*CRUNCH*

Y/N bites into an apple, tasting the juicy contents before tossing it all into his mouth and swallows much to Ganyu's alarm.

Ganyu: *worry* Y/N you could choke on that!

Y/N: I can digest food at a fast rate and my body is highly flexible in every aspect. You don't need to worry about me choking on food Ganyu.

Ganyu: *nervous* I-I was just worried about your safety.

Y/N: *sigh* It's fine. Nothing can really kill me anyway.

Ganyu: Oh.......

They all walk alongside each other, admiring the view in the Minlim region as the trees flow with the wind.

Y/N: It's amazing....how the seasons have progressed in this world. Without Celestia every corner of this world has been flourishing on its own.

Ganyu: *nod* I can only thank you for that Y/N.

Y/N: Your welcome.

Y/N: Anyways.....is there like...anything wrong around here? Any trouble? Anything....perhaps out of the ordinary?

Ganyu: Now that you mention it, the hilichurls or in more precise terms the cursed Khaenri'ah people have been more....passive.

Y/N: Explain.

Ganyu: In the past 5 years these......hilichurl groups and such have been avoiding people. Even when they were confronted with force they never attacked unless they were. They were never hostile at any point...not even the abyss mages, beasts and more for some reason....unless.......is it because of you?

Y/N: *sigh* Guilty as charged.

Ganyu: Thank you-

???: *jump* Eh?

He turns only to find a mitachurl standing there with his shield, trembling as if he couldn't believe what he was seeing.

Y/N: *smile* Hello there.

Mitachurl: *happy* KUZI LAWA! KUZI LAWA!

Dozens of hilichurls appear out of nowhere, carrying their weapons and crossbows. They excitedly run up to Y/N, dancing around as he raises his hand, stopping their excitement.

Y/N: Where's your Chieftain?

???: Unta yo!

He turns, seeing the Lawachurl bowing down to him as the others follow his footsteps.

Y/N: You don't have to bow to me you know.

Lawachurl: Ha!

They all get up before staring at Y/N, ready to comply with whatever he'll say as he thinks.

Y/N: I don't see an encampment around here. Are you planning to go to the Chasm?

They all nod their heads as Y/N smiles.

Y/N: I see many more of you are heading to the purification locations. As your creator.....may I assist you and your group to your destination?

They all begin yelling happily, dancing around Y/N as he rubs his chin.

Y/N: Alright....I know just where to go.

*WOOSH*

A portal opens at the side of a tree and unleashing 2 of his angel wings, all the hilichurls and such stare at him in wonder, amazed by the sight as he lightly taps the Lawachurl with one of them.

Y/N: Come. I promise this is a shortcut. When you enter don't move from your spot until I come over.

The Lawachurl turns to his group, barking orders as they all eagerly enter the portal, walking through it before disappearing into its void.

*RUFFLE*

Y/N: Oh? How are my wings?

Ganyu's face turns red and she tries to back away only for the wings to wrap around her body, keeping her in place as Y/N turns and squeezes her face between his palms.

Ganyu: T-They're soft....warm.....c-comfortable....I-I feel that I can just....cuddle with them a-

Y/N merely squeezes her cheeks, moving them around to quiet her down as she stands there.

Y/N: Alright. I was merely checking if I was crossing any boundaries.

Ganyu: I-It's fine Y/N. I don't....*quiet* mind your touch.

Y/N: *smirk* So you don't mind?

Ganyu: *red* N-Nothing!

Y/N: *sigh* You're really cute when you're flustered like that.

Ignoring the red look on her face, he pats her head, reassuring her as they both step through the portal together.

Y/N: 'Ah....why do I detect some Adeptus?'

Later

Moon Carver: What is it that you called us here for Ningguang?

Many of the Adepti appeared in a hidden part of the land outside the Chasm, watching the people down below as they spoke with the Qixing.

Ningguang: As you all know, Liyue hasn't been this prosperous than ever before. Times have changed, people have been settling in. But.....there are a few alarming concerns.

