Another day at the loud house as the loud sisters were doing their usual activities and lincoln was reading his Spiderman comic on the couch. He was supposed to be grounded in his room with no comics and video games but after it took some convincing from luna and lisa, the loud parents decided to lower lincoln's grounding to a just a week instead of 4 weeks.

Lincoln was happy when luna and lisa told him the news. He was glad to know that most of his sisters to have his back.

Lincoln: (sighs happily) ahh...nothing like a good spiderman comic to read and relax.

Then his senses went off as he dodged an incoming football that hit leni, who was walking out of the kitchen.

Leni: owww...!

Lynn: oops! Sorry leni.

Leni: (gets up) like, it's okay. I'm fine. (Walks away)

Lincoln: so much for my relaxing day.
Any reason to why you were aiming the football at me lynn?

Lynn: I was testing your senses, seeing if you can either catch the ball or dodge it. I gotta say it wasn't that bad. (Smiles)

Lincoln: okay but be careful. You just hit leni over the head with that football.

Lynn: leni is okay. She does have a hard head, you know.

Lincoln: okay....so how is your day?

Lynn: well...I was about to meet ava for a sports day of fun.

Lincoln: ava?

Lynn: yeah. The pitcher girl of the badgers softball team. We may be rivals but we have fun together even when it comes to competition.

Lincoln: oh okay. Have fun.

Lincoln went back to reading his Spiderman comics but lynn walked closer to him and sat next to him, getting his attention.

Lynn: lincoln...I was wondering if you would like to join me and ava for a day outside.

Lincoln: lynn, you know how I am at sports.

Lynn: I know that but we never spent time together. I promise I won't force to go or make you do anything you don't want to.

Lincoln then thought about it and looks into lynn's eyes. She really wants to spent with him and this time she's not using any threatening terms to force him to go with her.

Lincoln: (sighs) alright since you ask nicely, I'll go with you.

Lynn smiled as she gave lincoln a bone crushing bug.

Lynn: (excited) thanks lincoln!

Lincoln: lynn...can't breathe here...

Lynn lets go of lincoln.

Lynn: (laughs nervously while rubbing the back of her head) sorry linc.

Lincoln: it's okay. So when are we leaving?

Lynn: right now.

The sports sister grabs lincoln's hand and drags the white haired boy out of the house and to the garage as lynn and lincoln grab their bikes and helmets, riding away from the loud house.

Narrator: 15 minutes later.

The two loud siblings made it to royal woods park. Lincoln was getting a little tired keeping up with lynn on the bike trip here so they sat up on the bench as they wait for lynn's friend to show up.

Lincoln: so...nice day, huh?

Lynn: (shrugs) eh, it is.

Lincoln: so when does your friend/rival get here?

Lynn: (Smirks) right...about...now.

On que, someone riding a black bike appeared swiftly before lincoln's eyes. The girl got off her bike and took off her helmet, revealing herself to be the pitcher girl for the badgers softball team, ava jones. But instead of her softball uniform, she wore a black jock varsity jacket, black shirt, gray sports shorts with white side stripes, black socks and cleats.

Ava: hey lynn, ready for our sports day?

Lynn: you bet I am!

Ava looks at lincoln in confusion.

Ava: who's the kid?

Lynn: oh this is my brother lincoln. I invited to spend some time with me.

Ava: okay...I'm ava jones, nice to meet ya. (Gestures her hand into a fist for a fist bump)

Lincoln bumps fists with ava.

Lincoln: it's nice to meet you too ava.

Lynn: okay now that introductions are out of the way, let's start the sports day, shall we?

Ava: (smirks) let's have a little bike race to the downtown basketball court.

Lynn: (smirks) oh you're on! You in linc?

Lincoln: (smirks) oh I'm in.

Lincoln, lynn and ava got on their bikes and raced out of the park to downtown royal woods.

After a long race, ava made it in first place, lynn made it second and lincoln made it in last.

Ava: (doing her victory dance) oh yeah! Oh yeah! Who's the fastest? That's me!

Lynn: (growls then smirks) okay ava... you may have won this round but now it's time to begin round two, basketball!

Ava: (smirks) okay I'm game.

Lincoln: I'll go sit on the benches. (Walks to the benches)

Ava: good thing I brought my own basketball. You ready to get whooped loud?

Lynn: oh please, you're the one who's gonna get the whoopin'!

The game begin as lynn and ava started playing basketball as lincoln watched from the benches. Once the game was over, lynn won.

Lynn: (doing her victory dance) yeah, I rule! Lynner Lynner chicken dinner!

Ava: (sighs in annoyance) well played...

Lynn: (smirks) wanna go again?

Ava: yeah but let's see what your brother can do. Hey lincoln get on over here.

Lincoln walks over to them.

Lincoln: I don't know guys, I'm not really that good at sports.

Lynn: aw c'mon lincoln. I know you can do it, besides you're not gonna just sit around and do nothing while ava and I have all the fun, you need to feel that momentum bro!

Lincoln: (sighs) okay.

Lynn sat on the benches as lincoln and ava started their round of shooting hoops. Soon the game came to an end with ava as the victor.

Ava: whoo! I won!

Lincoln: great game ava.

Ava: (smirks) thanks linc, you weren't that bad either.

Lynn: (puts her arm around lincoln's shoulder and smiles) you did good lincoln. You may not have won but you caught up to ava 20 points to 25 points and you weren't that bad on dribbling the ball.

Lincoln: (chuckles) I guess spending time playing and failing to best you at sports cause me to learn from my mistakes, making me pretty good at it.

