Virat said excitedly

Anu: Haan Tia bhi nahi hai.

Rohit: Vim. Anu.. Woh.. actually.. Rah aur Tia..

AK cut him.

AK: Woh.. woh dono Bangalore gaye hai. Ek bahut important kam tha na iss liye

All looked at him with what are you saying expression except Virushka.

AK: Hai na Ro Chachu..

AK shook his slightly at Rohit who nodded in yes.

Rohit: Haan.. of course.. warna you know him na Vi.. Bachcho ke har function pe ready rehta hai

Sana was glaring at AK.

AK: Are ab kya yahi khade rehke baatein karne ka irada hai kya? Bhukh nahi lagi kya kisi ko? Let's go to safe house guys.. kam se kam Ziva di ke bare me to socho

All agreed with him and started leaving.

Virat: Are lekin bahar security to check karo

AK: Hum bahar se nahi andar se ja rahe hai Papa.

Jaddu: Yeh hall safe house ka hi part hai. Tum logo ke Jane ke baad add Kiya tha

Virat gave an understanding nod. They all started going towards the safe house..

Someone saw them all happy and wiped her tears and left from there. Arya saw a shadow going and went after that.

Arya: Kon hai?

The person hid behind the wall. Arya was about to go to that wall when Amy came there.

Amy: Bhaiya kidhar? Chalo andar bahar jana allowed nahi hai

Arya: Mujhe laga yaha koi hai Amy

Amy: Oh it was me only. Final check out karne gayi thi

Arya: Oh.. ohk then .. chalte hai..

Arya though was not convinced but went inside. Amy sighed in relief.

Amy: Main ja rahi hoon. Aap apne hisab se nikal jana

Amy went from there and the person too went from there

All came to the hall in the safe house. Virushka were looking at everything with nostalgic feeling.

Sakshi: Sab aa jao. Khana ready hi hai. Manna padega Bachcho ne sab ne milke bahut hi sahi intezaam kiya hai

Zora: Well we know we are the best

Agu: Not only best.. We are better than best..

Harry and Jassi were talking in low voice.

Harry: Atharva yaha aaya to tha sab ke sath..

Jassi: Haa lekin kahi dikh nahi raha

Harry: I hope Rah is fine Jas..

Harry shivered a bit. Jassi took him in a side hug rubbing his arm.

Sana went to AK.

Sana: Tumne Rah Chachu ke bare me kyu nahi bataya?

AK: Sab yahi hai na.. chal jayega pata abhi nahi to baad me.

Sana: Are lekin sab sath me mil lete to achchha hota na. Vi Chachu kitne khush ho jate..

AK: Tumhare Chachu mere Papa hai Sana. I know what information should be passed to him and when. As of now, please sab ko khana kha lene do

Sana: Kya chhupa rahe ho tum?

AK looked at other side.

Sana: AK.. sab.. sab theek hai na?

Before anyone could say anything, Sanjana came to them and took them both to dining area.

Sanjana: Tum sab log baad me baatein karna. Abhi sab sath me khana khate hai

They all settled on the big dining table. Tha ladies were serving and The Team and kids were settled on the table.

Sakshi: Chalo sab khana shuru karo

The kids started eating. Mahi was just looking at the food. His inner turmoil was eating him from inside. He just went from there. Virat went after him.

Mahi was standing at the entrance of the garden looking at nothing in particular. Virat stood beside him. They stood like that for a while in silence. Virat sensing that a push is needed, he kept his hand around his Mahi bhai's shoulder. There was still silence for a while.

Mahi: I failed Cheeku..

Virat: Nahi bhai..

Mahi: No Cheeku.. I failed. I failed my brothers.. my kiddos.. When.. when you left, I should have been the one who helped Ro and Rah in finding you, I should have been the one who handled Shubhi, Jassi, Harry, Kul, Yuzi.. I should have been the one who should have stopped Jaddu, Ash, Bhuvi, Shikhi and Jinks from going distant.. But what did I do? I kept myself away from all of them.. When they needed me the most, I just ran away. I am sorry.. I.. I am.. I am.. sorry Cheeku..

He broke into sobs. Virat took him in a hug.

Mahi: I am sorry..

Virat: Nahi bhai.. Apki galati nahi hai.

Mahi: No Cheeku.. I am at fault. Agar main sath me hota to sab sahi hota.

Virat: Bhai.. you remember you said that when you are expected to be strong and looked as a strong individual, people forget to ask you how you were doing. Baki sab ki tarah aap bhi to apne Cheeku se door hue the na.. the person jiske samne you can vent out.. who used to get into your nerves for your betterment..

Virat joked to which Mahi chuckled amidst his tears.

