Without the noise and bustle of the city, the journey back home was rather tranquil, and it was pouring lightly. Papu was already asleep in the car because he was exhausted. Sailaja was leaning against the window, taking in the scenery outside the car. Sailaja soon fell asleep, with no inkling of her surroundings.

Sailaja eventually woke up and yawned.

Papu can't stop laughing as he collapses on the couch and starts and laughs more while holding his stomach.

Sailaja quickly recovered herself after much laughter and looked at Papu, who was still laughing. Her heart fills as she observes Papu, being free of stress enjoying the moment and forgetting about the incident that occurred hours before.

Everyone went to bed after drinking warm milk and eating wonderful kesari. Sailaja gave Papu his pills when Vijayan was not present, fearing that Vijayan would find out what had happened.
