Iron wood (Ch19)

Atreus woke up with Hilda by his side and he smiled brightly as he looked at her. He remembered last night and felt beyond embarrassed that he said no to sleeping with her. He wanted to last night but he got scared and didn't want to hurt her. It would be weird if he turned into a bear or a wolf or any animal while they were doing thing. No one wanted to see that. Hilda woke up and Atreus smiled shly at her.

"Good morning," He said as she smiled.

"Good morning," Hilda smiled as he he leaned in to kiss her.

It got heated rather quickly and he ended up getting on top of her making her smile.

"You got over your shyness rather quickly," she said as he looked at her softly.

"I'm still shy I just... I'm letting my body kind kf do what it wants I guess," he said shly.

"Well if yiu want you can close the door and I can give you an eye full," Hilda said as he turned red in the face.

"I... I would um like that but my father might wake up soon and I would definitely lose control seeing something I never seen before," he informed.

"Such a way with words," Hilda laughed as he turned even more red.

"Am I really that bad this?" He asked as she nodded with a bright smile.

"Yeah but I do like it," Hilda informed as she grabbed his hand and intertwined it with hers.

He started kissing on her again and letting his body do what ever it wanted. His body wanted something and he knew what it wanted by he wasn't really sure how to go about it. He started grinding on her a bit and it felt really nice but it was making his problem worse. He didn't want to do something she wasn't okay with. He whimpered making Hilda pull away and look at him.

"Did I bite you?" She asked.

"No, I just really hurt right now," he informed as she looked down at his body.

"I can leave so you can take care of it if you want," she suggested.

"Can you um take care of it?" He asked.

"Atreus you know we would end up having sex if I did and you don't want to do that yet. Here I will leave and close the door so you can take care of it," she said.

"I-" he paused.

"You will figure it out, all guys do it I think. I mean every kid my age that's a boy does it. Just dont be to loud and wake everyone up," she said as he sighed weakly.

"Okay," he sighed as she kissed him and got off the bed.

She closed the door and he sighed weakly.

"Why did I have to freak out last night?" He asked as he laid on the bed.

Hilda gathered her cloth that were in her bag and thought it would be a good idea to imprint her memories of controlling Níðhögg on to them. She was a very friendly beast when it came to her but if she was gone and for some reason Atreus upset her or even Kratos they would need a way to stop her from attacking them.

"Good morning Hilda! Want to help me make some new armor for our two guests?" Sindri asked as he had a lot of metal in his arms.

"Sure just let me finish up imprinting memory's on these cloths and I will help you," she said.

"Hold on why are you doing that to your own cloths?" Sindri asked.

"Well let's say I get hurt again and Níðhögg gets upset at Kratos or Atreus for some unknown reason. If I can't stop her they will have no choice by to kill her and I don't want that. With my sent on these cloths and some memories of me giving her commands she might not attack them," she explained.

"Huh, you really think that could work?" Sindri asked.

"No idea but it's better then them not giving her a chance to calm down," she informed.

"True you do love that weird thing even though she is um something I would never associate with given the choice," Sindri informed.

"Also I think I can make two way not books, you know how I put my memories in a book? Well maybe I can make a book that will copy what I write on my page and and imprint somewhere else," Hilda informed.

"Wow that would help if Kratos and Atreus get into an argument and go on there own paths. I can see that happening with what you have been telling me. Honestly I don't know who's right in this. I understand both point of views but one is a lot less dangerous. Odin has taken a lot from everyone and will keep doing it as long as he is alive," Sindri informed.

"Don't worry father if anything I'll keep Atreus put of trouble," she explained.

"But that is what I'm afraid of, I almost lost you a couple of times just in the few weeks you have known them," he said.

"Sindri, I was sick before. I'm not now and you would never have agreed to let me help them in the first place if you didn't think I could take care of myself. I really care about Atreus and I know he wants answers, to stop Odin, to stop ragnarok, he wants to know who is and I also kind of want to know who I am to. My mother is gone so I can't get all the answers from you even though you know her better then I ever dud," she said as he sighed.

