Paige's POV

It was October 12 2022. It was a nice autumn day. The birds were chirping and it was the first game of the hockey season. I wasn't expecting to get traded within a couple of games, when I did I was on this team with this very handsome boy named Lukas. Lukas is a brunette with beautiful brown eyes. Lukas is a sweet boy that has the kindest gentlest smile, he is also really protective of his teammates especially of us girls on the team.

 There was me and two other girls but one day at a game me and the girls were goofing around when we heard Lukas singing from the girls locker room which was a room over from the girls. Which was hilarious because he couldn't at all another time when me and the girls were joking around again and this girl named Skylar pushed me back and I ran into him and we both apologized. 

The one time I caught him staring at me but when a guy on the other team hit me, he got all protective and grabbed the guy by his jersey and looked like he was going to beat him up. Coach called him over and had a giant talk with him that you can't fight in this league.

 Finally the last reason why Lukas might have a crush on me is because at our last game he hit me with the puck ten minutes into the game and he feels bad about hitting me with the puck but he doesn't know he hurt me. Like my arm is super bruised and swollen and I can barely pick anything up. But a girl on my team Rianna is going to tell him he hurt me and on Wednesday I am going to call him out for hurting me Saturday and I don't know how he is going to react. I hope he doesn't cry or something and I hope I don't embarrass myself.