Mahi: Lekin I still failed Cheeku.. Failed to become their Mahi Bhai

Virat: Aap abhi bhi sab ke wahi Mahi Bhai ho bhai.. Har baar strong nahi raha jata na. They knew even you were not able to come to the terms of the situation. That's why they never asked you or forced you. They are still your kiddos bhai and you are their Mahi Bhai..

Mahi looked on.. Virat smiled and pointed towards the team who was standing at the distance with a smile and same admiration on their faces which always used to have.

Rohit: Aap aaj bhi hamare Mahi Bhai hi ho bhai.. Hum log apse naraz nahi hai. Aap bhi to apne bhai se door hue the na

This time.. may be for the first time, it was Mahi who ran to the team and they all held him in the group hug giving him the much needed warmth, strength and comfort. Virat too joined them.

The kids had dinner as the ladies have assured them all that the team.. they all will handle each other as they are now together.

Sana was going upstairs and Atharva was coming downstairs but he stopped seeing her. Sana signed him what happened to which he just pointed towards Rahul's room. She ran towards his room with him. But unknown to them AK and Anu both have seen it.

Anu was about to go upstairs but AK stopped her.

AK: Are Mumma.. kaha ja rahi ho? Sab to niche hi hai

Anu: Uper

AK: Uper kyu?

Anu looked at him with crossed arms.

Anu: Akaay Kohli.. main kuchh bol nahi rahi iska yeh matlab nahi hai ki mujhe kuchh dikh aur samaj nahi aa raha. Atharva uper hai. Usko dinner bhi to karna hoga na. And by the way why didn't you allow Ro to tell about Rah and Tia?

AK looked here and there. Anu went upstairs whereas AK followed her still trying to stop her from going to Rahul's room.

Sana and Atharva came inside. She saw Athiya was putting an oxygen mask over Rahul's mouth.

Sana: Breathing issues ho rahe hai?

Athiya: Haan abhi thodi der pehle ho rahe the. Sana Rah theek hai na?

Sana: Chachi aap chinta mat karo main dekhti hoon

Sana checked him and found his vitals quite high. She attached a drip and adjusted oxygen supply from the cylinder.

Athiya: Abhi thodi der pehle Rah kuchh badbada rahe the samaj me sahi se to nahi aya kya lekin..

Sana: Lekin kya Chachi?

Athiya: Shayad had.. hadse ke time ka tha

Sana rubbed her arm.

Anu was shocked seeing everything in front of her eyes.

Anu: Rah..

All looked at her. She took baby steps towards him and sat on the bed beside him. She with shaky hands caressed hair of the sleeping figure of Rahul.

Anu: Rah.. (to others) kya hua hai isko?

Sana: Chachi woh.. jis case ki wajah se main wapas aayi woh case..

Anu gasped audibly.

Anu: Woh Rah ka case tha??

Sana nodded in yes. Anu looked at AK who too had come inside.

Anu: Kya iss liye tumne Vi ko..

AK nodded in yes.

Athiya: Bhabhi...

Anu: We are sorry Tia.. We are really sorry..

Athiya: Nahi bhabhi.. isme aapki koi galati nahi hai

They both hugged each other.

Anu: We are sorry..

Athiya: Nahi bhabhi.. please sorry mat bolo.. bas aap ab mat jana please

They shed tears while Sana continued monitoring Rahul's condition. AK came there.

AK: Darne ki koi baat nahi hai na Sana?

Sana: Nahi Chachu theek hai. Woh aaj sab yaad aya na to emotional stress ki wajah se.. but good news is his Vitals have started getting normal. High the but normal ho rahe hai gradually. Let him rest.

AK nodded in yes.

AK: Mumma chale?

Anu nodded in yes and they went downstairs. Sana stayed there with Athiya and Atharva and was observing Rahul.

The team have come and were eating.

AK: Mumma.. sambhalo khud ko.. Papa ko apko hi batana hoga

Anu gulped down and nodded in yes. She wiped her tears and composed herself.

Virat: Are Nushkie.. kidhar thi?

Anu: Nahi bas yahi thi.

Virat: All okay?

Anu: Of course Vi..

She said with a smile to which he smiled back though was not fully convinced.

Rohit: Sana kaha hai?

Virat: Even I was going to ask the same

Anu: Woh so gayi.

RohiRat: Itni jaldi??

AK: Are usne itna dimag chalaya aaj to thak gayi hogi chipkali

Virat: Chipkali?? What's this Akku?

Rohit: Are main batata hoon tujhe Vi inn dono ka..

And he started narrating the stories of SaKaay.

All had dinner and then went to sleep successfully keeping Virat away from Rahul.

It was the next day when everyone was looking tensed as they all were thinking on how to disclose the thing about Rahul to Virat.

Mahi: Anu.. tum kafi pareshan lag rahi ho. Kuchh hua hai kya? Sidhe sidhe hi batana hoga Cheeku ko..

