AK nodded in yes. Rest all of course except the one knew him were shocked.

Nirbhay: Ab pata chala itna fit kaise ho

Yash: And itne smart bhi..

Angad: So this is your team??

AK nodded in yes.

AK: You all know AJ. He is second in command and his code name is Aqua or AJ. She is Special Agent Captain Amayra. Code name Peace but she is my Herm.

Amy smiled at him. Sana made a face. Ori came to AK and picked him up twirling around. Rest all chuckled.

Ori: Tune to Dil khush kar ditta..

He put him down. AK looked at Atharva who was standing there with a huge pout on his face. AK smiled at him to which he just ran to him and hugged him tightly. But the force made AK winced in pain.

Atharva quickly broke the hug.

Atharva: Kya hua bhaiya? Apko lagi hai bahut.. kidhar lagi..

He said this much when his gaze fell on the gun shot wound. His eyes widened. AK quickly took him in a hug with his free hand hiding his face in the hug .

AK: Calm down okay. Bhaiya theek hai. Calm down.

Atharva took a deep breath and nodded in yes. He broke the hug. Sana came to them and she took his scarf and tied it tightly to stop the bleeding. AK swayed a little but Atharva hold him.

Sammy: Inn logo ko dressing ki zarurat hai lekin yaha se hospital bahut door hai. Jo medikit hamare sath thi woh use ho gayi baki sab ko treat karne me.

Arya: Let's go to safe house. Woh yaha se nazdeek bhi hai and we have medikit as well as few glucose bottles and drips there.

All agreed. Arjun was about to support AK but Sammy stopped him.

Sammy: You too are injured.

Ori: Don't worry. Hum log leke aate hai tum log betho andar bus me.

They settled in the bus with Atharva not leaving AK for a second. He was having flashes of Rahul throughout seeing AK like that but he was shrugging off them to take care of HIS BHAIYA

Arya and VK were at the last as she was not able to walk properly because of her injury. Arya picked her up in his arms and made her stand on the steps of the bus. All this while VK was just looking at him.

Arya: Now slowly go ahead. I am holding you

VK nodded in yes and slowly she climbed the stairs. Her leg area near ankle was swollen. Rohit saw her.

Rohit: Bura muda hai VK. Come.

He gave his hand to her and she held it. She took a step ahead but winced in pain. Arya winced with her didn't know why but he did. His face was showing her pain.

Rohit: Bas seat aa gayi bachcha. Sit.

VK sat on the seat and Arya and Rohit too settled on their seats. The driver started to go towards the safe house. Tears were falling from VK's eyes. Arya saw her.

Arya (in mind): Lagta hai isko bahut zyada pain ho raha hai.

Arya hold her hand and squeezed it a little in assurance. VK looked at him with teary eyes. She hid her face hugging him silently crying. The lights were dim so none has seen it. Arya was shocked seeing her hugging him. But she was silently crying and he didn't had a heart to break the hug and snatching the comfort she was seeking. He gently patted on her head.

By the time they have reached the safe house, Atharva has fallen asleep thanks to constant patting of AK over his head. Though he used to occasionally flinched in sleep but feeling the constant warmth of AK was calming him too. The driver turned on the lights and it was brighter now. Because of the lights, VK who too had slept and her sleep got broken and she frowned. She opened her eyes and found herself hugging Arya who was looking at her. She quickly broke the hug and was about to get up with a jolt but Arya stopped her.

Arya: Calm down. Calm down. Your leg is injured. Relax.

VK realised and nodded in yes but she was not meeting Arya's eyes.

They all got down and Sana and Sammy were the first ones who literally ran inside as soon as Rohit opened the door. It was a huge one and they were having many rooms there.

Ritz: Inn logo ko uper ke rooms me leke jao niche bahut awaaz aati hai. Rest nahi ho payega

The boys took Arjun and AK in separate rooms. Atharva who has woken up now was again clinging onto AK and was with him only.

Sammy came to Arjun.

Arjun: Minor cut hai. I'll manage.

