Aryah's POV

This is painful by all means. Each passing day my anger builds for both my mothers. It has been two weeks since she was taken. Damon and I have been practicing our powers but I can not take my mind off my mothers. Father, Jax, Damon, Austin, and Jasper have been working on strategies for the last couple days. It took the first week to let them hash out their differences and put it behind them until Jack is dealt with and all the evil that follows.

"I believe we should stay in groups on each end of territory. Separate them any time you attack head on Packs know their land they are stronger there." Austin said he should know speaking from experience. I could feel Damon's annoyance through our mate bond.

"How do we know what they are or are not expecting." he questions Austin. I began rubbing my temples. These boys are giving me headaches.

"I have been there and we need to create a diversion to get Lara and Ariel out of the cells and into safety as we fight." He spoke the truth we have had Nevaeh spying with her witch powers hiding her scent she has found both of them have been in their cells and each morning guards go in for what they say is punishment. I remember when she first told us this news my dad lost it. That's why we have new windows, furniture. Anything that was in this office is now new.

"Damon, he is right. Remember who was able to enter your land and kidnap both myself and Aryah." Jasper spoke, proving a point to Damon that Austin was the best with strategies entering another pack.

"Fine, doesn't mean i have to like it." Damon huffed at the thought of agreeing with Austin.

"Okay then it is settled Jasper, Jax you guys will lead group one on the North side.

Austin, Nevaeh you lead the group to the south side." I took a deep breath and looked at Damon. "Damon, you lead the group from the east and I will lead from the west." I heard him slowly growl. "Damon calm yourself we can only focus on each other we have to focus on the task at hand." he nodded but sadness was held in his eyes.

"Nevaeh will block our scents before we go in and Dad." he looked up at me. "You need to get both of them out mom and mama Lara. i know you can do this." he breathed out a breath i didn't realize he was holding and looked at me his emotions were everywhere.

"Aryah, I know I hope we get there in time."
"We will dad, believe me he will pay." he hugged me.

I gave him a small smile in return. I know deep down he was worried about what was to come. As was i. I mean both mothers are held prisoner. Goddesses warn of this evil that lives will be lost and I am on overload. Everyone, we need peace.

We joined each other for dinner while our fighters, our warriors rested before the fight. I wanted them to spend time with their families, their loved ones, to not stress out about the fight. I would protect them as well.

Our dinner was quiet but of course Lilliana and i had met earlier and decided to lighten the mood and play a prank on her uncle Jasper and my brother Jax. She is sitting by me and both of us are waiting in anticipation. Damon is eyeing us as if we just robbed a bank.

'Aryah Love what did you both do?"

"Oh nothing you need to worry about, baby, but our brothers might want to worry a little." I then heard him chuckle through the bond.

Lilliana was trying her best not to spoil the moment and ruin the prank. As Jax and Jasper both went to their seats after getting their food I was slightly glad they still had their plates in their hands. As they connected with the chairs the chairs broke and they both fell and their food fell perfectly on their faces. There was no holding back. Lilliana, Damon, and myself busted out laughing. I was clutching my stomach. It was burning from how hard we were laughing. Jax and Jasper are now standing over us.

"Jasper don't you think they need a hug?" Jax said to sinsterly.

"Yes Jax I think they need some love." Jasper said, smiling at his sister.

"You take yours and I will take mine." Lilliana and I looked at each other realizing we were busted. "Run." i shouted to lilliana and she took off with Jasper on her tail. I went the other direction with Jax on mine. Out of nowhere he was so fast he tackled me hugging me making sure to get some of his food off on me.

"Jax come on bro, really." he just laughed, "You started it." he said in defense. We went and got cleaned up and when I came back down stairs Damon was speaking with my father and i didnt want to interrupt or think about the battle just for one night, so I went outside and sat on the swing. Wasn't too long before Jax and Jasper joined me.

"Hey Aryah can we join you?" Jasper asked shyly.

"Sure bros i do not mind." Jasper sat on one side and Jax on the other.

I could sense they were tense as something was on their mind.

"What is going on i can feel there's something so spill.'' I was not one for patience. Jax was the first to speak.

"Aryah what is it like to have a mate." He asked, looking a little embarrassed.

"You both are lonely and want to find your mates." they nodded and jasper added, "Yes and what if something happens and we don't make it we will never meet them and know the feeling." I was saddened by the assumption they were having that they would die. I would not let them.

"Don't talk like that. Having a mate is amazing. The pull you feel to be near them to protect them is strong. The love itself is completely genuine. With them everything is heightened and pure. They are your other half so when together you are one, you feel complete." They smiled. I know they want that feeling and I would make sure they get to go on and find their mates and build their family.

"Sis, how did you forgive Shelly so easily." Jax spoke which surprised me. They are just now asking and I was a little thrown off.

"Jax, she was forced to do things by Jack, her father, and my half sister. I keep my distance because there are still some feelings there from the past but I want her and Charlie to be happy and I will not break their mate bond due to actions of the past. Honestly I thought Karlee and her would fight everyday but they don't. I realize we are alot alike in some ways. I gave her a chance as she deserved one." he nodded in acceptance of my answer.

I heard someone clear their throat and I turned to see Damon smiling at me.

"You ready for bed my love?" he asked so sweetly.

"Yes, goodnight guys go get some rest on the big day tomorrow." We hugged and headed to our rooms. Damon turned to me and hugged me.

"You were born to be Luna and you don't even know you do it everyday.'' I smiled at him and changed for bed.

As I laid down cuddling Damon and feeling so much love from the bond I could only pray both my brothers found their mate to feel the bond of love. I vowed to the Goddess, I will end this evil and save them. I will protect my family with my life if I must.