Cloud Retainer: Ah. So it appears I'm not the only one with some concerns about...these past 5 years.

Mountain Shaper: Indeed. Such as.....the lack of hostility in beings like the Geovishaps and Hilichurls. Or the numerous amount of humans suddenly making their way out the Chasm.

Xiao: It's strange......even my karmic debt isn't bothering me at all for the past 100 years. It's as if...it was gone.

Ningguang: We must stay cautious. Even if the strange events are....to our benefit we don't know who is behind them or what their motives are.

Cloud Retainer: Indeed. Maybe we shou-

Keqing: N-Ningguang!

She comes out of nowhere, running to them as Ningguang turns to her.

Ningguang: What is it?

Keqing: I-I saw Ganyu!

All their heads turn to Keqing who bends down, panting in slight exhaustion.

Cloud Retainer: Oh? I was wondering why she didn't show up for training today or yesterday.

Xiao: *sigh* Me either. But can we know what happened?

Keqing: *pant* W-When I opened the door to her office yesterday I didn't see her but several like....several men working on the papers. Several identical men like they were clones. When I tried to ask them where Ganyu was, one of them said "Oh Ganyu? She's taking a break. She's mentally and physically exhausted after months and months of busy work and training so we'll handle this as she recovers."

Xiao: Of course...I could tell. But everytime I told her to take it easy she tries even harder.

Mountain Shaper: Who is....she with? I think I know who could be doing such a thing.

Keqing: I don't know. All I know is that we-

Ganyu: Creator- I mean Y/N....why are there people coming out the Chasm when hilichurl settlements are moving in?

Y/N: You want to know?

They all turn to find Y/N with his angel wings outstretched, a halo around his head as Ganyu stands by him while watching the hilichurls waving at the miners as they wave back before heading into the mines for the purification process.

Y/N: Alright.....but first.

*PLOP*

Y/N snaps his fingers and a pile of 20 qingxins suddenly appear in Ganyu's arms. She immediately begins to chomp down on them, chewing through the first 5 Qingxin only for Y/N to tap her back with his wing.

Ganyu: ????

Y/N: I know that's your favorite food but slow down unless you want to choke.

She nods her head as she now slowly chews onto the bitter flowers. Raising his hand, he projects some moving images into the air above, lights dancing around as he begins to project his memories.

Y/N: A entire multiverse, infinite number of universes grouped together, increasing in numbers. Gods emerged from everywhere, every universe in the different planes of existence, some with pure intent and some bad. Some Gods merely residing in their planets, some others powerful enough to erase entire universes from the plane of existence. But....eventually some gods will fade, grow bored and disappear. Sometimes they'll kill themselves out of insanity....grief....many different emotions. Sometimes they....erode away like the archons here.....

Ganyu nods her head as he continues.

Y/N: I'm merely thousands of eons old, yet I'm one of the strongest ones out there....from experience. Only some know me...both gods and mortals....I go by many names...Soul King, God of Combat, the Allfather, God of Creation and Destruction, The One Above All Things....but I just go by Y/N cause that's my preference.

He turns, grabbing a flower from Ganyu's arm as she looks at him curiously with her cheeks puffed up from the Qingxin flowers.

Y/N: May I?

She nods her head as he bites off 3 petals before swallowing them and turning to the images into the sky that morphed into.....,.,

Y/N: Teyvat. This was one of my most recent creations from tens of thousands of years ago. A land full of magical creatures, humans, elemental energy. It was one of my proudest works really. A world where gods and mortals can live together in harmony...a very efficient afterlife....overall a peaceful world....but then Celestia came.

Ganyu: *swallow* Celestia?

Y/N: Celestia wasn't native to Teyvat. At first when I took notice of them I was apprehensive. I didn't trust the way they were running things and their idea of divine fate and destiny is at the best...fascism. They tried to interfere with the energy of the world....so I interfered myself and they retaliated. It was easy though, they were a legion of powerful gods....but they were pathetic compared to me. I couldn't kick them out though cause by the time I confronted them the very realm of Celestia was already rooted and ingrained into Teyvat. I couldn't remove it from the equation without harming the very world I created....so I had to put my foot down. I specifically told them that any interference of funny business with the stability of Teyvat and I'll punish them for insubordination.