Anu: Bhai woh..

She stopped seeing Ziva there.

Rohit: Woh kya Anu?

Anu: Vi Rah ko leke kitna emotional hai pata hai na. Bas iss liye dar lag raha hai. Ekdum se kaise batau

Sana: Batana to hoga Chachi.. Rah Chachu ko abhi shayad sabse zyada Vi Chachu ki zaroorat hai aur yeh.. yeh main ek doctor hone ke naate bol rahi hoon

Virat came there.

Virat: Kya hua hai? Yaha kon si meeting chal Rahi hai mere bina?

Anu: Vi woh.. actually kuchh baat karni thi

Virat: Haan to bolo na.. Waise Ro Rah ko call karke yaha bulana. I really wanna see him now.

Anu cleared her throat.

Anu: Vi.. actually.. Rah ke bare me hi baat karni thi

Virat: Haan to bolo na.. call aaya tha uska? Baat Hui tumhari uske saath?

Anu: Vi listen to me..

Virat: Haan baba sun raha hoon lekin I am missing Rah yaar Nushkie sab se mil liya woh reh gaya.. you imagine.. my kiddo.. my first ever kiddo..

Anu: Rah is not well Vi

Anu said it while cutting him. Virat frowned.

Virat: Not well matlab? Kya hua? Fever hai? Injured hai? Yeh ladka bhi na kabhi nahi sudhrega. Kitni baar bola hai dhyan rakhe lekin nahi.. over me hi karna hota sab. Zaroor Ice Cream khayi hogi aur baarish me football khela hoga. Ek to aise hi uski recovery process me time lagta hai aur yeh..

Virat shook his head at his Rahuliya's antics.

Virat: Achchha iss baar kya kand kiya usne? Ice cream khayi, baarish me football khela ya koi nayi injury karwa Li?

Sana: Vi Chachu..

Virat: Yes Princess..

Sana: Woh jo.. jo..

Anu: Vi.. jis case ke liye Sana wapas aayi thi woh case kisi aur ka nahi Rah ka tha

Virat was shocked hearing this. It took him few seconds to process what he heard.

Virat: Rah as in Rahuliya??

Anu nodded in yes while tears fell from her eyes. Virat stumbled but Rohit and AK hold him.

Virat: No.. no.. Rah ko kuchh nahi ho sakta.. no...

Anu: Vi.. Vi..

Virat: No.. no..

Anu hold him by his shoulders.

Anu: Vi sambhalo khud ko. He needs you. Your Rahuliya needs you Vi. You have to be strong na Haan. He is your kiddo hai na. You know na how he hides his emotions. Woh sirf tumse hi share karega Vi you know na. Please sambhalo khud ko

Virat took some deep breaths and nodded in yes. He wiped his tears which were falling from his eyes hearing the news.

Virat: Mujhe.. mujhe Rah se milna hai

Sana: Uper unke room me hai

Virat ran to Rahul's room but stood at the door. Rest all have followed him too stopped outside of the room.

Rohit: Vi..

Virat: No I can't..

Rohit: I can't see him like that Ro.. I can't..

Rohit took him in a hug. AK slowly opened the door. Athiya saw everyone there.

Rohit broke the hug.

Virat: No I can't.. I..

He said this much when his gaze fell on Rahul's sleeping figure. He got frozen at his place. Anu and AK were rubbing his back. Ziva was observing everything quietly was connecting everything mentally and was shocked.

Virat took baby steps and went towards the bed. His gaze fixed on Rahul. He sat beside him on the bed. He caressed his hair. Rahul frowned slightly but leaned towards Virat. Virat smiled at his antics while tears fell from his eyes.

Virat: Rah..

Rahul frowned hearing this.

Virat: Rah.. wake up bachcha..

Rahul slowly opened his eyes and blinked them few times to flew the sleep away from his eyes. He looked here and there and found Virat sitting beside him and was caressing his hair.

Rahul was all blank for a while. He didn't say anything. Sana was looking at the monitor with her fingers crossed.

Rahul: Vi.. Vi Bhai..

Virat's heart skipped a beat hearing his Rahuliya's weak yet firm voice.

Rahul tried to shift towards him more but was unable to. Instead he winced in pain as his body is still not used to this type of movement and was stiff.

Virat: Rah.. bachcha. Calm down. I am here only.

Virat shifted more towards him. He gently lifted his head and put it in his lap hugging him. Rahul hid his face in the hug shedding tears. Tears were falling from Virat's eyes too. He was continuously rubbing his back.

Virat: My kiddo.. My Rahuliya..

Rahul: Don.. Don't ca.. call me that

Virat chuckled amidst his tears and broke the hug. He wiped Rahul's tears gently and kissed on his forehead.

