[Yn's POV]

"What?" I whispered in a small tone, completely shocked by his revelation. He met me recently, how on Earth he has feelings for me? On top of that, doesn't he know that I was engaged to Jungkook? Or was he waiting for me to break the engagement-

My eyes filled with rage at this thought. I may not be with the love of my life, but I won't accept someone else either. It's only Jungkook, and always will be.

"That doesn't make sense. You can't catch feelings this early" I spoke in a cold tone as I narrowed my eyes at him. Maybe Uncle Jeon was right about him, though Jungkook did wrong but at the same time Baekhyun can't be considered a saint either. I am still enraged at him by the fact that he is the reason why Jungkook got hurt. He tilted his head before letting out a chuckle, taking me off guard.

Baekhyun: "Too early to catch feelings? Sure, of course" he scoffed making me confused. Why he is talking as if he knows me for a long time? Shifting his gaze back to me, his eyes turned serious as he spoke. "For you they might be early, but for me they aren't. And one more thing, I am not giving up. Seeing you making a fool of yourself by still loving someone like him makes me feel infuriated. For God's sake Yn, he kidnapped you and threatened your family" he stressed the last part and looked to the other side, trying to calm himself down.

"That doesn't change the fact that you lied to me as well about your family background. You are no saint either, and I can't trust you as well after what happened. You caused the accident, we could have died"

Baekhyun: "But you didn't. And again, I partially lied, my brother is a mafia not me. I know stunts to defend myself so that I won't become my brother's weakness, if needed I fight, if not then I don't" he argued sharply as his jaw's clenched. I looked away, he could be right, could be not but him confessing is making me angry.

"Well sorry to break it to you but I reject your feelings. I only love one person and it's gonna be him until I die" there was a moment of silence as I spoke those words. Not receiving any response from him, I turned my head only to see him glaring at me with so much darkness. His chest was heaving up and down as he was breathing heavily, leaving me a bit scared but I will stick with what I said. He can't barge into my life like that. I am greatful to him for saving me and helping my family, but that doesn't mean I will let him take Jungkook's place.

No one can take his place.

Baekhyun: "I-"

Dad: "Is everything okay?" My dad interrupted after changing into his casual attire and looked at us. I smiled and shook my head, getting up from the couch and walked towards him.

"Yes dad, we were just talking about some work stuff, I was thinking to rejoin. What do you think?" I asked him as I held his hands, I could feel intense gaze on me from behind but I ignored it and waited for my dad to respond. He smiled.

Dad: "Whatever you are happy with" I smiled and excused myself. I don't want to be near him at the moment. I also have to think how to convince my family to keep a distance from him. I don't want more hassle in my life, getting over Jungkook is already hard for me. Inviting someone from almost same background would bring a storm of chaos, and I don't have energy to deal with that.

[Baekhyun's POV]

I watched her as she went to her room, leaving me furious.

"It's gonna be him until I die"

She has no idea how much those words hurt me. Even after knowing his truth, even after knowing how obsessed and manipulative he is , she still loves him. Why? Just why she can't understand that he is not good for her?! I did everything, planned everything and this is the result I got? How badly I want to just take her with me, but I won't do that. I want to win her heart, but before that I have to win her family's heart. I know how important they are to her, that's her only weakness.

Smirking to myself, I looked at her father who sat across from me and smiled. "How was your day son?" He asked casually.

"It was good uncle. Just work, but I am still concerned about Yn" his gaze instantly fell onto me as he gave me a puzzled look.

"What do you mean?" He asked and I sighed before answering.

"I am not liking the way she has become. She hardly smiles, goes out and I know the reason behind this. She still loves that guy who hurt you all, disrespected you all. I am concerned uncle, I can't see her suffer like this"

Uncle: "It's hard for her to move on, but don't you worry, she won't get back with him. I will find the right man for her, and then everything will be okay"

And that right man would be me

I smirked internally and nodded my head.

Uncle: "I am so happy that Yn has someone like you by her side. You helped us a lot, and I can't repay you enough. Thank you son" he smiled and I returned the same gesture. I'm glad that he thinks about me this way.

"I promise you uncle, no matter what happens I am always there for you all. Yn is someone important to me, and her safety matters to me  the most" He gazed at me with a proud smile and nodded his head.

Looks like my plan is working.

If you won't move on then your family will make you princess, either way, you have to surrender.

I have come so far, I won't let you go at any cost.

You're mine, and always will be.