Sammy: Itna bhi minor nahi hai jitna tumhe lag raha hai. Don't worry.. jab tak Sana sab cheeze settle kar rahi hai AK ke room me tab tak tumhari dressing ho jayegi

Arjun nodded in yes and Sammy dressed his wound.

Sammy: Pain killers hai lelo.

Arjun nodded in yes and took the pain killers. Sammy looked at Amy who was there only.

Sammy: Tum theek ho?

Amy smiled and nodded in yes. Angad was about to say something when they heard Sana was scolding Atharva. Sammy and Amy went there. Though Arjun wanted to go but Sammy and Amy assured him that they will handle and he should rest.

Sana: Atharva.. bachche nahi ho tum. You want me to treat him right.

Atharva nodded in yes.

Sana: To bahar jao Atharva.

All came there.

Rohit: Kya hua?

Sana: Apne ladle ko bolo jaye yaha se Papa.

Atharva: Main bhaiya ko chhod ke nahi jaunga kahi.

Saying so he hold AK's hand tightly.

Sana: See.. yeh ladka na.. hath hi nahi chhod Raha. Mushkil se chhudwaya tha wapas pakad liya

Atharva: Nahi chhodunga hath. Woh chhut jayega to yeh bhi gir jayenge jaise Papa gir gaye the

AK's heart skipped a beat hearing this. He quickly freed his hand and took Atharva in a tight hug hiding his face again. Sana turned to other side keeping her hand over her mouth to control her sobs. But she quickly wiped her tears and composed herself. She once again turned in her doctor mode.

Her swift changes were seen by all and they all admired her for the same. Sammy came to her and took her in a side hug.

Atharva (mumbling): Main apko kahi nahi Jane dunga bhaiya

AK: Haan bachcha.. Bhaiya kahi nahi jayenge okay. Calm down. Let's have some rest. Bhaiya bhi so jate hai tum bhi so jao okay. Sleep..

Within few minutes Atharva was again fell asleep due to all mental exhaustion he was feeling. AK signed Sana to check Atharva first. She nodded in yes but as soon as she touched him, Atharva flinched in sleep. Sana and AK both patted his head and gently made him lie down on the bed properly. AK kept caressing his hair.

Sana: We need to remove the bullet. It's still in your hand

AK: Nikal lo.

Sana: We don't have anesthesia here

AK: It's okay. Aise hi nikal lo

Sana (greeting teeth): Have you lost it?

Sammy: AK.. aise nahi kar sakte na bachcha bahut pain hoga.

AK looked at her surprisingly. Sammy quickly averted her gaze. AK got tears in his eyes while Sammy wiped her own tears which fell from her eyes. AK composed himself.

AK: I.. I can handle

Sana: Tum sahen kar loge lekin baki logo ka socha hai? Atharva yahi so raha hai agar tumhari ek cheekh bhi nikli to woh aur dar jayega

AK: Nahi niklegi. Iss T-shirt ko fadna hai. I need scissors.

Sana passed him. Rest all were looking at his antics curiously. AK cut his T-shirt and made Atharva held it in his hand. He then took a cushion and adjusted it near his mouth and once again started caressing Atharva's hair.

Sana: This is not going to work. But anyways..

Saying so she removed her scarf. Sammy cleaned his wound. She took the plucker and entered it inside the wound. Ritz closed her eyes and so as Nirbhay and Rio. Angad, Ori, Agu and Arya were handling the rest. Rohit could see how much pain AK was having. Tears were falling from his eyes. They were able to hear his very very low screams.

Sammy got hold of the bullet.

Sammy: Bullet mil gayi hai. Bas nikal hi Rahi hoon. Hold on okay AK.

Sammy was about to take the bullet but her muscle got pulled and she asked Sana to hold the plucker. As soon as Sana hold it, Sammy left it and held her hand. Arya went to her and started rubbing and massaging her arm and hand. But at the same time the cushion AK was holding with his mouth too got out of his hold. He tried to reach it but was not able to. Rohit ran to him and sat beside him on the bed. He gave him the cushion but it was not adjusting.