Atharva: Aap dono to bilkul mere aur bhaiya ke jaise lagte ho.. Virat and His Rahuliya and Atharva and His Bhaiya

Rahul & AK: Don.. Don't call me that/Don't call me that

They both looked at each other and rest all chuckled.

Rahul: Vi Bhai..

Virat: Haan bachcha..

Rahul tried to get up but Virat and Atharva helped him in sitting. Rahul looked at Atharva. He cupped his face with shaky hands.

Rahul: A.. A.. Ath.. Atharva..

All were happily surprised hearing this. Rahul has still not called him by his name till now after coming out of coma and today.. he called him.

Atharva: Pa.. Papa..

Rahul nodded in yes. Atharva hugged him tightly hiding his face in the hug.

Atharva: I am sorry Papa.. I couldn't save you.. I am sorry..

Atharva broke the hug and found Rahul was looking at him with shocked expression.

Rahul: I.. I have hi.. hid you

Atharva nodded in yes.

Atharva: Lekin.. lekin maine aapko girte hue dekha tha Papa cliff se.. Maine pakda tha aapka hath lekin..

Tears fell from his eyes. He again hugged Rahul. Rahul tried to lift his hand. Sana helped him and he put over Atharva's head.

Virat was shocked hearing all this. He remembered how Atharva was scared of leaving his hand and he could understand the trauma the poor kid was still fighting with.

Atharva broke the hug after a while and he himself helped Rahul to put his hand back at the place. Virat being a father himself could understand what Rahul might be feeling. He looked at Akaay who nodded in yes and took Atharva from there. As soon as they left, tears fell from Rahul's eyes. Virat gently took Rahul in the hug.

Virat: I know it's not okay Rah.

Rahul: Bha.. bhaiya..

Virat: Everyone out..

Arjun was about to say something but Rohit stopped him.

Rohit: Inn dono ke beech me koi nahi ja sakta

Arjun: Janta hoon Mr Sharma lekin Chachu..

Anu cut him gently.

Anu: He will handle Rah Jun. Don't worry.

Arjun nodded in yes and they went from there leaving HulRat alone.

Virat was caressing Rahul's hair.

Virat: Rah bachcha..

Virat heard him sobbing. He made the hug tighter. He could feel that it was not good. Something is behind this.

Rahul: My.. my baby.. bhaiya..

Virat: Shh.. Bas Rah bas.. Rah.. listen to me kiddo..

Virat's own tears were falling but he quickly wiped them and composed himself. He cannot fall weak.

Virat broke the hug and cupped Rahul's face.

Virat: Tab jo hua kya hua kaise hua nahi pata mujhe. Lekin Rah.. bachcha ab you are there with your kid. Ab usko itna pyaar do ki woh saari buri yaadein na dhundhali pad jaye okay

Rahul nodded in yes with tears still falling from his eyes. Virat again took him in a hug.

Virat: I am sorry kiddo.. You guys had to go through a lot because we left.

Rahul looked at him with tear stained face.

Rahul: Sab.. Sab ko bulao

Virat: Rah..

Rahul: Pl.. please..

Virat called everyone who were outside only. They came inside. Virat looked at Athiya.

Virat: Sorry Tia..

Athiya shook her head in no.

Rahul: I.. I am sorry Bhaiya.. bha.. bhabhi

All looked at him surprisingly. AK and Atharva too joined them.

Rahul: I.. I know..

Virat: Kya Rah?

Rahul: Th.. that wh.. when you de.. decided to leave.. to.. to save us..

Anu gasped. AK, Arjun, Amy, Virat were looking at him with shocked expression.

Rahul: I.. I know everything.

Rohit: Issi liye attack??

Rahul nodded in yes. Few audible gasps heard. Virat looked at other side as tears fell from his eyes remembering the events.

Anu: Rah.. abhi rest karo okay.. let's discuss this all later

Rahul: How.. how did you manage bhabhi?

Anu smiled at him and cupped his face.

Anu: Kyuki tum sab ka pyaar tha na hamare sath.. hamari raksha kar raha tha aur yeh..

She pointed towards AK.

Anu: Hamara in house commando hai na.. Special Agent Major Akaay Kohli.. code name AK.. or Akrosh

Rohit: Rah kya hua tha tumhare sath? Atharva ke sath? Aur Vi aur Anu kyu gaye? Tumne call pe bataya tha bahut important baat batani hai aur luckily tumhara location shared tha mere sath to we reached on time

Rahul: Bha.. bhaiya aur.. bha.. bhabhi ke.. ke ghar..

Mahi: Ghar kya Rah?

Rahul: Atta.. Attack kiya tha. Sab.. sab ko.. bla.. blast me..

Everyone except Virushka, AK, Arjun and Amy looked at him with shocked expression.

Okay so I tried to show a sort of reunion and am revealing a back story halka sa. Not sure how it was written.
