Your Pov

I'm back. I came here to surprise my sister, Santana, who I haven't seen in over a year. She's my best friend and we always support each other in everything we do, but with our parents' divorce happening, Santana ended up staying in Lima with my mother while I had to go to Chicago with my dad. At first we saw each other all the time, but then we just started having the weekends, and exactly 1 year ago our connection was totally cut off.

And then there's Brittany and Quinn, they are both my best friends, Britt is totally affectionate with me and vice versa we treat each other like family, but Quinn is another story, since we were little we always had a crush on each other, we had our first kiss together and we started dating when we were 12 years old.

In the beginning it was innocent thing, because we were just kids, like we always exchanged candies on the playground and protected each other against any nasty comments, but when we were 14 things got hotter and that's when Quinn's father Russell found out, he kicked me out of his house and after that I never went back there, but I continued to date Q. But Judy, Quinn's mother, always treated me well, even after what happened, I felt comfortable with her.

When I was 15 the day came for me to leave and I did the worst thing possible and couldn't say goodbye to Quinn so till this day I don't know how she reacted, but I kept getting news from her through Santana who told me about the pregnancy and everything else.

For some time now I started to have a lot of problems with my father, in fact I always had, but in the past I had my mother and Santana to take me in and protect me, now I only have the whores my father brings home, and they are not always friendly. But the last straw was when he pressured me to have the surgery, it's no secret to anyone I know that I'm not a normal girl, during my mother's pregnancy, there was a problem with the chromosomes, and I was born with a penis, however Santana was born a "normal" girl.

Anyway, the surgery he's been pressuring me to do is to get rid of this defect, but every time I denied it claiming that it is a part of me whether he liked it or not. Then in the middle of the night I decided to pack my bags. I took the keys so I took my bike and went out my bedroom window, as I already had a nice amount of money saved so fuel was not an issue.

But now here I am, in my sister's high school parking lot, McKinley High, getting off my bike and drawing the attention of everyone around me, I was wearing ripped black jeans with a tank top that left my belly button and my tattoos showing, wearing dark glasses, hair thrown back, and with my leather jacket in hand I decided to enter the school, people were getting out of my way as if I were a shark and they were fish, but I'm not complaining, you know. I like to cause fear, but I finally had a destiny so I went looking for a teacher who from what my sister described to me has a strange obsession with vests and a chin that looked like a baby's butt.

I was almost at the end of the hall when I bumped into someone, it was a red-haired woman, who immediately took some alcohol gel from her pocket and started to rub it in her hands, but she then looked at me with a strange face and asked.

"Are you new? I've never seen you here before" redhead asked me and I decided to introduce myself "My name is Y/n Lopez, and yes I'm new" I told her with a smile but she looked at me in confusion "By any chance you know Santana Lopez?" She asked again and I smiled at the mention of my sister "Yeah she's my twin" the redhead smiled and nodded her head.

"Well I am Mrs.Pillsbury and I'm McKinley's guidance counselor, so anything you need you can ask me" as I already had a plan on how to surprise Santana and for that I needed a Will Schuester I decided to ask "By any chance would you know where Mr.Schue is? I need him for something" she smiled at the mention of the teacher and I was slightly startled as it looked like she was going to burst with joy and start screaming.

"Of course I'll take you to him" we started walking among the students and stopped in front of what i assume was the choir room, Mrs.Pillsbury gave a light knock on the door and I immediately hid not wanting to be seen, after a while a guy came out from the living room with the same smile that the little redhead had before and then looked at me doubtfully.

"Can I help you?" asked the man, I came out of my hiding place and said "Well my name is Y/n Lopez, I'm Santana's sister and I wanted to surprise her so I didn't tell her I was here and I'll need your help" he at first looked shocked as he probably didn't know that Santana had a sister, but after that I started telling him my plan and Mr.Schue quickly agreed with a smile "And there's one more thing Mr.Schue, you can count this presentation my audition for the glee club" I finished and he opened a smile, after that he went back to the choir room while I went to get ready in the auditorium with the help of Mrs.Pillsbury.

