??? POV -

Before I knew it, my 3rd birthday had arrived. The year I would start training, but also keep my childhood. I loved learning, be it by books or by combat, I loved all of it. I had gotten over my birth parents' neglect, and no longer hold any source of feeling toward them. What's done is done. It's in the past and can no longer be fixed or changed. They made their choice, and I've made mine. 

I had received many gifts. The day of my birth was always celebrated at noon, while I wouldn't open my gifts till the ritual was started. My ancestors always came to tell me stories of the past, and teach me spells long forgotten. I would always open my gifts after they answered my questions or could write down the spells they taught in my grimoire. The first potter and perverel taught me how to make the wards, enchantments, etc, on it to make it connected to my blood. I wanted to have it be connected to the females of my new family. 

I learned this year that the potter and perverel lines have creature blood in them. Only the true heir/heiress may claim the true houses, and, to the surprise of many, claim the throne. Only a true heir/heiress may claim the throne if proven worthy/chosen. After the 75th generation, many of the true heirs/heiresses either decline the rite or were not chosen. They believe I am the chosen queen that will save our family from ruin. 

They also informed me of a long-forgotten prophecy of the potter clan. Many heads believed it, except James. He was told of the prophecy since he was young but never thought it to be true. His thinking was if it has been in the family since the 40th generation, and has never come to pass. Why believe it to be true when it has been proven false? That is because Charlus Flemont Potter never trusted James' actions and beliefs since he started Hogwarts. His belief that dark is evil, and light is good mentality meant he wasn't fit to be lord of the house. So, he made arrangements with the goblins at Gringotts, along with the wills and arrangements from the past Heads, that should he ever cast out, disown, or neglect his firstborn, he and his wife are to be removed from the tapestry and family roster. Thus, his family of no names will only have the money from his job as an aroura. Meaning since the day he left me to my own devices, he has lost all rights of the potter lineage. The only reason he was allowed to stay at the manor was because of my naive thoughts that one day they would love me. safe to say they no longer live there or any other properties I now own. 

After a mild history lesson and magic lessons, I proceeded to open my gifts. Mama gave me a circlet. It would protect me from compulsions, spells, bonds, and mental attacks. It was charmed to grow with me no matter when I wore it. She braided my hair back before placing it on my head. I felt at peace, safe, and warm while wearing it. Since I got it, I never took it off unless I was bathing or going to sleep. No one can take it off unless they are family. It is also enchanted for thieves, they won't/can't lift nor touch it. If they try to lift, slide or levitate it, it will be weighed down or cancel the spells directed at it. If lost, will return on head within 2 minutes.

Papa got me an enchanted bow and quiver. The quiver is enchanted to never run out of arrows and always return to me if stolen or lost. The bow is enchanted with anti-theft, and growth charms to allow it to always be the perfect size for me while growing up. It also has an unbreakable charm and is fire resistant. 

Uncle Severus gave me multiple books about potions, transfiguration, light, dark and neutral magics, charms, rituals, etiquette, laws, soul magic, elemental magic, etc. He also asked if he could be my godfather. I was very happy when he asked me that. Mommy made it happen as soon as I said yes. Now he looks different. My hair grew more and became straighter but still wavy. Mommy sent a parchment to us when we tried to figure out how and why.

Dear sweet daughter of mine, and Severus Tobias Snape,

I guess you are wondering why the change? Well, I decided that you, Severus, should not only have her as your goddaughter but your actual daughter as well. Worry not, she is still a potter and all other families but has your blood and name. I also didn't like her original name. It would also be attractive to many people who would wish her harm. 

So, I decided to also make you a potter, very distantly related, but a potter. That way you can help her in her family magics and not have any problem with the ministry. I have also had Arahaelon, her papa, and her mama, claribella, blood adopt her as well. Everyone who took part in raising her is now blood-related to her. I have also made you her magical guardian as well as adviser, stand-in, acting deputy, and proxy in the wizingamot. There is a good section of seats all for her.

Be careful when she turns 11. She will get her full creature inheritance, as well as her soul mark. Take her to Gringotts after reading this and ask for an inheritance test. You must prepare her well. There is much to her lineage.

"Very well. We must go to Gringotts now, Mother magic wants us all to go there. It seems she made us all of her blood. Yes, she is still a Potter, just with multiple other parents." Severus spoke after staring at the parchment. Picking me up, and saying goodbyes to our ancestors, we all apparate to Diagon alley. As it was dark out, there were few people there. Never once did they set me down while walking to the large white building. I hid my face in daddy's neck when we stopped a teller. 