Ganyu: So you told them to back off?

Y/N: Yeah. I'm not the kind of god to massacre a whole kingdom mindlessly. I gave them many chances.......and after seeing how Teyvat was functioning with Celestia in the picture I left for a thousand years.....and then we reach the Archon Wars. Yeah....*chuckle* It was a whole mess. When I returned I found the whole world in disarray, people fighting against each other, blood spilled, 90% of the world population dying off just for 7 seats in the throne of Celestia.......yeah it fucking took me 100 years to end the war myself but by then the 7 were already chosen. I gave Barbatos his human form and all and I myself gave the archons a bit of Celestia's power to defend their nations as well as some of mine ...well Celestia didn't like that punishment one bit.

Ganyu: They didn't?

Y/N: Now that the 7 had more power over themselves, Celestia actually felt threatened by the imbalance of power and well.....tried to remove them from the equation.

Everyone: WHAT?!

They both turn to find the Adepti and Liyue Qixing standing there.

Y/N: Oh? You can listen if you want to.....

He turns back to the sky, talking again as the memories shift to....a bloody sight.

Y/N: That set off a 1500 year war between me and Celestia. Turns out.....the only reason why Celestia appeared into this world was from a supernatural entity and phenomenon.....called the Will of the Honkai.

Ganyu: Honkai?

Y/N: An entity that has been there ever since the beginning of time.....an entity much older than me. Mainly due to this world's proximity to the universes it was controlling, destroying, creating. Ganyu, you know why no one knows about this?

Ganyu: Why?

Y/N: Because I wanted no one to worry about something even more dangerous than Celestia. So it was me against an entire nation of gods powered up by an ancient entity that threatened mankind across the whole multiverse, fighting for the control of this world. I fought to keep the world safe....they fought for total domination and destruction....it was hard. The Will was relentless, going after the worlds I created as I defended them all. I even tried to liberate the many worlds it was killing off too with some success.....it was a bloody war....with billions and billions of gods dying. Do you know about the history of Khaenri'ah?

Ganyu: Yes?

Y/N: The only reason why they made those....machines and such, monsters and all was to help me gain leverage in my war with Celestia in the 300 years before the Cataclysm. Slowly but surely, I was able to push their entire legion back along with their leader.....until Rhinedottir happened.

Ganyu: Who?

Y/N: One of the best alchemists of Khaenri'ah. Huh....she made several beasts and such....but as she was working on her creations Celestia managed to corrupt her work....and thus began the Cataclysm. As I was fighting in the heavens above Celestia managed to turn every single nation against Khaenri'ah, blaming them for the monsters wrecking havoc in Teyvat. And...of course you been there. Eventually.....most of the people were cursed into becoming hilichurls, Khaenri'ah was in runs, and the whole world was recovering from a literal war.....and thus the Luminous Genocide commenced.

Ganyu: Luminous Geno- don't you mean the Luminous Lighting?

Y/N: *sigh* No.

The skies above glowed red, showing a memory of.....Y/N, except his face was all distorted. His body was distorted to and his arms were shaped like saws as he tears through an entire legion of gods, even cutting a massive energy beam in half before directing it back.

Y/N: For a year after the Cataclysm I teleported directly into the plane of Celestia and begun my rampage. For 365 days I fought nonstop, killing every single god in my way, erasing every single trace of the Honkai with blood and fury.

He went on and on, listing about the many battles he fought, the skies morphing to scenes of blood and victory as he single-handedly took on the entirety of Celestia that was powered up by The Will.

Y/N: The massacre ended with the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles, or Asmoday. All I had to do, was take her by surprise......

The sky shows his memories as a blood soaked Y/N rips a red heart out of the god, surprising her as he crushes it. She collapses, fading away as he turns, holding his bloody axe before walking away.

