What happened next.. I didn't expect.

The door opened and everyone turned their heads to see... A dog?

It was baby German Shepherd. It walked right up to the man that had the gun pointed at my head and sniffed his foot. Both of the robbers looked down to the dog.

"Wait... Aren't these the dogs the police use?" The taller one asked.

And then you could hear a gun shot go off.

But it wasn't aimed at me.

No, it was aimed at the man who had the gun pressed against my head.

The gun tumbled out of the robbers hands and on to the floor. With my quick thinking, I grabbed the gun and pointed it at the male behind me.

I didn't get a chance to look at who had helped me because police started filling in. The took the gun from me and put the men in hand cuffs.

Laci stumbled over to me, fresh tears in her eyes.

"A-are you okay!?" She question, pulling me into a hug.

I turned my head, trying to catch a glimpse of who my hero was. But they seemed to have disappeared.

I didn't notice Laci was calling my name until she tapped my cheek slightly.

"Alena!" She yelled again. "Are you okay!?"

"I'm fine." I mumbled.

"Well, your going to sleep by my house tonight. No ifs, buts, or what's about it." She stated, grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the coffee shop.

But before she was able to get me out of there, a police stopped us.

"Wait! I need to ask you some questions before you leave." The female police said, a small note book in hand.

Laci looked at me a moment before nodding. Then we started to answer her questions.