AK: Aise.. aise hi nikal lo

He said breathing heavily.

Rohit: Use my hand

AK: I said.. aise hi nikalo Sana..

Sana having no other option took out the bullet while AK was silently screaming and at a point he had to put his hand in his mouth so that his voice could not reach to Atharva.

AK was breathing heavily. He took out his hand from his mouth and he almost fell on Rohit who held him protectively. Rohit started patting his cheeks.

Rohit: AK.. AK..

Sana: Papa.. Papa calm down. He is fine. Let him rest. Main bandage kar deti hoon wound ko.

Rohit laid AK down on the bed and Sana completed the bandaging. She then turned to Sammy and massage her hand properly.

Sana: Better??

Sammy: Haan. Sab log jaiye aur Jake rest kar lijiye. It's late now

All nodded and left except Rohit who sat beside AK and was caressing his hair and occassionally patting Atharva's head too. Rohit saw Atharva in sleep threw AK's T-shirt and snuggled more to AK and hugged him.

Flashback

Rahul was not well due to some allergic reaction and Virat was taking care of him. The entire day Virat was with Rahul. It was night and time to sleep but still Virat has not come out of Rahul's room so Rohit went to check on HulRat. As soon as he entered the room, the serene smile came on his face seeing the duo sleeping cuddling to each other though mostly Rahul was cuddling to Virat. He came inside and sat on the bed. He caressed their hair one by one. He saw Rahul in sleep threw the comforter which was coming between him and Virat and snuggled more to Virat hugging him.

Rohit chuckled at the memory being recreated by the mini version of his brothers.

On the next day, when Rohit woke up, he found AK and Atharva both were in deep sleep. He got up but found AK had held his hand in his sleep. A smile instantly formed on his face.

Ritz came out of her room and was shocked to see hall. All the seniors, Zora, Ziva and Athiya have come there.

Ritz: Are aap sab?

Jassi: Sab kaise hai?

Ritz: Sab theek hai Jas. AK got shot with bullet in his arm but he is fine. Sammy and Sana ne manage kar liya. Arjun had quite deep cut in his abdomen.

The younger clan except Amy, Arjun, AK and Atharva came there. The parents were so relieved seeing their kids fine.

Ritz: Atharva uper room me hai Athu. AK bhi wahi hai.

Jinks: I guess hume Jake ek baar mil Lena chahiye

Rest all agreed and went upstairs. They came to room and found Atharva cuddling to AK and AK cuddling to Rohit who was caressing their hair one by one. AK has held Atharva protectively even in his that state.

Jaddu, Shrey, Rishu, Jinks, Jassi, Harry, Bhuvi, Mahi all looked at each other remembering the same incident.

Flashback

Jassi: Mahi Bhai.. puri hotel dekh li Ro bhaiya kahi nahi mil rahe

Mahi: What??

Rishu: Haan Bhai.

Jinks: Ro ka sara saman yahi hai. Reception pe puchha to unhone bataya ki woh bahar nahi gaya

Harry: And we checked our rooms, terrace, garden lekin kahi nahi hai

Kul: Pata nahi kidhar honge?

Mahi: Ritz ko puchha?

Yuzi: Unko nahi pata kidhar hai.

Mahi: Cheeku ko puchha?

Bhuvi: He is with Rah. He is not well na.

Mahi: Uff.. to waha hi hoga. Don't you know Cheeku jaha uska Ro waha. Come let's go to Rah's room

They went to Rahul's room with Mahi leading them and when they came inside, they found Rahul cuddling to Virat who himself was cuddling to Rohit though has not forgotten to hold Rahul protectively and Rohit.. well he was admiring the duo while caressing their hair one by one

Harry: Inn dono ko dekh ke hamesha Aisa lagta hai jaise..

Jassi: Rah aur Vi Bhai phir se hamare samne khade hai. Lekin.. lekin aaj dono mese koi yaha nahi hai hamare samne

Tears fell from his eyes. He blinked his eyes rapidly to get rid of them but he was not able to.

Mahi: Sambhalo khud ko Jassi.