Santana's Pov

We were all in glee, Mr.schue was talking about his plans for the year and blah blah blah, honestly I stopped listening after he talked about why we shouldn't do a Britney Spears week, at that moment I was playing with Britt's hair as she told some story about Lord Tubbington and his vices, I couldn't help but smile at her excitement at talking about the cat, but all went silent when Mrs.Pillsbury knocked on the door and Mr.Schue followed her like a puppy outside, but I couldn't help but notice that there was a third person with them and that inexplicably gave me a feeling of anxiety, and from what I saw, Quinn had the same feeling as I did because her body inexplicably got a little tense. After a few minutes the butt chin returned to the room and announced.

"Well everyone, we have a surprise presentation now in the auditorium that will be dedicated to Santana" everyone turned to me with doubtful faces, but were even more confused when they saw that I was not understanding anything "Let's go guys" he said and clapped his hands, everyone got up and went towards the auditorium, arriving there the stage lights were totally off, each one was sitting in his place and I ended up getting between Quinn and Brittany, who took my hand when she noticed my nervousness, Mrs.Pillsbury left the stage and went to sit next to Mr.Schue, but suddenly a spotlight came on showing the shadow of a person and at the same time the melody of the song started to play.

In this part the person came out of the shadow and went under the spotlight making me, Quinn and Brittany drop our jaws with the person who was on top of that stage, it was none other than Y/n .Yes my sister that I hadn't seen for over 1 year, tears came to my eyes and our eyes met, I could see that she was missing her too. I looked around and saw everyone confused which made me smile.

I took one last look at Britt before getting up and heading towards the stage, went upstairs and helped her sing the rest of the song.

The song ended and I immediately jumped into my sister's arms, applause went up throughout the auditorium but I knew most were still confused, we were about 5 minutes quiet just enjoying each other's company.

"Y/N/N!!!" I heard Britt scream behind us and we finally parted, drying our tears "My Unicorn!! I miss you" she said and I saw Britt's smile widen as she recognized the nickname, Brittany jumped on Y/n's lap closing her legs around my sister's waist, Y/n started to spin making Brittany laugh, the two were hugging for a while but then Y/n put her back on the ground, then I looked back and saw Quinn, she still hadn't moved, her eyes like tears and her mouth visibly dry, after a few minutes she got up and walked towards the stage, came close to Y/n and...

Your Pov

I was talking to Britt for a bit when I felt a nudge on my shoulder and when the vanilla scent reached my nostrils I knew exactly who it was. My heart started beating faster, my hands got sweaty, but I still couldn't keep my smile off my face. I turned and was faced with Quinn who had a shy smile on her face, and was fiddling with her ring repeatedly.

"Hey Quinn" I said and walked over to her, I wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her into a hug, but she didn't return so I whispered in her ear "Please just a hug, I promise we'll talk later" and with those words she wrapped her arms around my neck pulling me even closer to her "I missed you so much" she said and I could hear her voice was a little broken so I started stroking her hair which calmed her down, then we parted and stayed lost in each other's eyes, until a boy pulled Quinn behind him and was staring at me clearly with jealousy and anger.

"Nice to meet you I'm Finn Hudson, Quarterback of the football team and co-captain of the new directions and mostly I'm Quinn's boyfriend" My smile fell at once, but his only grew, the boy held out his hand for me and I shake it quickly then I turned to Santana who gave me a sad smile but wrapped her arms around my shoulders and we turned to the rest of the club I hadn't met yet.

"Well everyone this is my twin sister Y/n Lopez, Y/n this is everyone" each one started to introduce themselves to me until a short girl with a slightly above average nose came towards me, but she was still hot.