"I know and I'm sorry I didn't push your mother more into telling you the truth," he said.

"Sindri it would have been bad if I knew and you know that," she said as she she took some metal from him.

"Yeah, can you imagine eleven year old you trying to fight Odin," he laughed.

"Oh my gosh Sindri don't even go there nine to eleven was a bad time in my life," she said.

"Don't I know it," he said as she laughed.

"I can forge armor with my bare hands if I want to!" She laughed.

"Don't tell me not hunt spiders! They asked for it!" Sindri laughed.

"No Sindri, you got to put more angry child in it and try to seem threatening," she laughed.

"I am a giant! I can do what I want when I want and you can't tell me what to do!" Sindri said making her burst into a fit of laughter.

"Perfect! That was so perfect!" She laughed.

"What are you two laughing about?" Brok asked.

"Just how I used to be, you know angry child," she smiled.

"That bitch ass fucking fire burned the fucking shit out of my fucking hands. I'm fucking done with this dumb ass shit!Fuck you, you bloody bag of balls! Brok said Making her start crying with laughter.

"Brok! There are children here!" Sindri said.

"Hey she said that to me, the first ime I ever heard her cuss. I was so proud; she got that from me you know," Brok said as she grabbed her note books and started to put spells on them so she could keep in touch with people.

She made a book for Atreus, Sindri, and herself, all thy had to do was think of the person they wanted it to write to and it would appear in the book. It took her an hour for each book and she helped Sindri make some armor. Atreus came out of the room and he looked extremely sweaty making Sindri worried.

"Atreus you look tired are you not feeling well?" Sindri asked.

"I had a nightmare," he said as Sindri looked at Hilda.

"Maybe you two should sleep next to eachother. I know Kratos said now but both of you are having nightmares," he said as Hilda looked at Atreus with a smirk.

"Maybe, nice table Sindri," Atreus informed.

"Ah thank you! It took me a while also did you here what fell last night? I couldn't find out what fell over," Sindri said.

"That was me, sorry," she said.

"It's fine you cleaned up your mess so it's fine," he informed.

"Týr is making soup I hope you are hungry," Sindri said.

"I will have to pass I don't trust it," she said as she saw Kratos walk out of his room.

"I need to talk to him, you two stay here," he said as she nodded.

"You took for ever Atreus," Hilda whispered.

"I couldn't figure out how to do it okay! It took me a bit," he informed.

"Three hours?" She asked.

"No just two!" He informed.

"Next time I'm going to take care of it," she said.

"How?" Atreus asked as she smirked and bit her lips.

"I might have a little snack tomorrow morning," she said as he backed off.

"I don't think I like that idea," he said.

"Why?" She asked with a smile.

"It will lead to us having adult stuff," he said.

"You can't say sex at all that's funny. Fine I won't touch you then," she said.

"You can touch me just not my-" he paused as his father looked over at him.

"I am whispering quietly right?" Atreus asked.

"Yes, he is looking at you to so I won't kiss you," she informed.

"But I like it," he said.

"Do you like being alive?" She asked.

"Yes, I do," he sighed.

"Food is ready!" Týr announced.

"I'm not eatting, I won't eat anywhere makes. I don't want to be poisoned," she informed.

"Come on please eat," he said.

"Atreus eat!" Kratos ordered as he looked at Hilda.

"Fine but I am going to eat what I make," she said.

She sat by Atreus and Týr sat next to het making her move closer to Atreus. Brok saw the food and looked at it oddly.

"Here you go, a meal fit for a champion," Týr said as Hilda glared at him.

She knew exactly what he was doing, he wanted to cause a fight between Atreus and Kratos. It didn't take a God to see it especially seeing all the things that have happened so far. She could see the rift growing between them and this was going to make it worse.

"Enough, I asked you not to speak of thus again," Kratos informed.

"My apologies I dint mean to offend," he apologized as Hilda could smell the lie roll off his tongue like a rotten egg.

