Three days have passed since their visit to the clinic. In the past three days, nothing has changed. The penthouse is no longer as happy or joyful. Everyone were focused on their work in an attempt to divert their attention from their sorrows.

Instead of going to VAKS Empire, Vikram stayed home and spent the entire day in his room, staring blankly into space. Occasionally, he may simply try to fall asleep, and other times, he will cry uncontrollably because of extreme unhappiness. He was not a good communicator, even with his own wife. He doesn't eat till Sailaja pleas him repeatedly.

Seeing Vikram's condition, Sailaja was heartbroken. To better care for Vikram, she started working from home. Making Vikram socialise with everyone in the penthouse was an extremely difficult task for Sailaja. She is at a loss for what else to do to lift Vikram's spirits.

Vikram chased Chellam out of the room, and they quickly arrived close to the kitchen.

Vikram heard Mugilanna's loud voice. Vikram leaned against the wall to hear Mugilanna's blasting voice.

Mugilanna moved a plate in Vikram's direction.

Quietly, Vikram began to load the plate.

With hurry, they all went over to the dining table, picked up the plates, and began piling on the food. After four days, they all started eating together. Sailaja hoped that everything would get back to normal, although she missed Arjun a lot.

(Night)

Standing at the balcony of his room, Vikram was staring at the nightlights of the city.

Sai: Vicky.

Vik: 🙄

Sai: Thoongalaiya? Thookam varale? 🙄

Vik: Mmhmm.

Sai: Seri vaanga. 🙂

They entered the room together. Vikram saw that Sailaja had a stack of files on the bed.

Sai: Sorry Vicky Paiya, eduthu veykka marandhutten. Oru nimisham irunga. 🙂

Sailaja began tidying the bed. It was then, after a long period, that Vikram began to look at Sailaja properly. She doesn't seem as vibrant as she usually does. He noticed Sailaja was tired for the first time.

For three days, she didn't leave the penthouse like he did. However, she was simultaneously caring for him and attending to her professional responsibilities, completely forgetting about her pregnancy.

When Vikram saw how much stress he was causing her by surrounding himself with a shell, it made his heart hurt. He hasn't had a normal conversation with her, his family, or even his kids in the past three days.

It shocked Sailaja because after three days, she finally heard her name uttered by him.

As Vikram was putting her to sleep with gentle pats, Sailaja slowly closed her eyes. Sailaja gradually drifted off to sleep after three days of restlessness.

Vikram planted a kiss on Sailaja’s forehead.