AK opened his eyes hearing voices.. The special agent training kicked in. He opened his eyes but found team there.

Jinks: Are yeh uth gaya

All looked at AK. Rohit helped him in getting up and sat on the bed. He kept his head on Rohit's shoulder. All were surprised to see him expressing. Rohit was smiling widely while caressing his hair. AK was talking in low voice.

AK: Chachu..

Rohit: Kya hua bachcha?

AK: Mumma.. Papa..

He said getting emotional. Rohit held him protectively rubbing his back.

Rohit: Sab theek hai bachcha. Chachu hai yaha okay.

AK snuggled more. Atharva woke up and found everyone there. He wished them all. He saw AK was looking tired.

Atharva: Bade Papa..

Rohit: Haan bachcha

Atharva: Hume jaldi Jana hoga Shaher me wapas. Bhaiya sahi nahi lag rahe

Sammy who was checking AK spoke.

Sammy: He is right. We should go back to City. Zaroorat padi to hospital bhi ja payenge

AK: I am fine..

Sanjana: Ek kam karte hai. Let's first have some food. Tum sab ne kal se nahi khaya. Phir wapas chalte hai. We have cars to inn logo ko car me comfortable bhi lagega

Sana: Nahi Chachi.. I would suggest hum log sab ke tests kar lete hai. Kahi koi internal injury hogi to pata chal jayega.

All agreed as it was also a needed thing. They returned back to City real fast.. Firstly they went to hospital and Sammy and other doctors first checked AK as he was looking weak. They attached a glucose drip. Sammy gave a mild sedation to AK so that he can have some rest. His vitals were quite high. Sammy came out from the ward and found Arjun and Amy standing there at the door.

Sammy: He is fine. Weakness kafi hai because of blood loss.

Amy and Arjun nodded in yes.

Sammy: Chalo tumhari dressing karni hai. Dr Mehra aap inki dressing kar lijiye

Arjun was surprised that Sammy was not doing it but he didn't say anything as he saw her going inside AK's ward again and understood that she was not in better state of mind.

Sammy came out after a while once AK's vitals were normal. Arjun was talking on call at a side.

Angad: Di.. Amy ko shoulder pe chot lagi hai. Kya aap??

Sammy: Theek hai main dekhti hoon. Amy.. come here

Amy: Ji?? Kuchh Lana hai? Koi medicine chahiye?

Sammy: Nahi. Kuchh nahi chahiye. Angad ne bataya tumhe shoulder pe chot lagi hai. Maine kal puchha tha to bataya kyu nahi?

Amy: I am fine. Aise chot ka to pata tak nahi chalta hum logo ko

Sammy: Chalo aur dressing karwao chalo. Angad nahi batata to pata hi nahi chalta. Chalo ab

She took her with herself.

Rohit went to Arjun who was looking tensed.

Rohit: Kya hua?

Arjun: Ji??

Rohit: Kya hua pareshan lag rahe ho?

Arjun: Woh Chachu aur Chachi pareshan the kal se baat nahi Hui thi na to.

Rohit: Tum.. tumne bataya unko? Gun.. gun shot wou.. wound ke bare me??

Arjun sighed but nodded in yes.

Rohit (shocked): What?? Are woh dono pareshan ho jayenge na. Nahi batana tha. I know Vi woh Anu se bhi zyada panick karta hai. Oh God..

Arjun: Hey relax.. calm down.

Rohit: Are lekin..

Arjun: They are parents of a soldier Mr Sharma. Aapko kya lagta hai unko nahi pata soldier ke sath kya kya ho sakta hai?? Phir bhi hamara Akku aaj Major ke rank tak pahunch chuka hai. Chachu aur Chachi are proud of him.. In fact they are proud of both Vami and Akku.. We all are proud of both of them

Rohit: Va..Vami kaisi hai? Ab to kafi.. kafi badi ho gayi hogi na.. Itni si thi jab aakhri.. aakhri baar dekha tha

Arjun: Mr Sharma sambhaliye khud ko

He said as he could see Rohit was getting emotional.