Lynn: (smiles) see and you thought you going to fail. You shouldn't give up so easily linc.

Lincoln: (smiles) you're actually right.

Ava: well lynn, are you ready?

Lynn: bring it.

Lynn and ava started their round of shooting hoops. After game after game after game, the two sports fanatics were tied. When lincoln played against lynn, he was close by 27 points to lynn's 32 points. When lincoln played against ava, he was close by the 28 points to ava's 34 points.

When they were done playing basketball, the three ride off to games n' grub, where they played a couple of video games which lincoln was victorious, dominating lynn and ava. Soon they ordered an extra large pizza and a couple of drinks as the three sat down to enjoy it.

Lincoln: hmmm....extra cheese, my favorite.

Lynn: yep. The extra large pizza always taste extra good.

Ava: you said it. (Takes a sip of her drink)

After finishing their pizza, lynn and ava begin to armwrestle. Both girls had confident smirks as lincoln yells out.

Lincoln: Are you ready lynn?! Are you ready ava?! Begin!

Lynn and ava started the arm wrestling contest. Both girls using their strength to slam one another's hand on another's side of the table. Lynn almost have ava beat until ava shouted.

Ava: look wwe superstar roman reigns is here!

Lynn: (looks to the direction ava was pointing) Where? Where!?

That distraction allowed ava to slam lynn's arm on the table, declaring ava the winner.

Ava: yes! I am the greatest!

Lynn: (mad) hey! That's cheating!

Ava: no you were just distracted. Can't be distracted during an arm wrestling contest and that's what cost you the victory.

Lynn: I want a rematch.

Ava: (smirks) ask and you shall receive.

Lynn and ava begin their second round of arm wrestling. This time, lynn pulled the same move that ava used on her by yelling.

Lynn: look! Universal champion brock lesnar is here!

Ava: (distracted) Where? Where?!

Lynn slams ava's hand on the table, claiming the victory.

Ava: (mad) hey! You tricked me!

Lynn: (smugly smiles) what was that about not being distracted during an arm wrestling contest.

Ava: (laughs) okay loud ya got me.

Lincoln: let's order some more pizza before we take off.

Lynn and ava: sure.

After ordering two extra large boxes of pizza to go, lincoln, lynn and ava ride off to the soccer field to play against each other in soccer, only for  lynn to win in first place. Next they played tetherball, only for lincoln to win that round. Then the three was wrestling wwe style at royal woods park, which ava came out on top. After that, lincoln, lynn and ava ride off to the loud house.

Ava: well that was fun. I wish we can do more but I got a call from my parents saying I gotta get home quickly so I can head to my karate class for a tournament, winner gets a huge trophy and 5,000 dollars.

Lynn: (smiles) sweet! I hope you win, show them the eye of the tiger.

Ava: (smiles) oh I will. It was fun hanging out with you and lincoln. Maybe we can do it again sometime.

Lynn: I would like it.

Lincoln: (smiles) me too.

Ava: well see ya guys.

Ava took her extra large box of pizza and road off on her bike away from the loud house.

Lynn: (smirks) hey lincoln, you wanna eat this extra large pizza with me in the backyard without the other sisters knowing?

Lincoln: (smirks) oh yeah.

As they put their bikes in the garage, lincoln and lynn took extra large box of pizza to the backyard and hid behind the shed and started chowing down on the huge slices of pizza. Once the pizza was gone, lincoln and lynn were laying in the grass, holding their full round stomachs.

Lincoln: (sighs) man we ate a lot of pizza.

Lynn: (sighs) yeah...I'm so full right now but the pizza was so good. BUU-UUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lincoln laughs.

Lincoln: good one lynn.

Lynn: (smiles) thanks linc. So did you have a good time with me and ava?

Lincoln: (smiles) I gotta admit I really did have a good time.

Lynn: glad to hear it. You know during the sports you were playing with me and ava, you're getting better. You'll be a full time athlete like me someday.

Lincoln: (laughs) being an athlete is your dream and I don't intend to steal that from you. Maybe I'll play sports with you more often as long as you ask nicely.

Lynn: I'll keep that in mind.

Lincoln: lynn...

Lynn: yeah.

Lincoln: can you teach me martial arts. I know I have symbiote powers but I do need proper training in case I face someone who puts my powers at a disadvantage or when someone's bullying at school that I need to learn to defense myself. So will you help me?

Lynn: (smiles) of course linc, I have been telling you that you need to defense yourself cause I'm not always gonna be here to protect you. So be ready cause tomorrow's training is not going to be easy.

Lincoln: great I'm looking forward to it.

Lynn: ya know something linc, you've changed in a few ways.

Lincoln: I guess I have. And not just me. You, lori, luna, lucy, lana and lisa have changed as well. Ever since the meteorite impact and those symbiotes merged with us, we been learning a lot about each other more than we usually do together and the symbiotes too. They're not just our superheroes suits, they're our friends and partners who work together with us as the symbi-warriors. The seven of us have made a strong bond that won't be severed so easily.

Lynn: now that you put it that way, I understand completely. And if any criminal or villain wants a piece of us, we'll give them a welcoming beating and they'll be joining cybra in jail.

Lincoln: yeah.

Lincoln and lynn got up.

Lincoln: well let's head back in the house.

Lynn: we don't wanna miss dinner, I'm starving.

Lincoln: but we just ate an extra large pizza, you said you were full.

Lynn: (smirks) I still have a little more room left in the tank. Hey I bet I can get to the dining room first.

Lincoln: (smirks) oh you're on.

Lincoln and lynn run out of the backyard into the house.
