No ones POV

They rushed her to Gotham Central.

"Please help my daughter." Bruce bust through the door. The nurses took her from his grip to reveal the bleeding whole in her stomach and Bruce's blood stained shirt. They rushed her away for sugary leaving a nurse to talk the situation out with the men in the wig.

"Can you tell me what happened. And what is your relationship to the patient." The nurse asked.

"I'm her father. She was kidnapped by Black Mask."

"Ok Mr.Wayne we need you guys to sit we will notify you when the surgery is done.

"Ok." He sat down in defeat leaving the life of his daughter to the hands of doctors.

"Master Wayne you should go home relax change..." He was interrupted before he could finish.

"No Alfred I'm staying. You should go home take care of the kids. Take Peter home." They looked over to peter who was on Dicks lap fast asleep.

"I called his aunt she said he can stay over. I will send Master Dick to take everyone else home but I will stay."

"Alfred I said go home sleep, Come back in the morning."

"But Master Bruce..."

"That's an order Alfred."

"Ok Master Bruce." He left with the kids. Dick only one staying with him since he refused to listen to Bruce.

When the others got back no one slept peacefully. Peter kept waking up asking if Skyler was back if she was ok thinking it was all a dream and his best friend isn't on the verge of death on an operating table. Jason didn't sleep he just stayed in the living room and sat in front of T.V when he got tiered he would walk around the manor for and hour. Tim never sleeps so this is normal but instead of being on the computer he's just hunched over in a crouching position. Still living on coffee. Alfred took naps here and there but anything that's sounded like a phone he would wake up. Damian went to the training room the minute he entered the manor it's been 5 hours since he hasn't taken a break besides screaming god knows what in Arab. Waiting for the call that there sister and granddaughter (who are we kidding Alfred is obviously there grandfather) to get out of surgery and is ok.

*************At the hospital*****************

"Mr. Wayne." The doctor walked out taking off his gloves and mask.

"Is she ok."Bruce said with a look of desperation.

"She ok she's tired tho. Try not to stress her out. She can go home tomorrow. Your lucky she's alive. You have a strong girl there Mr. Wayne. She's in room 13, wing 13RW.

"Thank you doctor." Dick and Bruce rushed to the room. Skyler was asleep with water IV's hooked up to her. They sat next to her bedside waiting for her to wake up. Bruce finally gave into sleep falling asleep on the chair he was sitting in.

Dick stepped out heading to call the manor.

*ring* *ring* *ring*

Jason rushed over to the phone on the kitchen wall.

"Hello." He said hurried.

"Jason?" Dick asked.

"Dick? Is she ok. What's wrong."

"She's awake." That's all he said before Jason hung up yelling for everyone.

"Alfred start the car and get Peter I'll get Tim and Damian." They nodded at each other

"Tim." Tim jolted at his name he had a bags of dark circles he looked like he was napping hunched over.

"What Jason. What do you want." He looked warn out and tired.

"Its Sky shes out of surgery. Alfred is waiting in the car sleep on the ride there ill go get Damian." Jason walked down to the training room where he saw Damian in a fetal position. He didnt seem to notice Jason enter he was whispering something in Arabic. His eyes bloodshot from crying.

"Damian are you ok?" Jason got on his knees to get to Damian's eyesight.

"ana ymkn 'an yunqidhaha." He whispered to himself.His hands got tighter on his knees. Tears began to form in his eyes. Damian was never into showing his emotion at least not in front of his family.

"What, Dami say it again. I dont understand." Jason asked .

"ana ymkn 'an yunqidhaha." Jason sighed.

"In English Dami."

"I could've saved her Jason! I could've saved her my little sister I was supposed protect her. I didnt even know she was taken away yet alone was a meta. She almost died bleed out right in front of me. I feel like I failed as a brother." Damian pored his heart out to Jason. Jason held Damian close to him letting him cry in his shirt. This is the first time Jason has seen Damian break down hell its his first time seeing Damian care about anyone else besides himself.

"Damian shes ok, dont worry were going to see her now. Dont stress yourself out. Lets go." Him and Damian got up and cleaned themselves off.  They headed off to the car.

************Back at the hospital*************

"Dickie?" A weak voice called out. Dick shot up looking up from his phone. He looked across to see Skyler looking at her hand the red hue glowing from it again."

"Sky are you ok why is it glowing." Dick thought she was going to blow again.

"I don't know. It just happened."Dick cautiously went around her and sat on the bed near her feet.

"Sky I know all this that happened  wasn't your fault but until we figure out how your powers work or how you got them, do you think you can not use them?" She nodded sadly. She wanted to see what they could do not hold back.  She looked over to were her dad was sitting looking stressed even while asleep.

"Daddy." She whispered as he slept.

"Wha.." Bruce shot up from the chair. He looked over to his daughter.

"Skyler you ok? How are you feeling?" He kept asking questions feeling her forehead as if Alfred took over.

"Daddy Im ok. Wheres everyone else." Right when She said that Jason, Damian and Peter  came rushing  into the room Tim and Alfred calmly walking in behind them.

"Peter." She smiled patting the space next to her. He hopped on to the bed. She placed her head on his shoulder as he played with her hair. Her family shared a knowing look.

"So Ms. Skyler the doctors said you can be discharged in a couple hours so we brought you some clothes to change when you ready.' She nodded getting more comfortable in Peters being drifting a bit.

She got off the bed and decided she was going to change to avoid the subject of her powers. she closed the door and pressed her ear next to it hearing hushed whispers

 "So what are we going to do about sisters powers." Damian said.

"Sky and I decided that for protection that shes not going to use them until we figure out how they work and how she got them." she rolled her eyes at Dicks words.

"Did you talk it out or did you just decide for her." Jason sneered.

"This is for her own good." 

"How do you know whats for her own good your not her father and your barely at the Manor anymore, or did you forget about that Agent 37." Damien mentioned.

"How are we even supposed to know how they work if she doesn't use them." Tim joined in.

"Last time she used them she almost killed me. What if she loses control and kills us. What if she hurts Peter shes always with him." That stung Skylers heart tears began to prickle down her face.

"Skyler would never hurt me!" 

"Not purposly at lest Pete." Dick put his hand on Peters shoulder. Peter shoved his hand off walking out of the door into the hallway.

"Dick this is our sister we are talking about we've watched her grow up she wouldn't hurt anyone she to innocent." Jason said holding Dick by his shoulder.

"Well ive seen innocent people turn out to be the darkest."

"We get what your saying Dick but we dont know if Skyler not using her powers might do more harm than good." Bruce spoke or the first time since the conversation began.

"Her powers were dormant and now that there active we should at least ket her use them for testing purposes." Time said. Skyler had enough there treating her as if shes some science project or a dangerous mutant. She changed into the clothes. They brought and cleaned her tears. She stepped out everyone in the room head spun around. 

"Hes right you know." She said.

"What are you talking about Sky." Bruce asked.

"If I dont use my powers no one gets hurt." everyone's head went low because they didn't realize she could hear what what they were saying.

"Sky you just do what you want ok were just concered." Dick tried to cover up.

"Yeah concerned about yourself." She walked out leavening them to rethink everything they just said. 

"Pete." Skyler said sitting next to peter. He wrapped her arms around her trying to comfort her hearing everything that went down.

"Im scared." She admitted.

  "Dont be Ill be with you no matter what." 

"Do you think i got this from my mother, What if she was some evil witch." She questioned.

"I dont know Sky."

"I dont wanna hurt you Peter."

"You wont I promise."

"Ok. Can we just relax until we have to leave." He nodded as he began to run his fingers through her brown hair. They fell asleep in the hallway.

Dick is a dick
