Lisa's POV

After Zack and I had sex in the garage, Zack told me he had something important to discuss with me. We decided to go into the living room to talk.

Once we were inside, Zack gestured to me to sit on the couch. He came and sat beside.

"I met with Stefano yesterday," he said and grabbed my hands. "I told him everything."

"Everything?" I asked.

"I told him about us," he said as he rubbed my hands.

"What?" I asked nervously.

"I told him about our relationship," he said calmly. "I also told him that you are my girlfriend."

"He's the one who hurt you, isn't he?" I asked as I gestured to the bruise on his lip.

He nodded and explained, "I let him, but that's not important." He paused before he continued, "I let him know that you aren't getting involved in this mess because I wasn't going to allow it."

"Zack, I want to help you. She's dangerous. She can hurt you."

"Lisa, I won't let you be in that kind of danger. Especially in your current situation," He said. "Please don't be stubborn about this and listen to me."

I grabbed Zack's hand. "Zack, I understand that you are worried about what could happen. I worry too," I told him.

"Then why would you want to get involved?"

"Because if she isn't in jail, we all are in more danger," I explained to him. "Plus, she hasn't done anything to me."

He closed his eyes and breathed in deeply.

"She threatened to hurt you."

"When?" I questioned. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't want you to worry," he said as he stroked my cheek.

"That's the reason your security won't let me go anywhere alone, isn't it?"

He nodded and said, "You don't know her. She will do anything as long as she gets what she wants."

"She needs to go to jail. I can help put her there."

"No Lisa, I won't let you get involved. It's not up for discussion."

After our discussion, Zack and I were on our way to the farmhouse.

I didn't understand why Mary was targeting Zack as well.

I understood why she's after Stefano. After all, she was his ex-girlfriend.

But why Zack?

I looked over at Zack as he drove the car.

"Why is Mary targeting you?"

He looked at me and then looked back at the road. He breathed in deeply.

"After her relationship with Stefano, she clung on to me."

"You slept with her?" I questioned with difficulty.

He looked at me angrily.

"No, I hate her! She was clingy and needy," he said. "I know that I slept with you, but that doesn't mean I fuck all of Stefano's girlfriends."

I looked at him angrily. His words made me feel like I was a cheap slut. I was disappointed.

He looked at me regretfully. "Lisa, I'm sorry. I didn't mean..."

"Stop the car!" I shouted at him.

"Lisa, I'm sorry. That's not what I meant."

"Stop the fucking car, Zack!" I snarled at him.

He breathed deeply and pulled over the car.

I immediately opened the door and got out. I walked away to search for a taxi.

He got out of the car and followed me. He caught up to me and grabbed me by the wrist.

"Don't touch me!" I tried to pull my hand away, but his grip was very tight.

Yannis got out of the car he was driving. Zack gestured to him to get back in the car.

"That's not what I meant, Lisa. Please believe me," he pleaded. "I was angry at what you automatically thought about me. The words just came out."

"Then what the fuck did you mean?" I snarled, pulling my hand away.

"You're angry. Let's talk later."

"No!" He was trying to avoid the subject. "I don't want to talk to you!" I pulled away from him and turned around.

When I looked back, I saw a car coming towards me fast.

Suddenly, someone wrapped their arms around me, pulling me back. I was shocked. It was Zack.

"Gynaika mou, are you okay?" he asked worriedly.

I couldn't talk.

I was trembling.

"Are you alright?" Yannis asked us.

My vision was blurry. I didn't hear what Zack told him.

Suddenly, my vision darkened.

When I opened my eyes, I noticed I was in Zack's bedroom.

Zack was sitting beside me as he held my hand.

"Zack?"

"Gynaika mou, how are you? Do you feel better?" I nodded.

I place my hand on my stomach. Zack smiled.

He placed his hand on top of mine.

"The baby is alright too," he assured me. I felt relieved. "The doctor checked both of you."

"I was scared." I couldn't hold back anymore. My tears fell as I started to cry.

"Hey, don't cry. Both of you are fine and safe." He hugged me, stroking my hair.

I gripped his shirt as I sobbed loudly.

We lay on the bed. Zack had his arm wrapped around me as I rested my head against his chest.

After I calmed down, I noticed it was dark outside.

"Let's go. It's late." I said.

"We're staying here tonight."

"But what will we tell them?"

"I told my mother about what happened today. She will handle the situation there." I nodded.

I didn't want to go anywhere anyway. I felt weak.

"Close your eyes. You need to rest. I won't go anywhere."

"Thank you. I love you."

"I love you too, gynaika mou."

He kissed my lips softly.

I closed my eyes and wrapped my arm around his waist.

I opened my eyes and rubbed them.

Suddenly, the door opened. Zack walked in with a tray in his hands.

"Good morning, the most beautiful mother in the world," he said, smiling.

I smiled at him and sat up on the bed. "Good morning."

He came towards me and placed the tray on my lap.

He placed a soft kiss on my lips as well.

"How are you?"

"I'm fine. Thanks for breakfast."

"You are welcome, gynaika mou."

After having breakfast, he took the tray and placed it on the bedside table.

"I told Stefano what happened yesterday. He's coming here."

"Ok. I need to take a shower."

"Ok."

He helped me to get up.

"Don't worry. I'm fine."

I kissed his lips and went to the bathroom.

After taking a shower, I came back to the bedroom. There was a sky blue dress and a pair of shoes on the bed. I smiled.

I got dressed and went to the living room.

Zack was sitting on the couch, looking at his computer while he sipped his coffee.

When he saw me, he smiled at me. I smiled back and walked towards him.

"Thank you for the dress and the shoes. It was very thoughtful of you," I said with a smile.

"Your welcome," he said with a smile. Then, he kissed my lips.