Arjun: Waise Atharva kaha hai? Dikhayi nahi de raha

Rohit: Sana leke gayi hai usse.

Arjun: Kyu?

Rohit: Woh M.. MRI karwana tha.

Arjun: Kyu?

But before Rohit could reply, Arjun got a call from Agni and went from there.

They reached home in the afternoon. Ritz has already prepared lunch for everyone.

Ritz: Arjun.. tumhare ghar pe koi hai ya nahi?

Arjun: Ji abhi to nahi hai.

Ritz: Haan to tum yahi ruk jao kuchh din.

Arjun: Lekin main.. kaise..?? I mean thanks but..

Rohit: Ruk jao. AK ko achchha lagega. Moreover he is comfortable with you the most here.

Arjun: Well I come way too after. There are plenty of people ahead of me and certainly Mr Rohit Sharma is one of them with whom AK is comfortable the most

He said while looking at almost sleeping AK who was sitting while keeping his head on Rohit's shoulder. Rohit smiled.

Sammy: He is proper mini version of Vi chachu

RohIka looked at her surprisingly.

Sammy: I understood when he started calling you chachu and when you told him why you can't tell him about that.. that incident

Sammy said while rubbing her palms. Sana hold her hands.

Sana: Relax Di..

Arjun: You guys are very strong

AK who though was sleeping but couldn't hearing their conversation finally spoke.

AK: Sab strong hai lekin sab se zyada strong Mumma Papa hai

He said this much and went from there.

Sana: Iss cranky kid ko sambhalo koi yaar

She said irritatingly.

Rohit: He is missing his parents. Ritz khana dedo main leke jata hoon

Ritz gave him his plate and Rohit went to AK's room and sat beside him on the bed.

Rohit: Miss kar rahe ho na unko to baat kar lo

AK shook his head in no.

AK: Unko pata chal jayega I am not well

Rohit: They already know. Arjun ne bataya unko

AK: Yeh bhaiya bhi na.. Koi baat pet me pachti hi nahi unke

Rohit: Usne jo kiya sahi kiya Mini Vi. Chalo muh kholo

Rohit fed him with lunch while talking nonsense just like he used to do with Virat and made him have his meds. He made him lie down on the bed and started caressing his hair.

AK: Apki uss nakchadi beti ko bol Dena meds le li hai maine. Warna aap logo ko chen se nahi rehne degi

Rohit: By any chance are you talking about Sana?

AK: Aur kon nakchada hai Ghar me? Iss chipkali ko bol Dena okay.

Rohit: Chipkali??

AK: Haan.. nakchadi chipkali.. waise woh nakchadi chipkali cute hai bahut.. Aap pe gayi hai na..

AK slept while saying all this. Rohit was just looking at him with wide eyes sinking that he was just talking about his daughter.

Sana took Atharva to her room.

Sana: Atharva..

Atharva: Haan di bolo na

Sana: I want to discuss something important with you

Atharva nodded in yes. Sana took a deep breath. She was quite sweating and was visibly tensed.

Atharva observed her expressions and body language. He was now getting what she might want to discuss.

Atharva: Di.. relax.. aap jo bhi hai saaf saaf bata do. Don't worry about anything okay. You are a doctor. Remember that.

Sana nodded in yes. She got tears in her eyes but she composed herself. She tried to say but her voice choked.

Sana: A.. Atharva..

She said this much and burst into cry hugging him. He was rubbing her back. Atharva too got tears in his eyes but he composed himself.

Atharva: Di.. Di.. calm down.

They broke the hug. Tears were still falling from Sana's eyes.

Atharva: It's.. it's okay Di.. calm down okay. I knew this would come. Lekin.. lekin..

Tears fell from Atharva's eyes but he quickly wiped them and composed himself.

Atharva: Lekin itna jaldi.. jaldi ayega yeh nahi pata tha you know.. Anyways It's.. it's ok. Abhi aap.. aap rest karo.

Saying so he started leaving but stopped at the door. He turned and looked at Sana whose tears were still falling.

Atharva: Di..

