Kirito's pov

During the night, in the guest bedroom asuna let me sleep in, i had woken up. Not because i had a nightmare or something but because of a thunderstorm. The sound of cracks in the sky woke me up. I groaned, just wanting to go back to sleep. When suddenly footsteps came towards my room. I grabbed my sword that was on the side of my bed. The door opened and saw the one and only Asuna. She was in a night dress which had a cute cat on it. There was quote on it saying "I dont have to have perfection, im already purrfect!". I found that extremely cute.

"Um hey kirito" Asuna said as she closed the door behind her.

"Hey asuna" i grinned trying to not look super tired. I placed my sword down, relief washing over me.

"Is it ok if i sleep here tonight? I cant seem to sleep on my own through this storm."

"sure"

"Thanks" asuna came and lay down next to me, snuggling close. I smiled.

"Good night asuna." I whispered.

"Good night kirito." She whispered back.
