This is Tales!Lynn if you wanna call her something call her Lynn or Tales, she's a teenager and is Charas pretend sister, while she isn't able to really shapeshift into animals or people she is able to change her appearance ( clothing as well ), she is also able to pull up screens to any timeline or AU, floating, a bit of reality warping ( she is only able to warp what's in a 10 ft radius ), summoning ( anything that she's seen ) and mimicking voices plus sounds she also has flames on the top of her head that can't hurt anyone unless she is pissed
