-Sting P. O. V.-

"These are the last two rooms." I said, pointing to the two doors that were across from each other. "The one on the left here is adjacent to Minerva's, and the other one is adjacent to Rufus and Orga's room."

"Why are they sharing rooms?" Beth asked.

"I'm still stuck on the fact that Sting just said 'adjacent.' Twice." Rogue teased. I punched him as Kagura and Yukino giggled.

"I don't remember him using that word before, and we're sharing rooms because we thought we had to for our first week here." Rufus said with his usual tone. "We quickly learned that's not how things  work here, but it wasn't such a bad arrangement, so we decided to stay."

"Also because I couldn't find anybody who wanted to help me bring my guitars back to my old room." Orga added.

"Do you really have THAT many?" Risley questioned.

Every Sabertooth member in the hallway, except Orga sweatdropped and sighed. "Yes..." We all groaned.

"Okay. Anyway. I'll take the left one." Arana said, entering the room.

"Sting, give me the key to the left one, I'll bunk with her." Millianna said, holding out her hand. I dropped the key in her hand and she joined Arana in the room.

I handed the other key to Beth. "I guess you and Risley will be in the other room."

"That's fine. I'm okay with any of the girls as my roommate." Beth said, entering the room.

"And you two better not make any noise." Rufus warned. "I like to read at night."

Right before Risley closed the door, she gave him a sly smirk.

"Never underestimate chubby power!"

Kagura groaned at her friend's catchphrase.

"Anyway, let's continue. Kagura, you're bunking with Yukino, correct?" I continued.

She nodded. "That's correct."

"Well, it's getting late, so I'll be going to bed." Minerva said, turning towards her room.

"Wait, is it that late already!?" Yukino asked.

Minerva pointed to the clock on the wall that Lector installed. He insisted that is made it feel more "homey." I guess he was right. The clock read "7:00 pm."

Rufus cleared his throat. "I always remember the time."

Yukino's innocent voice kept me from hitting Rufus for that. "Why are you going to bed so early? Plus, we still have to have Rogue and Frosch's birthday party!"

Minerva pinned her to the wall and whispered something in her ear that made her blush. She then turned and entered her room.

I wonder what that was about...

-Yukino P. O. V.-

Why was Minerva going to bed so early? She always stays up late, kind of like a hall monitor. She only goes to bed after she knows at least me and Sting have gone to our rooms. Maybe I should ask her.

"Why are you going to bed so early? Plus, we still have to have Rogue and Frosch's birthday party!"

She suddenly pinned me to the wall by my wrists. What the hell!? She then started whispering to me.

"I think that you and Sting, and also Rogue and Kagura, should have separate... alone time... I'm just getting myself out of the way. Don't waste the opportunity, if it presents itself." She then let me go and slunk into her room. I slid down the wall, my mind filled with... dirty thoughts...

Sting... and... I...

Alone...

"You need a hand?"

His voice snapped me out of my... dirty thoughts... and he was holding his hand out to me. I grabbed it and he pulled me up, but I was so nervous that I fell into his chest.

I looked up and met his deep, blue eyes. My knees felt weak. He gave me a concerned look. "Are you okay, Yukino?"

I backed out of his chest, blushing a bit more. "N-No. I'm f-fine..."

Kagura flashed me a smirk. "I see what's going on.~"

I blushed more. "N-nothing is going on!..."

She winked. "Suuuuuuuuuuuuure it is." Rogue chuckled at her teasing.

"Well, I think this is a good time to turn in. Coming, Rufus?"

"Yes, I remember this being a very good time to go to sleep. Farewell, friends." The two guys went into their room.

Did Minerva plan this out with everyone else!?

"Well, let's go, guys." Rogua started towards what is now Kagura and I's room for the "party."

"Hey, I'm giving the tour here, shadow man!" Sting caught up to his best friend. I walked behind him next to Kagura, who kept giving me perverted smirks.

"Knock it off..."

-Kagura P. O. V.-

After we arrived at Yukino's room, which I guess is also mine for a while, now, Frosch and Lector were sitting on the beds, waiting. The cake Sting brought earlier was on the dresser.

"Say, why didn't the exceeds join us on the tour?" I asked.

"Frosch and I took the cake here, and we put the one Rogue had in the fridge in the kitchen in the lounge for later. Whenever we need it. Frosch said he was tired, so we decided to wait. WE already knew the layout of the guild, anyway." Lector said.

"Fro thinks so, too!" My god, that exceed is too cute.

Yukino sat down on the bed with Lector. "This is my bed. That one's yours, Kagura."

I sat down next to Frosch and hugged him. Rogue sat next to me and Sting sat next to Yukino.

Rogue brought the cake to his lap and opened the box.

It was a chocolate cake with light green icing and "Happy Birthday, Frosch and Rogue!" spelled out in light pink frosting. Sting pulled out a black candle, a green candle, and a pink candle and put them in the cake. He then pulled out a lighter and lit them. After he placed it back in his pocket, we sung "Happy Birthday" for the dragonslayer and his exceed.

"Okay, now blow out the candles and make a wish!" Yukino cheered as she clapped her hands together.

The two blew out the three candles with their eyes shut.

"What did you wish for?" Lector asked.

"They can't tell you that, Lector, or else it won't come true!" Yukino said.

"Says who?" he asked.

"Says the gods of birthday wishes!" Sting joked.

"Fro thinks so, too!" I hugged him tighter. Rogue is so lucky to have the cutest exceed ever.

I wonder what Rogue wished though...

-Rogue P. O. V.-

I closed my eyes. So did Frosch. We blew out the candle, thinking of our wishes.

I knew what Frosch wished for. He wishes for the same thing every year. 

He wished for a momma. He always wanted a momma.

Maybe he'll get one, someday. Especially if my wish comes true.

I wished to be with Kagura... forever... together...

-Yukino P. O. V.-

We ate the cake and talked for a few hours. My alarm clock said it was 11. Kagura fell asleep on the bed, hugging Frosch. Rogue already went back to Sting and his room with Lector after he failed at prying Frosch out from Kagura's grip. Sting fell asleep a little bit ago, I think. I looked over at him and, sure enough, he was asleep.

I poked him to wake him up. After a few pokes he opened his eyes. "Yukino?" He said, rubbing his eyes, sounding sleepy.

"Yeah, it's me." I told him. "It's 11. You should get back to your room."

He stood up and walked to the door. "Okay." He stopped at the doorway. "Yukino."

"Yes, Sting?"

"I enjoyed the party."

I smiled. "Me too. Was that it?"

He shook his head. "Nope. Can you come to my office, tomorrow. I want to talk to you about something."

"Okay. What about?"

He winked before he left. "You'll see."

I blushed and hung up my cloak that fell on the floor. I then got into my bed, but it took me a few minutes to fall asleep.

Sting's last comment there had filled my head with dirty thoughts again...
