We might have a problem
*Jason pov*
We were deep in the meeting, when suddenly. Two guards burst the doors, the expressions on their lion-like faces were of worry and fear.
"What is the problem?" the king with black hair, now identified as Silas and his wife as queen Eve asked them concerned.
"Princess Sophie has been taken", the first guard who entered replied. Growls, snarls and gasps could be heard throughout throne room.
"Quiet!!" the other King named Fredrick half roared half shouted, his wife queen Emily glared at everyone in such a steel and powerful way that everyone almost immediately shut up.
"What should we do?", he asked turning to King Silas.
"Guards search the perimeter I want every square inch searched, we shall remain here in case she returns", he replied. The guards took off running in their lion forms out of the throne room.
That's when the doors opened again and Percy and Annabeth walked through them, we all stared at them with wide eyes. We weren't staring at them because of their sudden appearance it was because Percy was carrying the missing princess in his hands.

By the time, we had returned to the throne room, Sophie had woken up and was very excited bouncing in my arms. Meanwhile, Anoushka had jumped out of Annabeth's arms and was in her adult form (still don't know how she does that) and was walking by Annabeth's side like a well-trained dog.
We must have been a sight to see, covered in dirt and scratches holding an eight-year-old lyprad princess. We had finally reached the throne room, I took in a deep breath as Annabeth opened the doors and we walked through them.
As we walked through the throne room, I saw everyone's expression and almost laughed but didn't. Remembering the task at hand we stopped a few feet from the door, Sophie jumped from my arms and ran towards her mom who knelt down and engulfed her in hugs and kisses.
Anoushka stood by her side wagging her tail and licking the queens face, I smiled slightly at the scene.
"Thank you thank you, for returning Sophie to us safely"
Annabeth and I blushed at this, of course no one could see us but still.
"It was nothing my lady" I replied politely bowing in time with Annabeth making sure not to show my face.
"Rise", King Silas said in a booming voice. We slowly stood up.
"Thank you, for returning our daughter to us", king Silas said to us gratefully.
"You're welcome" I replied.
"You may take your leave"
"Thank you". Annabeth and I walked through the ever-growing crowd of demigods and went to our positions. When the meeting was finally over, Sophie as carried out by her mother. While they were leaving, she waved at Annabeth and I, we waved back.
They left the door closing loudly.
