years old. It was still high pitched and sweet, but kind of annoying.

She was quite the sheltered child. After going to the Mins, she was homeschooled until she finally entered high school.

"You're with Li-na?" I said, unlocking my penthouse and going inside.

Yeontan greeted me with a bark, jumping up from his dog bed and rubbing his self against my shins.

"Tannie?" Jimin said. "You're at home?"

"Uh huh," I answered, flopping down on the sofa.

"That's great! Li-na and I are at mine. I'll be over in five,"

"Wait-"

The phone line went dead as I sighed, kicking the coffee table in front of me and wincing in pain.

"Ow!"

_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_

"We're heeeeere!" Jimin yelled, high-fiving Tannie's paw and settling himself in my kitchen, grabbing a bottle of wine.

"Jimin, we can't drink in front of minors," I pointedly looked at Li-na, who frowned at me in response.

Jimin groaned, nevertheless pouring himself a glass. "Just a little won't hurt,"

"Close your eyes, underage," I jeered, gleefully grinning as her face twisted into a look of disgust.

"I hate you," she grumbled, focusing herself on Yeontan, who was all the happiest to receive cuddles and kisses.

"Right back at you, kid,"

She glared at me, arms so tight around Yeontan I was afraid she'd squish him into a million pieces.

"When will you stop? I'm only 3 years younger than you!"

"3 years is 36.025 months, 156.429 weeks, 1095.75 days, 26280 hours, 94672800 secon-"

"We get it, Taehyung!" Jimin interrupted, tutting and shaking his head. "When will you two get out of eachother's throats? And I don't mean the tongue fucking type-"

"A child is present!" Jin Hyung appeared out of nowhere, his ears red and looking furious. "Park Jimin, wash your dirty mouth out with soap!"

"Hyung?" I gaped at him.

Jin had apparently just materialized into my living room.

"Kim Taehyung!" He scolded, pulling off his washing up gloves. "Your kitchen is atrocious! No healthy food in sight, just chips and ramen packets in the cupboards!"

"Hyung, don't start this-"

"And you, little girl!" He turned to Li-na, his tone softening but still firm. "You should know better than to hang around with these troublesome boys! I'll be speaking to Yoongi about this!"

"Jin Oppa, it's not my fault, Jimin-"

"Ah!" He crossed his arms over his chest. "No excuses, missy! Now, come help me with dinner, princess,"

Li-na followed him out obediently, throwing a glare in my direction and not-so-subtly throwing me the bird from behind.

Jimin gasped, hands flying to his mouth of though she'd committed suicide in front of his eyes.

"Surprised?" I cocked an eyebrow. "I get this all the time,"

LI-NA'S POV

"Those boys are horrifying! The language that comes from their mouths-"

"Oppa, calm down," I begged, giving him the vegetables I'd chopped.

He took a deep breath, muttering something under his breath, before turning and taking the veggies.

"I am calm," he said, sliding them into a pot and stirring the soup. "Okay, let's forget about that. What have you been up to recently? That maknae of ours being nice to you?"

"Of course, Jinnie," I laughed, starting to wash the few dishes we'd used.

"You've been safe, right? Remember what I taught you, if a big guy in black approaches you, whether night or day-"

"Kick him in the balls," I finished off, grinning as he sent a flying kiss my way.

"That's my Li. So, has Taehyung been arguing with you again? Just tell me if he does anything, and I'll teach him a lesson, okay?"

"Don't worry about it," I smiled. "I'll just tell Yoon Oppa, and he won't live to see the next sunrise,"

"Good girl," he ruffled my hair, before getting back to his pot of soup.

I helped him bring the soup and sat down around the table. The two boys thanked us before hungrily pouncing on the food.

"I see your cooking skills are on par with Jin's, Li-Li!" Jimin praised, making me blush slightly.

"I'm nowhere near as good," I said modestly.

"Yeah, it's true," Taehyung piped up. "Once I walked in on her burning a packet of ramen,"

"How did you manage to do that?" Jin and Jimin asked at the same time.

Before I could open my mouth, Taehyung eagerly crowed:

"She forgot to add the water,"

The guys fell about laughing as I smacked them all, huffing.

"I was 12, okay!? Geez,"

"Okay, okay," Jimin wiped a tear from his eyes, still chuckling. "But one time Taehyung burnt his bread black and tried to take it out the toaster with a metal fork. When we came in to see why he'd screamed, his hair was stood up at the ends and his face twisted like he was constipated,"

"Alright, unnecessary, Jimin," Taehyung said with a glare as I burst into laughter, clapping a hand over my mouth.

"That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of Kim Taehyung doing. And trust me, there's a lot of stupid things he does,"

Taehyung pointed at me, looking at Jin. "You see how disrespectful she is, Hyung? She even talks to me without honorifics,"

"Talk to Yoongi about it, not me," my angel put his hands up in surrender, making Tae low-key flip me off.

I stuck my tongue out at him, leaning against Jin's broad shoulder and hugging his arm.

Min Li-na, 1.

Kim Taehyung, 0.

---------------

Sorry, I know this chapter is boring.

We finally got our first female OC POV!

Anyway, I want to get to know my readers, and their opinions more.

Feel free to curse at any characters, because you're at full liberty to.

This chapter was supposed to be updated yesterday, but I had to go somewhere, which took up my entire day.

I'm wondering whether I should start another book, an OT7 FF starring BTS as the OC's Mafia siblings.

Question: Who is your bias, and bias wrecker of BTS?

Happy reading!
