Unknown P.O.V

"Fenris!" I yelled into thin air as I sat at my desk, rummaging through papers.

He didn't appear. I waited a few more seconds before I called him again. "Fenris! I called you!" I yelled again but slightly louder.

A shadow stood in the far corner of the dimly lit room. Fiery orange eyes watching my every move.

"Took you long enough." I placed the papers down and looked at him.

"Well you know. I have better things to do than to be your watchdog." He shrugged stepping into the light wearing his signature smirk.

I glowered at him, narrowing my eyes. "That is precisely your job. I summoned you. You are my servant. I could have let you stay in your lifeless state of being." I pointed at him.

He shoved his hand in his pockets and swayed side to side, sucking air in through his teeth wearing a look that says: Actually

"Well, you didn't summon me you had Onyx to do it, so therefore you are not my master she is." He said pointedly.

"But I am her boss and I'm over her which makes me over you." I said matter of factly.

"But I don't have to listen to you." He smiled bouncing on his tip toes repeatedly.

"That'll change once I kill Onyx and the contract will change and you will have no choice but to listen to me." I placed both hands on the desk leaning forward loving the smirk that faded from his face.

But that was short lived when it returned and he leaned on my desk. "But we both know you won't. It's against your code. Funny how codes and morals ruin everything, right?" He chuckled while inspecting his nails.

I ground my teeth in anger until it pained me to do so. I brought my hand up to my face and slowly slid it down my face. He laughed. I let out a sigh and sat back in my seat.

"So, what about the she wolf? Did you end her?" I folded my hands together.

He stepped away from my desk and pointed at me sheepishly. "Heh heh. About that."

I groaned and rolled my eyes. "You had one job! One job, Fenris! Why didn't you end her?" I slammed my fist on the desk causing the contents on it to tremble slightly.

"She was stronger than I expected. And it's fun to toy with her. It's invigorating." He said beaming brightly his eyes turning black, then back to their fiery orange again.

"You should have killed her when she was at her weakest and annihilated her." I growled.

"And what fun would there be in that? I come to only end her like that," he snapped his fingers," and then do what exactly? What would be my purpose?"

"You are a demon after all... You could cause death and destruction like you used to." I said in a duh tone.

His face lit up with happiness and he slapped his hands together and rubbed them and laughed maniacally. "You're right!" He had this crazed look in his eyes.

"I didn't mean now! Where are you going?" I looked at him.

"Going to bother my favorite she wolf." He chuckled.

I groaned again and  rested my head on my desk. Why did I summon him? I am immediately regretting my life's decisions right now.

Alana

After dinner, I decided to get dressed and figure out how to make the rest of my day more memorable. I walked into Aali's mini mall of a closet and walked into the section labeled  Lana's Luxuries.  I chuckled to myself and looked through the clothes. Geez, she really went all out with shopping. How can one person do this much shopping in one day!

I decided to put on a blue striped sweater, a blue headband, and blue high top converses since it could be cool outside, then it again it might not.... this Florida weather is a pain in the arse.

(Her outfit ♥ her simplicity)

I stepped out and inspected myself in the mirror. Yup, simple enough. My style!

"You really need to wear red and-"

I'M NOT WEARING RED AND LEATHER! GET OVER YOURSELF!

She grumbled and decided to stay quiet. I walked out of the closet and downstairs where everyone else was sitting in the living room. All of their eyes fell on me.

"Where are you going?" Allen asked.

"To treat myself. It's my eighteenth birthday after all." I smirked.

"What are you even going to do? I mean... Lana... you are not the most wild person." He gave me a look of skepticism.

"That's an understatement." Eris snickered.

Shut up, you.

"He's right. You are more like the safe and sound one of the group. You are the tame one." Roxas chimed in and Allen nodded in agreement.

"Well everyone has their own definition of fun. At least mine doesn't end the day with a cop car chase." I crossed my arms.

They both gave me a look of indignation and huffed.
"That was one time and those bobbies were asking for it." Roxas crossed his arms.

"Yea they were. They started it!" Allen yelled in defense.

"So... what you're yelling me is that it's the bobbies fault that you two decided to steal a car and drive it high speed down the street and crash it into a lake and abandon it?" I crossed my arms feeling genuinely confused.

"Exactly! They could have just left us alone. We weren't endangering anyone." Allen slumped in his seat.

"And they didn't even know it was us." Roxas said sounding self-satisfied which caused Allen to give him a high five.

I walked over towards them and gave them a good wallop over the head. " Plonkers," I turned and walked away," where are the triplets and my baby?"

"They went with their dad somewhere, I don't know. And he went to sleep." Roxas shrugged.

"Keep an eye on him. I'm out bye guys." I said opening the front door.

"Okay, have fun and don't get killed by a demon wolf!" They both called out to me before I shut the door.

Arsehats... So bloody ridiculous.

I walked towards my house with caution and still found my Camaro in good condition. Phew... I love this car. I pulled my keys out and unlocked the car with the Fob and hopped in the driver's seat.  I buckled up and started up the car.

"So! Where are we going!" I heard a cheery voice next to me.

I squealed in shock and looked at the intruder and backed myself to my side of the car. Fenris

"Bloody hell! You scared me! What are you doing here?! Get out!" I punched him repeatedly in the arm.

"Ow! Ow! Woman! I'm not going to do anything! I only wanted to tag along." He scooted away from me rubbing where I mercilessly pelted him in the arm.

"For what?! You were trying to kill me?! Why on earth would I want you to tag along with me? It makes no  sense!" I yelled slamming my open palms on the steering wheel out of frustration.

He chuckled and crossed his arms and smiled at me. " Someone's triggered. Does my presence trouble you, dear?" He leaned on the arm rest leering. Ugh.

"YES! Yes, your presence is troubling me! Why bother me  out of all  people?" I cast him a look of irritation trying really hard not to punch him so hard that he flies out the door.

"Because you are the most amusing. The daughter of the Goddess. Not many people can say that you know. You are definitely special."  He said charmingly

I rolled my eyes. "Thank you. I already know that. I don't need you telling me." I pushed him off the arm rest and stared ahead gripping the steering wheel tightly.

"I know I don't have to tell you. I just chose too," He said matter of factly," It's not everyday I just throw around complements you know."

"Of course you didn't throw around complements everyday because you were dead. For eons." I said with a smirk.

He growled at my remark and angrily tapped his fingers on the door handle. He combed his fingers through his shiny, jet black hair and looked at me flames dancing in his eyes. "You. Ma'am, need to watch yourself." He pointed at me.

I giggled and looked straight ahead. "Look who's triggered now." I said cheekily.

He sputtered and crossed his arms and pouted. "You- I- Ugh!" He groaned in frustration.

I laughed at him which caused him to get angrier. The flames in his eyes grew bigger like a raging fire. "I'll deal with you later. Someone is nearing. Goodbye, dear." He disappeared leaving behind a black mist to dissipate into nothingness.

I just stared at the spot in disbelief and heard someone approach my car. "Lana! You're leaving?" Luke stood at the passenger side.

I rolled down the window and smiled at him. "Yes. Wanna join?"

"Of course. Who wants to be alone on their birthday?" He hopped in the passenger seat and buckled up.

"To be honest. Not me, I just needed to get out ya know?" I looked at him.

"I know exactly what you mean." He nodded.

I smiled and put the car in reverse and backed out of the driveway then shifted gears and put it in drive and sped off down the road.
