Lucy's POV

          Nashi lay in her bed silently as I ate. She had been keeping me busy for the longest time, and I was glad to finally have some free time. Stuffing some food in my mouth, I looked at the table; thinking of the present.
When would I take Nashi to the guild? How will I afford her? Should I write a letter to the girls? How will I introduce her to her father?!?

Thinking this hard only enticed even more of a headache. I glanced behind my shoulder to see her still sleeping soundly in the crib. I was extremely thankful and gladly put my plates in the sink.
Nashi laid there quietly. She hadn't made a noise in a while, and it was starting to make me worry. She was creating such a ruckus before hand, but now there's not even a peep.
I picked her up solemnly trying not to wake her up. Her eyes stayed still not twitching or flinching, which I was, once again, thankful for. I held her in my arms as I carried her around the cabin. Going along the walls multiple times. I ran my fingers through her rosy salmon hair, just like her fathers. I eventually sat on the couch, letting myself sink into the comforts of the cushions. For the first time in forever the rusty old couch actually felt comfortable. I closed my eyes, letting slumber consume me.

The noise of the creatures outside were soothing. The silent crickets seeping through the walls of the house only made me feel even more lazy. It was soothing, sitting there. Doing nothing but feeling relaxed, but of course something had to stomp on my parade.

"SQUUUUEEE!!!!" A voice exclaimed. I yelped and shot up from my position. There before me were the two girls I had been thinking about earlier. Levy was squealing loudly as she looked down at the little baby. I feel like I should have been upset, but I was sort of thankful for someone breaking into my house; strangely.
Erza's eyes twinkled as she watched the child hold her hands out in attempt to reach them. Surprisingly, Nashi wasn't crying. So she was probably awake before hand.
"Lucy!!!" Levy rejoiced. "Why didn't you write to us!!!" She squealed and held her hands out mimicking Nashi.
"Was I supposed to?" I said in a groggily voice. I stretched out one arm at a time, making sure to have a grip on Nashi.
"YES!" Levy roared.
Nashi's brown eyes went wide, probably being startled by Levys outburst. Levy piped down in realization. Erza opened her mouth as if she wanted to say something, but closed her mouth in search for words.
"C-Can I hold her?" Erza finally spoke. I rubbed my eyes and looked at Erza's excited face. I nodded and stood up heading to the scarlet haired requip Mage. I placed her in Erzas arms, Erzas eyes twinkling as I did so.
Erza was surprisingly not wearing any armor, but wearing her normal white blouse and blue skirt.
Nashi immediately gripped onto her hair without hesitation. She stared at it in awe.
"When did this all happen?" Levy inquired. Her brown eyes focused on Nashi's.
"Couple of weeks ago." I yawned. They both looked at me flustered.
"You had plenty of time to contact us!"
"Yeah, but do you really think that would be a good idea? The guild is awfully nosey." I concluded.
"Well it's a little late now." Levy mumbled, looking down at the floor. "Almost everyone knows about the carriage. I don't know about the birth though. Since we just found out, I doubt anyone else has." Erza nodded in agreement.
"But, I have heard word of the 'Salamander' constantly showing about in Hargeon. That's why I've been camping out in here."
"Couldn't he track you though?" Erza questioned. I wasn't totally positive either, but I answered with all the knowledge I knew.
"I believe he has to be in a certain radius to be able to smell me. Me being so deep in the woods I'll probably be impossible to find."
"Good." Levy smiled. "Now can I have a turn?" Erza tenses up, turning to the side so Nashi is unreachable.
"I'm not done! Wait your turn!"
"It is my turn!"
"I just got her!"
"Nu-uh!"
"Yea-huh!" Nashi began to cry. Most of the noise was getting to her.
"Oh, wittle Nashi. Don't cry! Please don't cry!" I took her back from Erza, quickly beginning to rock her. Bouncing a little, I watched as the girls looked at the crying baby in horror.
"Oops." Erza muttered. I chuckled as I looked down at the little girl. She looked up at me with curiosity, her little brown eyes twinkling. I slowly made my way over to the crib, bouncing every step. When I reached my excuse for a bed I placed her down inside the crib allowing her to move freely. She stopped crying as she stared up above towards the twirling plush stars. I lowered the dangling stars for her to reach, she gripped onto each and every one. I smiled as I pulled her blanket over her. I turned around with a satisfied grin to face a horrified one in return.
"L-Levy?" I quaked.
"She-he... Where did you get that?" She asked pointing towards the crib.
"I found it and decided to restore it. She's been sleeping in i-"
"No not that!" She snapped. I felt uneasy. Her sudden scared look startled me, I didn't know what was going on. From the looks of it, Erza seemed confused as well.
"Th-The blanket?"
"Yes!" She yelled without hesitation.
"You put it on my doorstep one night didn't you? The night we bought it from the tailor. I just found it there thinking you brought it." Levys face dropped. Erza soon realizing what Levy was going on about. Her hand reached her mouth, covering it lost for words.
"I-I didn't." She whispered. The blood drained from my face. My face turning to a inhumanly pale.
"Then who did?" I gulped.
"I gave it to Natsu." She stammered. Erza brought her other hand up for her elbow to rest her chin on it.
"W-What?" I snapped.
"When you all stormed off I just threw the bag at him not suspecting the possibility of the futur-"
"Shoot." I interrupted. Erza nodded through her hand.
"Shoot, indeed."
