Narration: I'm just sharing an ice cream with him, nothing else.

Dale: (is facing the mirror) (show his clothes, up to his neck) This should be enough.

(Establishing shot: Ice cream shop)

(Show June sitting, waiting for Dale and looking absolutely handsome)

June: (sees Dale) . . . What's up with the disguise?

Dale: (is wearing a huge mask and a hat) What do you mean, this is how I always look outside of work.

(Show ice cream)

(Show June and Dale quietly eating)

Dale: It's weird that you love ice cream.

June: I don't.

Dale: (confused look) ??? Then why?

June: When I was younger, other kids hated me.

Dale: Yeah, and they bullied you, right? I wonder what happened to that kid who stole your bike.

June: (nods) Mm-hmm. Whenever they bought and ate ice cream, they sent me away, so I had to watch them eat and laugh together from a safe distance. I've always wondered what it's like sharing an ice cream with a friend.

Dale: But you had ice cream during your birthdays.

June: That's different. (continues eating ice cream) (sticks his tongue out because he didn't like the flavour he got)

Dale: (is staring at him) (thinking) I've never really talked to him that much but why do I feel like I've known him his whole life? (shakes his head) Must be the intimacy test.

Dale: (deciding to be a jerk instead) So, how does it feel, finally sharing an ice cream with someone?

June: Hmm . . . It's not really that special. I wonder why I was so sad before.

Dale: . . .
