I leaned against the wall for preventing someone from seeing me and ran slowly towards the gate as silent as a cat.

When I already reached the gate, I wanted to open the small door but something was coming to this way.

Quickly, I hid in the shadows and leaned against the wall  beside the gate. I heard the gate opened automatically and a roar of engine moving through it.

I gulped when I saw his familiar luxury car again as my heart started beating very fast in my ribs cage.

Well what was he doing in this late night?

"Please don't see me."I murmured to myself and prayed in hope that he will not seeing me here.

When he already far from me, I exhaled the breath that I didn't realised that I was holding.

The gate started to close again, I ran towards it very fast before it closed and slipped through it.

Finally.

I looked back towards the house and smirked.

See you again.

Then, I ran to the left as I looked around to see where am I right now. I slow down my legs and turned the corner to see all of it were only many various house.

Where am I?

My eyebrow furrowed because I didn't saw any car around the road so I just walked and followed it.

My breath hitched when I felt someone was watching me making me shivered.

I fasten my legs and I felt it was following me. I turned my head over my shoulder and I saw nothing.

When I turned around I felt someone grabbed my wrist making me screamed but it was muffled because my mouth was closed by a small soft hand.

My back contact a wall as my eyes widen when I saw a familiar beautiful face in front of me.

"Carol?"I said and gasped but it became muffled again because of her hand making her snatched her hands away.

She was the girl that prepared me and dressing me for the auction when I was kidnapped.

"Sorry."she said and stared me,"I think I know you--"she shriek.

I nodded,"It's me Zah--"

"Zahra!"she squealed and crushing my body with her hugged as I giggled and patted her back.

"Oh my god. You're alive."she said after pulling away but still holding my shoulder.

"Yeah, you're also alive from the fire."I patted her hand and grinning widely at her that still looking at me.

Suddenly she gasped and leaned against the wall beside me. Before I asked her what's wrong she put her index finger on her lips making me shut my mouth.

She peeking over the wall to look around then her shoulder slumped as if she was relieved.

My eyebrow furrowed when I saw her looked around once again then straighten her body.

"What's wrong?"I whispered and looked around to see something suspicious.

"You should have known that we can't walk around when it's already midnight."she said and looked at me.

What does that mean?

"Huhh?"my eyebrow furrowed when she said that.

"You don't know?"she asked me while looking at me suspiciously.

I shook my head as a no making her frowned. She stared at me longer making me uncomfortable.

"What are you doing here this late?"she asked suddenly making me gulped a lump in my throat.

This wasn't good.

Should I told her or not?

"Just walking around."I said and laughed awkwardly making her arched her eyebrow.

"Walking around at midnight?"she crossed her arms over her chest and stared me making me looked everywhere but her.

Well I guessed I can told her.

I sighed,"I escape and ran away."I told her making her frowned deepen.

"Escape? Ran? From who?"she asked.

Before I replied, she pulled my hand and whispered,"Not here. We aren't save. Look at there."

She gestured her hand to the road and I looked at the road making my breath hitched as I stared the familiar car and a few luxury car behind it.

Oh my Allah.

He already knew that I escaped.

I snapped from my thoughts when Carol grabbed my hand as we entered a big house in the corner then we tip toed towards the stairs.

We walked down the corridor then she turned the knob of the door to her right, opening it before entering it.

I looked around and saw it was a bedroom. The queen size bed against the purple walls and a nightstand on both it's side.

Her bedroom.

Carol sat on her bed and I followed her then sat on her side.

"I want an answer. Why did you ran and escape? From who?"she demanded and I sighed.

"I ran from the house or should I say, escape from him."I replied and ran my hand to my face.

"Him? Who?"she asked and arched her eyebrow.

Well I didn't remembered his name.

"Him. I don't know his name but people always called him King."I told her making her gasped.

Why?

"The King?"she asked making me nodded.

"You don't know his name and you ran from him. So, you are--"she whispered yelled and I looked at her innocently.

What's wrong?

"You're her."she gasped and grabbed my shoulder.

Her? Who?

I blinked my eyes as she stared me with her wide eyes and shook my shoulder.

"Her? What do you mean?"I asked.

"Oh my god! You're the King's future wife that people always talk. They said that his soon to be wife is a muslim. So that's you."she replied and still stared me.

My eyes widen when all the words slipped from her lips.

"H-How did you know?"

"Of course I know the news spread around here because we're in his property."she told me making me frowned.

"His property?"I blinked my eyes making her gasped again.

"You don't know all about this do you?"she said as she threw her hand in the air making me shook my head.

"Oh my god. Don't you know we're still in his property because this house and all the house across the road, this bedroom, this bed and all of it around here is His."

I gasped when she said that. So, I'm still around him. That's why Maya said that here has really high security.

"Here."I didn't even realised that Carol already stood in front of me and holding a newspaper making me frowned.

I grabbed it then looked at it making me gasped because I saw a club that burned down on the picture as I read the letters.

The cause of the destructive burning still in the investigation because Police and the authorities can't find any evidence that shown that it was intentional. The court authenticated that this case is closed after a months finding any evidence.

"You remember this club. That's where the place that we meet and the place we're kidnapped."she said making my eyes widen but I frowned.

I remembered that day before I left the place it's already burned.

"You want to know who are the cause of this fire?"she asked making me nodded.

"It's him. You husband to be. The king!He and his friend also saving me and the others from the kidnappers."she said making my breath hitched as I stared the picture on my hand.

"H-How..What do you mean? Who is he actually?"I stuttered then looked at her with wide eyes.

"Oh my god. You also didn't know about this. You gotta to be kidding me. He's the King of the Ma--"her words cut off when someone was knocking her door.

