Hiccup woke up to Toothless jumping around the room for an unknown reason. Then the tendrils on Toothless' head shot up. Hiccup asked what is it bud? Toothless turned his head toward the window and growled. This was unusual seeing as he was friendly towards anyone that doesn't try to harm Hiccup. Hiccup jumped on Toothless and they left the house. When they were outside Hiccup noticed smoke coming from the forest not very far away. They headed toward the smoke. After about 15 minutes they came across what caused all of the smoke, there was a small forest fire but it was controlled by a monstrous nightmare. The monstrous nightmare had burnt a perfect circle around about seven trees and then lit them on fire. Why was the dragon doing this Hiccup wondered, and how did this dragon know how to make a controlled fire?

Toothless' tendrils shot up again and the night fury hid behind an unusually large bush. He readied for a plasma blast and jumped out from behind the bush only to realize a net being thrown over Hiccup and himself. Then Hiccup and Toothless blacked out. Hiccup awoke in a cell across from Toothless who was chained up but still unconscious. He tried to stand up but fell back on to the floor revealing a sharp pain on his right side where an arrow had apparently hit him. At that moment he noticed Toothless woke up. Toothless slammed the chains around his muzzle against the wall therefore breaking them off. Then Toothless shot two plasma blasts breaking off all of the other chains. Another plasma blast was shot through the cell bars and Toothless was out of his cell. Hiccup wasn't chained up, so Toothless shot one more blast through Hiccup's cell bars. Hiccup got on Toothless and shot one last plasma blast through the wall and they left. Hiccup never saw who kidnapped them, but he had a feeling he didn't want to find out.

They arrived back home after about 30-35 minutes. Hiccup bandaged up Toothless' and his cut where the arrows had hit them. Then he stopped at the dragon academy and told his friends what happened. The other riders just sort of shrugged it off and said they're glad he got out with minimum harm done. After that they all just continued with their day as usual.

Like any other day the group went exploring around the island seeing if anything was up, other than Hiccup being kidnapped this morning. While exploring Toothless' tendrils shot up again and Hiccup thought not again! But even though they were kidnapped this morning they dove down anyway. When they dove near the edge of the forest Hiccup noticed something large washed up on the beach. Toothless hit the ground with a thud. Hiccup told Toothless to go to the beach. Toothless did as told and headed to the beach. It took about 5 minutes to get there. Once they got there Hiccup noticed that the large thing that washed ashore was not a something but a someone. It was a girl who looked about 14-16 years old and she was unconscious. Hiccup noticed that there was a huge scratched up bruise on the right side of her forehead and a soaked, torn cast on her left ankle. With caution Hiccup picked her up and laid her on Toothless. He tried to wake her, but she didn't get up. So Hiccup made sure she stayed on Toothless by holding on to her with one hand and the other one on Toothless. Hiccup told Toothless easy bud. Hiccup called the others and they all went back to Berk.

When they arrived back at Berk, Hiccup brought the girl up to his guest room and laid her on the bed. He bandaged up her forehead and took the soaked cast off of her ankle. By the looks of her ankle, Hiccup was pretty sure she broke it quite recently. Hiccup left her ankle unwrapped for a little bit, but after about 10 minutes he took her to Gothi, the village elder, with the help of Toothless. Gothi put a new small cast an the girl's ankle. Then Hiccup laid her on Toothless and they went back home. It was already getting late, so Hiccup swapped out the bandage on her forehead for a clean one and let her rest while he went to his room and fell asleep.

Toothless woke up Hiccup by licking his face. Hiccup sat up and shouted seriously Toothless, you know that doesn't wash out. Toothless did his roar like laugh so Hiccup flung some of the saliva off of his face and on to Toothless. Toothless tried to doge by jumping back, but he was a moment to late. Then Hiccup remembered the girl in the room down the hall and told Toothless stop jumping around.  Hiccup went to see if the girl was awake yet but she wasn't, so Hiccup continued his day as usual. When the group got back from flying around the island Astrid ask Hiccup how the girl was. He had completely forgot about her until this was said. He said that her forehead was almost completely healed and that she was going to need help getting around the village because of her ankle. Hiccup went back home, but when he walked inside he heard movement upstairs and ran up to the guest room.

Hiccup's POV
She was awake and she was freaking out asking where she's at, who I am, and what happened. After I calmed her down I answered her questions. I said that I'm Hiccup, you're in Berk, and I explained how I found her on the beach. The only thing I left out was the dragons. I ask her what is your name and she replied my name is Autumn.

     Autumn has wavy amber-red hair that is about 2 1/2" below her shoulders, cloudy blue-grey eyes, and very light peach-red freckles. They got to know each other a little better. Autumn found out Hiccup was the the chief's son, he is 19 turning 20 in 3 1/2 months, and his mother died when he was a baby. And Hiccup found out Autumn just turned 16, has a 9 year old sister, she lives in the village Kiche (Kīsh) on an island, and her dad is also the chief of Kiche.

Then Toothless walked into the room and Autumn started to freak out again. Hiccup expected her to look incredibly scared since Berk is one of the very few villages that have learned to live peacefully with dragons.The odd thing was she didn't look scared, instead she looked worried. Then she shouted Where's Moonstone!
