Len's POV

"Len!"

Oh. It's Rin.

"Len!" she screamed. She ran towards me and huged me.

"What are you doing here?!" she was crying. "Are you okay?!"

I pushed her away. She looked surprised and I just looked to the lake, at the place where the cat's body should be. It wasn't there.

"What's the problem?!" Oh, she was worried. Like hell I cared 'bout that.

"I've killed the cat" I said. "I've killed it."

She looked at me with wide opened eyes. "What? The cat?"

"The one that was coming to me all these days." I said.

"You mean... The one with 'paradichlorobenzene'?"

HOW DOES SHE KNOW ABOUT THAT?! Why did she have to repeat that word?!

"Everything will be fine now." I tried smiling at her, but it was a fake smile. I wish she could just go away, just disappear as the cat before...

Wouldn't it be better if there was no one else in this world?

After waking up from my thoughts I realized what I was doing.

Rin on the ground and my hands around her neck. She was trying to fight back, but it didn't work. I was always stronger than her. It seems like I was trying to strangle her. Her eyes were showing that's she's terrified of me. And she should be. I've become a monster.

Then I felt a sudden kick in my ribs and soon I was in the lake. When I looked through my wet hair at the place where I was before, I saw Kaito standing there and helping Rin. She was crying so much, and I liked that. A few seconds later, Gakupo was next to them too.

Kaito sent me a death glare. Oh, how I just hate him!

"YOU!!!" he shouted towards me. "HOW DARE YOU DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO YOUR OWN SISTER?!"

I didn't answer. He doesn't deserve that.

"YOU ARE MAD! YOU..." he was interrupted by Rin's hand that she had put on his lips.

She stood up, although it seemed very hard for her.

And started speaking.

Rin's POV

Why? Len, why? Why did you do this? What did I do wrong? What happened to you?

I am sorry... I don't know how to help you. I am the worst sister ever.

I should have known how you felt from the start. I should have been there to help you. I should have taught you how to sing again. I should have prevented all this. I am sorry.

I am sorry.

I stood up. It was hard... my legs were trembling, my arms and hands too. My whole body was shaking. My eyes were full of tears and I coudn't see Len who was in the water so clearly. But I had to look strong and I did my best for that.

"Len... Please, tell me... How can I help you?"

He stared at me with a poker face.

"Len, what happened?"

He didn't answer at first, he waited a few seconds. And he said:

"The cat is dead. But paradichlorobenzene isn't. It's still here."

He spread his hands and his face got a psychotic expression.

"THIS IS PARADICHLOROBENZENE!!!"

I didn't understnd that. I doubt Kaito and Gakupo did...

Len swam to the ground, to the coast away from us. His wet clothes were all sticked to his body and his bangs were over his eyes. He turned us his back and started to run.

"LEN!!!!" I shouted at him.

He stopped and turned his head towards me. I still couldn't see his eyes.

"IF THAT IS PARADICHLOROBENZENE..." I was shouting as loud as I could. My throat hurted. "...THEN I WILL BE ANTICHLOROBENZENE!!!

He stayed there a few seconds. And then disappeared into the trees.