"I'm not offended it's just a word," Atreus informed.

"A word that makes you act irrational," Kratos pointed out.

"So you really think that it means nothing? What about the qest that mother asked us to do? Dont you ever think about that?" Atreus asked.

"Every day, but prophecy shouldn't inspire you to make rash decisions," Kratos said.

"What if the giants are counting on us?" Atreus asked.

"What giants?! They are all gone; i am counting on you to be safe, to be smart," he said.

"Not me or Hilda!" He said.

"Trust the sayings of a man and not of a child!" Kratos informed as Atreus got up to walk around to think about what to say next.

"But what if loki going to iron wood-" he paused as Kratos hit the table hard.

Hilda felt something sharp cut her leg and sighed weakly.

"My apologies my armor is old," Týr apologized seeing her discomfort.

"You are not Loki! You are my son Atreus, do you hear me?" He asked Atreus put the food on the table.

"I'm not hungry," Atreus said as Hilda got up and went after him.

"Hilda, I do not want you alone in the same room with Atreus!" Kratos informed.

"Please forgive me Kratos but your son has no interest in me if that is what you are thinking about. I also highly doubt he would be in the mood for such things. I am a lady and I wouldn't dare do such thing when people are awake and in the other room. These walls are thin as Atreus's paper," she said as she went into Atreus's room and shut the door.

"I will go in there," Sindri said as he disappeared.

"Are you sure you don't want eat? It's good for you many people swar by it, daily even," Sindri informed.

"Look at me, Atreus take a deep breath please," Hilda said as he walked around angerily.

"I just understand why there is the champion, loki, and iron wood if it isn't real?! He's just so!" Atreus said as he hit the table hard.

"Atreus you know what I said about fate right?" Hilda asked.

Atreus was still angry and sat on his bed frustrated so Hilda and Sindri sat down nest to him.

"Would it make you feel better if I told you your father thought we would sleep together?" Hilda asked.

"I don't know why ever since he told me about everything he wants me to stay way from you. We are friends and I care about you but he either just doesn't trust me or you or both!" He muttered.

"That's why, she is not a man Atreus and your body and your age, I was never like the dwarfs my age. I was a hopeless romantic, but you two are fighting together, trusting eachother with eachothers lives. Feeling can get kind of complicated. Do you want to hear the best advice you have ever heard today, maybe your whole life?" Sindri asked.

"Sure," Atreus said.

"Sleep, it will make all your troubles melt away and some how they work themselves out," Sindri informed.

"I would have to agree with him there," Hilda said.

"Sleep? Okay i will, is it okay if i talk to Hilda alone?" He asked.

"Hilda when you said you cared for Atreus what did you mean by that?" Sindri asked as she put his hand in Atreus's hand making him shocked and happy.

"Wow, you... actually. Wow I never thought you would be able to do that until you were older. That is... that is amazing, concider me gone," he said as she smiled.

Atreus kissed her and she kissed back, he grabbed her face with his hands and smiled after he came up for air.

"I don't know what to do Hilda," he said as she smiled.

"I know you do know, you are worried about what your father will think. Do you think it's the right thing to do though?" She asked.

"I think so," he said as she gave him a book.

"What's this?" Atreus asked as she wrote in hers and it showed up on the page.

"Wow, you made this?" Atreus asked.

"Yeah my mother taught me the spell I was always to weak to do it. Just write something while you think of me and i will be able to see it. But be carefuli havent made one for your father yet and i made one for Sindri to so if youb think about Sindri he will see what you are writing about," she informed.

"You aren't coming with me are you?" Atreus asked.

"I have to keep an eye on Týr and I will buy you some time. Try to be back before your father finds out," she said as she kissed him again.

"Okay I'll try to," Atreus said as she got up and left the room.

Atreus got out the marble and looked at Hilda's book making him relax a little. Now he had to concentrate on Iron wood and maybe he would get answers or go to the place he was thinking about.

"Here goes nothing. Ironwood," he said softly as he put the book in his pocket and closed his eyes.
