Twenty-Four

"Evelyn come out now!" Clayton yelled close behind me now.

I ignored him and continued to run. After I few more seconds my body gave out and I couldn't run any farther away. So I hid behind a tree for a few seconds trying to catch my breath.

"Evelyn darling come out now and I won't punish you as much!" Clayton yelled.

I began to panic I knew he was close by me now so without thinking I left the tree and started to slowly run away.

"Evelyn you can run but you can't hide from me! I can smell you from miles away!" Clayton yelled.

Only seconds later I felt arms wrap around my waist and Clayton whispered in my ear "You're in so much trouble now."

"Let go of me!" I yelled trying to pry his arm off of me.

Clayton ignored me and picked me up and carried me.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!"

Clayton said nothing instead he continued walking.

"Put me down you asshole!"

"Watch your language darling." Clayton muttered.

"Watch your language douche bag!"

Clayton seed noting instead he walked until we got back to the camp site he walked right passed out tent and walked over to his truck he opened the passenger side door and put me down in the seat Clayton grabbed the buckle and buckled me in.

"Behave yourself while I'm gone for a few minutes I'm just going to grab our stuff. Do not leave this truck or else." Clayton grunted slamming the difference door shut and walking away to the tent. A few minutes later Clayton came out if the tent with our bags he threw them in the back of the truck before he hoped back in the truck and started it.

"Aren't you going to tell your family you're forcing us to leave?" I snapped.

"No they'll figure it out that we left and they can just call me." He barked driving off.

I rolled my eyes and scooted as far away from him as I could. "You didn't have to make us leave you know."

"You didn't have to run away from me." He growled.

"Well you didn't have to squeeze the crap out of my wrists."

"I didn't mean to hurt you!"

"Yes you did! You knew exactly what you were doing! Admit it you just liked putting me in pain!"

"Okay you know what no more talking for the rest of the drive!"

"Fine!" I yelled.

Then we sat in silence until we arrived to Clayton's house. Once we got there I got out of the truck and Clayton did too I started walking up the pathway when Clayton grabbed my wrist tightly and dragged me to the back of his truck and grabbed the two bags you his other hand and dragged me with him to the front door once we got to the front door he put the bags down and grabbed the key from his pocket and unlocked the door still holding on to my wrist tightly. He opened the front door grabbing the bags then he pulled me into the house after he did. He threw the bags on the ground and slammed the door shut behind us.

Clayton gripped my wrist tighter and dragged me up the stairs behind him. He brought me into the bedroom shutting the door behind me he brought me across the room he pushed me down on the bed so I was sitting on it.

Clayton sat down by me and ran his fingers through his head. " I just don't understand why you went to see him." Clayton fumed "I mean you said that you'd never see him again and that you loved me but I guess I was right and you were lying to me."

I rolled my eyes and scooted far away from him so I was sitting on the edge of the bed. "It wasn't like I was actually planning to meet him! He just showed up and pulled me into the woods with him!"

"Well you still ran away from me! Which you know was stupid because you know I'll find you no matter what if you ever try to leave me! And I don't even understand why you tried to leave me in the first place I thought you loved me especially after what we did last night!"

"Just because you love somebody doesn't mean you should be with them. Especially if they're a piece of trash like you!"

"You're wrong if you love somebody that means you should be with them. Even if they're a bitch like you!"

"Honestly I can't believe I ever thought you could be a good person! I can't believe I ever wanted to be with you!"

Clayton laughed and stood up and walked in front of me and kneeled down and put one hand on the place he had marked me "You see that babe, that little mark right there that I gave you that's what bounds is forever. That's what makes it so you'll be with me until death do us part."

"Well in that case I hope I will die soon."

Clayton's eyes went darker and HD grabbed my face with his large hands roughly and he shook his head "I thought I already told you before never ever joke about death!"

"I wasn't joking." I replied.

Clayton's whole body changed he grabbed my shoulders and shook them "Evelyn don't wish for death ever."

"I wish I'll die!"

He placed a hand over my mouth "Shut up Evelyn!" He yelled.

I didn't say anything instead I just stayed still and stared him in his dark hard eyes. "I mean it Evelyn do not ever wish for death." He growled removing his hand from my mouth.

"Okay." I whispered.

"As punishment for attempting to run away from me you are not allowed to leave this house ever again unless accompanied by me. And when you leave with me you must stay within one inch of me. When we are at home you are not to do anything without asking or telling me first that includes going to the bathroom and you will never be home alone again if I have to go somewhere you will accompany me." Clayton stated "And I will receive no argument or talking back from you about any of these demands at any time." Clayton let go of me "I'm gonna go to the bathroom get ready for bed while I'm gone." He mumbled walking into the bathroom slamming the door shut behind him so hard I thought he broke it.

I stood up and put on some sweats and a plain white shirt I changed then laid in bed and turned my back away from Clayton when he laid in bed next to me.