Y/N; It has been finished.

Y/N: And with that, I took over the plane of Celestia, repairing the damage I did and applied a new system everyone were to follow. Surprisingly, the gods and everyone were very compliant so I had no problem with changing everything. *sigh* I had a headache fixing the mess they made in all of Teyvat and several of my worlds but....*shrug* It was all worth it. If you're wondering 5 years ago due to the influx of hilichurls appearing and their leaders wanting people to stop attacking them I made multiple purification pools around all of Teyvat to help cure the curse. Of course....I gave only a coupon hundred of them directions and slowly but surely, there has been an exodus of them leaving, having learned the directions from time to time. Well...yeah. Anyways have the people coming from the Chasm and that place somewhere in the eastern side of Liyue causing any trouble?

Ganyu: N-Not at all. They...either left or seemed to settle into Liyue quite well.

Y/N: Good. I was worried something might've happened cause I was gone for 5 years. I already checked with a group and they're alright............Anyways-

He pats her head, confusing her as a pink tint appears on her cheeks.

Y/N: How's the break? Are you refreshed?

Ganyu: I-It's a nice change of pace. I don't mind really.

Y/N: *smile* Glad you enjoy it.......but aren't you forgetting something?

Ganyu slowly turns her head, seeing Cloud Retainer's indifferent face.

Ganyu: *shock* C-CLOUD RETAINER!

Cloud Retainer: Ah.....so this is who you were with.....

Xiao/Mountain Shaper/Moon Carver: *bow* MY CREATOR!

Cloud Retainer coughs before bowing gracefully although the other 3 Adepti got into their knees as Y/N raises his hands.

Y/N: Woah no need to bow! As far as I know I'm just a friend and helper! And call me Y/N.

Xiao: Your wish is my command Y/N.

Moon Carver: So the passive behavior of the Geovishaps and riftwolves was your doing. *murmur* I should've known.

Mountain Shaper: One may say it's an honor for you to be before us....but may I ask what you've been doing the past 5 years?

Y/N: Had business to attend to in the Fate universes as well as exploring the ones I freed from the will. In addition there's also the millions of universes I visited as to be sure the stability of this multiverse can be assured.....but of course. I am happy to be visiting one of my most recent creations.

Cloud Retainer: *amused* Ganyu has been missing you dearly. Her dreams for the past 5 years were filled with the memories of how close you tw-

Ganyu: *red* C-CLOUD RETAINER!

Cloud Retainer: *amused* I was merely jesting.  But...it's a pleasure to see my creator again.

Xiao/Mountain Shaper/Moon Carver: Me too!

Y/N: Well...of course but....aren't we forgetting something?

They all turn to Ningguang and Keqing who stood there flabbergasted.

Y/N: Look....I'm not an archon-

Xiao: He is the creator of Teyvat so show him.....some respect.

Y/N: Same thing but.....can you keep this a secret? I don't like being....excessively worshipped-

Keqing: A-Are you sure? *bow* It's an honor having you help us!

Ningguang: *bow* I should thank you for helping Liyue be the nation it is today creator. What can I do for you?

Y/N: 'Goddamnit they're onto me now.'

He begins sweating much to the Adepti amusement as the two begin praising him.

Later

???: *hum* Mmmmmm....these are some good berries.,,,

He plucks a few from the nearby bush before putting them into his basket. Sitting down, he takes a rather ripe one and pops it into his mouth.

???: A good place to unwind....what can possibly go wro-

Ganyu: Hey you!

He turns from the field only to find Ganyu running to him, holding her bow out as he backs away.

???: *panic* W-Wait! What did I do wron-

Y/N appears out of nowhere, grabbing onto her bow and pushing it aside as the Fatui skirmisher stood there confused.

Y/N: Why are you attacking him?

Ganyu: He's Fatui. He has to be scheming something-

Y/N: Is berry picking scheming?

She looks ahead to find the skirmisher holding a basket of berries, varying in color as her face drops.