Sana: Haan..

Atharva: How much time??

Sana was shocked hearing the question.

It's been two days and AK was better.. Atharva and Rohit used to take care of him a lot. AK has talked to Virushka too and appraised them about his health. Everything was smooth and normal except three people and those are Sana, AK and Atharva..

Sana has again started getting frustrated a lot. She used to snap at almost everyone except Atharva. She has strictly order certain things for others to do except AK. Though everyone was doing whatever she used ask, she was looking visibly stressed out

AK was better but he was doubting his own decisions. He could see the problems others were facing and they all were somewhere related to his parents. He was feeling somewhere responsible and genuinely wanted to help them.

Atharva.. well He was expressing a lot more now a days and it was not looking normal to anyone and specially to AK. This sudden change in him was scaring them.

AK was looking at the album with Rohit and Rohit was sharing stories with him about the photos. Once again his gaze fell on the same picture about which he has asked Rohit last time

AK: Chachu.. yeh kon hai?

Rohit: Tum nahi jante?

AK: Mujhe sirf aap sab ka nam pata tha. Maine kisi ka face nahi dekha. For the fact, I knew you guys trusted Papa. He was content with that only.

Rohit caressed the picture.

Rohit: He is Rahul..

AK: Rahul?? You mean Rah Cha??

Rohit chuckled.

Rohit: Vami ne sikhaya na??

AK smiled.

Rohit: Akku.. beta Vami.. Kaisi hai?

AK's smile vanished but he again plastered it.

AK: Everything is fine chachu. Main.. main Atharva ko dekh ke aaya pata nahi Aaj kal ajeeb sa ho gaya hai

Saying so he went from there. Rohit frowned. He was not having good feeling about Vami. He got up but felt some heaviness in his chest and sat on the bed rubbing over his heart.

AK was on terrace at night. Sana came there. She stood beside him. Both were gazing at the night sky without saying anything.

AK: I have decided.

Sana: Hmm.. Kya decide Kiya?

AK: I won't run. Main nahi bhagunga. I'll at least try to fix things which are broken.

Sana: Cool..

There was again silence.

AK: Thanks Sana.. Thanks for making me realise my mistake

Flashback

AK was caressing Atharva's hair. Sana too was there massaging Atharva's forehead as he was having headache due to fever. He was still slightly shivering out of fear.

Sana: You don't worry Main sambhal lungi

AK: I can see you are handling very well

Sana: Thanks. So you are free finally

AK: Excuse me?? Main samja nahi

Sana: Isme.. na samajne wali kon si baat hai AK?

AK: Tum kis bare me baat kar Rahi ho Sana?

Sana: Tumhe Jana tha na yaha se.. Bhagna tha yaha se

AK: Aur Main kyu bhagunga?

Sana: To aur kya kar rahe ho tum? Bhag hi to rahe ho. Tumhe dikh raha hai ki sab tumhare Papa ke chale Jane ki wajah se dukhi hai and unka beta.. aaya lekin ab aise hi bhag Jana chahta hai.. you know what I am right about you all. My hatred was right. Tum logo ko padi hi nahi hai yaha pe sab ki

AK: Tum janti kya ho Haan hamari sufferings ke bare me?

Sana: Lekin tum to dekh rahe ho na sab ko ? Sab ki halat dikh rahi hai tumhe. Aur kisi ka nahi to Kam se kam Atharva aur Papa ka hi soch lo. People here waiting for your family or any news about them.. since years.. They are still finding them and the real culprit. These people at least deserve A Closure Mr AK if not anything else. At least give them that.

Flashback ends--

AK: Agar uss din tum mujhe nahi samjati.. to shayad aaj tak main chala gaya hota yaha se.. but now.. I am gonna try.. Try to at least repair whatever is broken.. at least upto certain extent if not fully

Sana smiled at him.

AK: But I will need your help. Will you?

Sana: Done.

They both shook hands but unknown to them, their conversation was heard by Rohit who was smiling while looking at them from the door.

Rohit (in mind): Ab to tujhe wapas aana hi padega Vi..