"Hi I'm Rachel Barbra Berry and I'm the leader of the group, I'm definitely the best singer and one day I'm going to be on the Broadway billboards, and I have to say that your performance was really good and since mine are usually the best I would take it this with a compliment" she finished speaking and all the people who were in the place rolled their eyes at the short girl "I must say I loved your performance but I think in some parts your voice didn't reach the right note, but if you want I can give you-" I quickly cut her off already getting annoyed with this girl.

"Look here northern mountain troll, I don't need any advice from you and do you know why? It's because I guarantee myself with my voice, appearance, and personality and I don't need a little girl who looks like a child dressed in granny clothes to come here and insult me so if I were you I'd get away from me real quick and go hide in the den where you came from" said and Santana along with Britt, Mercedes, Quinn and Tina started to laugh, while the boys yelled "Burn" and laughed, Rachel huffed and left the stage, sat in her seat with aggressiveness.

"Well sis, how long do you intend to stay?" asked Santana once everyone had stopped laughing I looked at her with a smile and replied "For a long time I actually intend to graduate here at McKinley with you guys" San gave me another hug along with Britt, while Rachel rolled her eyes and the group applauded, but the moment was interrupted by Mr.Schue "How good Y/n, I can't wait to see more of your talent, now that you are a new student would you like to tell us something about yourself?" I agreed and answered

"Just like Santana I know how to be a bitch when I need to and with who deserves it, I like sports especially skateboarding and skimboarding, I like to draw and last but not least" I said and when I saw that I had everyone's attention I threw the bomb "I am 100% gay" I finished with a smile and saw the faces of Sam, Artie and Puck fall which made me laugh. Mr.Schue released the group and student by student was leaving the auditorium, until it was just me, Santana, Brittany and Quinn.

"Does Mami know you're here?" asked my sister and I shook my head she quickly explained to me how she wanted to surprise Mom and then dragged Brittany out of the place leaving just me and my blonde together, I scratched the back of my neck afraid of what might happen and just how I figured it was not good because as soon as the noise of the door closing echoed, Quinn slapped me hard on the face, I in shock couldn't even think to dodge or say anything, but as in times of stress and pressure I always I end up doing stupid things I decided to say the damn phrase.

"What is your problem?" I asked massaging the slap site, then widened my eyes as Quinn raised an eyebrow and curled her hands into fists "What's the problem with me? My fucking problem was that the girl I loved left me overnight and I had to find out she moved to Chicago with her dad through a letter since she was a fucking coward and wouldn't tell me herself" as Quinn screamed I could only let the feeling of guilt fill my body, as soon as she finished I could see tears in her eyes I tried to reach out and took her hand.

"I know my act was not nice and I can promise you that since the day I left until today I feel guilty about everything, you just have to let me explain" I finished and was almost crying, she denied with the head "It's not too late now, I'm with Finn and I love him" those words made my heart break, but as I can read Quinn like a book I could see that her words weren't completely true. Quinn turned to leave but I had to say "I won't give up on you Q" the girl stopped walking but she didn't turn around, I could see she took a deep breath before leaving the stage at once, leaving me totally alone.

I was at the door of my house waiting for Santana's cue to surprise my mother, we had already arranged everything so all Santana had to do was let my mother open the door, I had a bouquet of red roses in my hand , my face was hidden behind the flowers so it would be difficult for her to see me through a window, but finally the moment arrived, I could hear footsteps approaching the door and when I least expected it, my mother was standing in front of me, I smiled behind the flowers and I spoke.

"Hola mami" I took the flowers out of my face and the woman in front of me gasped and covered her mouth, tears of happiness came out of her eyes "Mi princesa" she spoke and pulled me into a hug. Wow how she had missed me Mom, her warm hugs, her affectionate kisses, her smell, her food, just everything. Mami pulled me into the house still not letting go of my arm, then the three of us went to the kitchen where we started talking, after that I went to my room, brushed my teeth and went to sleep with the simple thought that I had to have Quinn Fabray in my arms again no matter what.