"May you gold every flow master goblin. We need an urgent inheritance test for my daughter and all of us as well." Daddy spoke sternly. The goblin looks up for a split second before doing a double-take.

"May your enemies fall by your blade and their blood pool at your feet. Very well." He spoke before stepping down from the stool, with one motion we followed him through the multiple twisting halls. I looked at the paintings on the walls in fascination. 

Soon we stopped at a pair of dark wood doors that had gold running through them like vines. The goblin knocked twice on the door before waiting. A very cold, dark voice spoke just loud enough to hear. 

"Come In" The being spoke. I look around the office a bit before my eyes landed on a softly chuckling, what looked to be a more humanoid goblin?

"Welcome beloved daughter of magic... And parents of the beloved child. I was told you all wished for an inheritance test? Very well, let us start with the parents first then the child. 10 drops of blood onto the parchment please, it will show you everything on your person. Means, any bonds, potions, spells, etc, will be on there as well as any title you hold, and houses you may claim.  Depending on the beloved daughters' test, she may claim her ladyship when she turns 11. Now, if you wouldn't mind?" He asked as he made a gesture with his hand towards the parchment and knife.

I could tell they were upset. Did I do something wrong? I felt tears fall down my cheeks as I stare at their stiff forms.

"I-I'm sorry...*hick* Did I d-do... *hick* Some-something wrong? *hick* I'll b-be good... D-don't leav-ve me!*hick* Pl-please!" I cried out before daddy pulled me to his chest. I cried harder when he tried to calm me down. It felt right to cling to him. 

"Shhh~ it's ok, hush little flower. We are not mad at you. Let it out, I know. Shhhh~" He whispered as I mumbled into his neck. Unknown to us, the other people in the room stared in disbelief at the sight before them. The dungeon bat of Hogwarts, the pessimistic, snide, rude, always sneering Severus snape, was gently cooing to a crying child. Was allowing someone to cry in his arms. Slowly the sweet child stopped her tears, a content face was shown slightly before snuggling into her daddy's neck. 

"sweet child of mine, We are not made at you. We are mad at the man who has tried to harm you. The wizard and witches of this time are not deserving of your kindness or protection. But know this, all of us are going to be with you every step of the way. We will train you to be the very best you can be, and make you ready for your destiny. No matter the path you take, We will always support you, love you, and cherish you beyond belief. Now, Master Ragtooth, we three need a purification ritual. I would like for me and Arathaelon to go first so we can hold our daughter while Severus goes last. We are to all be with our daughter if she is to take one as well." Mama said. The Goblin just silently nodded his head before placing another parchment on the desk.

"I have an alternative, though, I will only tell you once we have seen her test. I would also like for you to name your daughter. As of right now, she is nameless. Name her first before the test." They all nodded before speaking names that would fit me. I didn't like most of them.

"Amaryllis Miabella Machiko Snape" Daddy thought out loud. I could see mama and papa thinking before a smile came.

"I like it" I happily call out. I have a name. I am Amaryllis Miabella Machiko Snape, Daughter of magic, King Arathaelon Potter of the Mystic Elves, Queen Claribella Una Fayanna Potter of The Mystic Fae, and Arch-Duke Severus Tobias Snape Prince Potter Lefay.

I started to glow a violet colour before the knife floated towards me. I could not control my actions or my movements. I wasn't scared, it felt right to do this. That I would know who I am, to finalize myself in the world. I watched curiously as my blood was spilt onto the parchment. I watched as my blood morphed into glowing words.

Soon the parchment was in my hands as I began to read about who I am. The words of mommy are still fresh in my mind. Potters. Do. Not. Bow.

"It would seem that all of you need to partake in the ritual. If you would follow me, you all will do it together to help stabilize her magic as well as not piss off your creatures." He spoke while leading us out of the office. I noticed as we walked the halls that the marbled stone slowly turned from its snow white to a pitch black with liquid metals flowing within the cracks.

We soon stopped in front of pure white doors with silver handles. The doors opened to reveal a pure black room with the full moon as the only light source apart from the few candles. Mama took me to a different room to change into white clothes.

<Amaryllis dress>

It felt kind of like water and was very flowy. I really liked this dress, I wonder if I can get more clothes like this? Soon I'm being carried to the pool of water. Mama was in a similar dress as me, and daddy and papa wore the same white pants. We can't have any jewellery, shoes, or undergarments. Papa and Daddy can't wear shirts, rings, or shoes. 

"Mama? why are you red?" I asked her. I tilt my head to the side as I hear them chuckle.

"You will know when your older." Was all she said as we entered the water.
