YeongMi first noticed her immense headache when she woke up. The next thing she noticed was the pressure on her back. She rolled over, half asleep, "Kwanghee, I'm not one for cuddling, can you not?"
"That's bullshit," a deep laugh filled her ears; no, that wasn't Kwanghee. She opened her eyes in surprise. They immediately softened when she saw that it was Namjoon, and he was smiling at her. She sat up and stretched, rubbing her eyes before facing him again, making sure it wasn't a dream.
"I'm sorry, he said he was your boyfriend, and I thought I remembered seeing you with him, so I let him in." YeongMi turned to her roommate, who was sitting at her desk, seemingly studying. She wasn't kidding when she said she liked to do her work early. They had a good two hours before classes would start.
"It's okay, he is, thanks," YeongMi hated that she felt the urge to blush at the word boyfriend, but she brushed it aside, smiling and kicking the covers off of her. She slid out of bed, grabbing her bathroom bag before leaving the room.
It may be awkward for Kwanghee and Namjoon to be alone, but she knew how Namjoon got when they were together and she refused to let him anywhere near her with morning breath, not if she could help it. Not now that she was serious about him, actually dating.
She returned to find the two sitting in silence, and she laughed, sitting on Namjoon's legs as he stretched out on her bed. She cradled her head as she was assaulted by the pounding headache. "Why did you come here?"
"What, you don't want to see your amazing boyfriend first thing in the morning?"
"No, of course not, why would I-" she held her tongue when Namjoon sat up and hugged her, kissing her cheek slyly. "Um, anyways, why?"
Namjoon pointed to her bedside table, and she noticed the thermos, "I brought you hangover soup."
She grinned, quickly grabbing it and taking a large sip. Sighing happily as it slid down her throat, she winked at her boyfriend. "Thanks Joon, you're the best."
"Well, if you want to think that, I guess it's okay, Yeo."
YeongMi smiled, and the memories of the past year filled her mind. She had been through a lot, but she was so happy that she had decided to stay at Daewon. It turned out, once Namjoon was actually dating people, he was a committed, and insanely adorable boyfriend.
At first, his affection had embarrassed her, and she didn't know what to do. But now, she was used to it, comfortable even when it made her heart flutter. She had accepted her feelings, and seeing that it had turned out well really helped her view on love.
Sure, they still argued sometimes. He still wanted to know about her family, but she had told him a little bit about her past, slowly, and he agreed that they could take it slow.
Sure, it could still go wrong, but right now, things were perfect.
The soup now finished, and her headache just about cured, she put the empty thermos back on her bedside table, grabbing her phone.

She smiled; Seungkwan had made good on his promise to speak to her more often, and having her brother back in her life was another blessing.
Hey Mi, have a good day at school, and tell the friendboy that he better get you food, because I know you didn't not drink yesterday.
And yes I spelled it like that on purpose, I'm not stupid
Also Jeonghan says 'fuck it up'
I don't condone that, but he wouldn't shut up until I typed it.
Behave, crazy little sister
She smiled; despite Seungkwan's actions, and words, she knew he was warming up to Namjoon. Slowly, ever so slowly, but she was confident that it would happen.
Namjoon's complete dedication to look good in front of him helped, even though he often embarrassed himself with outrageous, failed attempts. YeongMi enjoyed it immensely, and that was enough for Seungkwan to know that she did care about him.
Kwan, he brought me hangover soup, do you love him yet? Thanks, my most favouritest brother ever
YeongMi smiled, holding her phone close to her heart before setting it back down and laying down next to Namjoon.
"Now I'm going back to sleep, since you so rudely woke me up," YeongMi bit her lip, trying not to smile, but it rose anyways, and Namjoon smiled, pecking her lips quickly before hugging her.
"I know you're not one for cuddling, but we can just say you're doing it for me."
YeongMi silently agreed, totally not loving being spooned.
