In this book, many terms are going to be tossed around. Here is what you need to know

Watcher: An Empowerd Player who is granted additional powers by taking the Oath of the Watchers

Player: A normal person, who posesses no uncanny power

Empowered Player: A player with some sort of power, but not a Watcher

Owner: The creator of a world/ smp/ server. They are normally the Admin, but not always. They are the only ones who can perform /gamemode and /admin commands.

Admin: A person with power over the server/smp. They can run most commands on the world on which they play. You have to take a test to become an admin, and ones for servers are selected with the /admin command.

Deputy Admin: These players are able to access and make changes to the code.