King of the what?

What ever. I didn't wanted to know about him.

She put a finger on her lips and I walked towards the wall and hid into the shadows then crouched down.

I saw her opened the door but only with her head peeked out and I heard a familiar voice.

"I'm sorry for bothering you. But this is urgent because something happens, so the King ask all of us to check all the room."he talked making my eyes widen.

Carol turned her head over her shoulder then looked at me and I shook my head because I didn't wanted back to his house.

She nodded and said to him,"Now? I'm sorry but I'm naked right now." she laughed then I saw her nodded and talked to him but I can't heard them then closed the door.

My shoulder slumped in relieved and I stood to my feet. I sat on her bed and put my head into my palms then groaned.

I didn't even expected that he will searching me until here.

Well Zahra you're still in his property.

"Hey, are you okay?"Carol grabbed my shoulder and asked softly.

I looked at her then sighing as I nodded to her.

"You know that man before, Jack said that the future wife King's is missing. So, he ask all of his men to find you now."she said making me fisted my knuckles on my lap.

"Why are you running from him?"she asked softly then held my hand making the gripped loose.

"I don't want to marry him."I whispered and my eyes started to blur.

"I-I don't know about him at all. His name. Who he is. How can I married with a stranger?"my voice cracked when I spoke as I wiped the tears on my cheek.

I heard her sighing as she squeezed my hand and patted it softly.

"You know I can help you escape if you want to. But,you can't run away from here before across the main gate. It's really hard to run from here. He have many guards and high security."she said after a couple of minutes silent then smiled softly making me stared her.

I looked into her eyes and I saw sincerity in it. She was serious.

"Really. You're going to help me."I asked then she nodded.

"Thank you."I gasped then embraced her making her giggled.

She patted my back then rubbed my eyes and cheek that covered with my tears.

"Okay, we should go right now since they didn't know you're here and if the sun rise it's more hard for you to escape from here."she said and stood up.

I followed her to the door when she peeked her head to see if the corridor was silent. She turned her head towards me then nodded. We walked out from the room slowly for preventing any sound from our shoes.

Carol and I walked down the stairs,turned the main door knob before opening it.

Then we saw that the road was silent, Carol grabbed my hand and we walked towards the main gate while leaning against the wall.

She pulled her palms in the air as a cue for us to stop when she saw something was moving.

She nodded again when it's cleared. We walked  through various house, the trees and struggled to walk towards the main gate.

How far this main gate was?

Carol and I leaned against the wall when both of us trying to catch our breath because we're already tired.

Then she looked at me and grabbed my hand,"Here,for you."she tucked her hand to her pocket then pulled out some money from it as she put it on my palm.

"You don't have to."I gave her back the money but she refused.

"It's for your help. I know you have nothing right now."she smiled softly and patted my shoulder.

I sighed because she was right. I have nothing right now.

"Thank you Carol. You're already help me a lot. I don't know how to pay it."I grabbed her hands after put the money into my pocket making her smile widen.

"No problem. Well I can't help you to escape before but now I'll try."she grinned widely then she became serious again.

"Listen to me. I have a friend that close to me that guarding the main gate. So I'll pretend to talk to him while you trying to escape, okay."she said making me listened to her carefully and nodded.

"Are you ready?"she asked, after I nodded she grabbed my hands as we walked towards the main gate.

I pulled the hoodie over my head to cover myself, when we're already in front of the gate my eyes widen when I saw there were two luxury cars that guarding the gate.

I heard some gasped escaped Carol's lips and I knew that she also wasn't expected that there's will be a lot of them.

They were about eight men that guarding the gate while looking around. Not to forget that all of them were really big and tall that covered will all the bulging muscles.

Bowing my head, I felt Carol squeezing my hands for encouraging me as I mimicked her as my heart started to beat very fast against my rib cage.

I looked at the corner of my eyes some of his men already looked at both of us making me scooted closer to Carol then bowed my head lower.

I saw from the corner of my eyes that the main gate were opened just a little  but enough for a person slipped through it.

"Hey, Lucas. What's going on here?"I heard Carol talked when we're already reached the main gate.

The man that named Lucas looked around then he smiled when he saw Carol. Lucas was really tall with his red hair and brown eyes but that made me afraid was his eyes also caught mine making me gulped.

I hope they didn't knew who I am.

We stopped when we're already in front of him and there were many eyes that watching us making me shivered.

This wasn't a good idea.

"Well something happens, the King ask us to guard this gate as usual."his rough voice sounded to my ears.

I still felt that all the stares from all of them on my back and it's terrifying until making me shuddered.

After a couple of minutes the stares were gone while Carol and Lucas were talking.

Well at least I can felt more a bit relieved because he doesn't asked about me.

I snapped from my thoughts when Carol squeezing my hands then whispered against my ears.

"Get ready. I'm going to act like I'm going to faint to catch their attention so you can escape."she whispered then smiled to Lucas when he stared us suspiciously.

"Thanks."I squeezed her hands back then inhaled deeply making her winked at me.

She's really kind. I'm very thankful for having such a good friend liked her.

Carol continued to talk to Lucas but suddenly she let go my hand and coughing furiously.

I guessed this was my cue.

I took a step back when Carol started to fall down then she nodded at me.

Thank you so much carol.

"Carol!"Lucas shouted as he caught Carol before she fell to the ground making all of the men looked at him.

"Help!"Lucas shouted again making them started to run towards him and I back away from them until I stopped when my back hit the gate.

Looking around, I saw none of them were paying attention at me then I turned around then slipped through the gate.

My eyes widen when suddenly there was an alarm ringing loudly when my body slipped through the gate making all of them looked at me including Carol.

Oh uh.

I'm dead!