Ganyu: Oh.......*nod* I'm terribly sorry.

???: It's.....fine.

Y/N: Anyways....yeah. How's the place around here?

???: It's....peaceful. The weather is good...I swear I'm not up to anything! I rarely have a free morning you see-

Y/N: *hands raised* Yeah yeah no need to explain. Just get back to whatever you're doing if you want.

???: You sure?

Y/N: Yup.

???: Ok....I'll be on my way......

The Skirmisher carries his basket before walking away, picking some berries on the bushes along the way and leaving Y/N and Ganyu to stand in the empty field.

Y/N: Fatui huh........what happened when I was gone? What has the Tsaritsa done?

Ganyu: W-Well 5 years ago when....the creatures of Teyvat became more passive.....the Fatui....went rogue. They suddenly started to invade all the other nations when it comes to diplomacy or business deals, subjugating many people with force through various means....

Y/N: So they went to try and establish their dominance in all the nations of Teyvat.

Ganyu: Y-Yes. Rumor has it their activities are beginning to increase in Mondstadt....but that's all I heard so far.

Y/N sighs before patting her head as she closes her eyes, nuzzles against his hand.

Y/N: *smile* Thank you for telling me. *frown* I'll be sure to visit the Tsaritsa soon.

Ganyu: Wait you can?

Y/N: Cmon! I'm the creator and I can literally teleport anywhere in this world!

Ganyu: You have a point.

Y/N: Alright.....let's go then.

They all walk off the field, enjoying each other's company while Y/N was glad Ningguang and Keqing weren't following him for more hours.

Later

Y/N: No.

Xiangling: B-But t-the s-slime condensa-

Y/N's wing covers up several of the large electro and hydro slimes that huddle behind him as Ganyu stands a meter away from them.

Y/N: Don't try to kill them for...the condensation. I have a more effective method for that.

Xiangling: Oh?

He turns around, grabbing a scooper and a bucket nearby before heading to the hydro slime.

Y/N: Sometimes when slimes drag their bodies along the ground they leave traces of their essence in the pathway they travel. The constant grinding and moving softens up the thick tissue in their underbellies.

He taps the side of the hydro slime with the scooper as it immediately rolls until it was on its head. Y/N carefully holds the scooper to its underbelly before sliding it across, scooping up a huge chunk of its soft tissue as it somehow purrs happily.

Y/N: Usually the underbelly is pale when there's excess slime. Don't do too much though. If you overdue it you'll end up scrapping some live tissue and it'll hurt.

Xiangling; *amazed* Woah....even I didn't think of that. This will yield 6 times the amount of slime I can have!

Y/N: You have to get them to trust you though. Get them to come close....pet them at the side of their Uh....what face they have or top of their head. If they let out what you call a purr, that's when you can begin scooping, but only if they're ok with it.

She nods his head as he turns around, leaving the slimes to happily surround her as she happily collects her cooking ingredients for the week.

Ganyu: Huh...I didn't know slimes were like that.

Y/N: Evolution is a thing really. Sometimes the same species can evolve overtime to adapt to their environment.

Ganyu: *nod* Of course.

Y/N: Now cmon. We still got some hours left before your sleeping hours.

She shyly nods her head before following him, admiring the moonlight shining in his glorious form as they made their way through the Liyue pathway.

Later

Whopperflower: *happy bouncing*

Y/N merely pets the whopperflower, ruffling its leafy head and body as it nuzzles against its side.

Y/N: I know you're happy to see me....and well all of you.....

He gestures to the rift hounds, slimes, Geovishaps, and hilichurls sitting in a wide circle around him as he looks at the night sky from the cliff side.

Ganyu; They're....quite friendly with me too.

A Geovishap nudges against her shoulder as she lightly pets its head, hearing a pleased growl.

Y/N: I believe it's due to me and your nature as a Qilin. You know.....

Ganyu: I know but this is a bit new to me.....

Y/N: You'll get used to it. They'll know when to leave you alone if you're wondering.

She nods her head, sitting down next to him as they look at the stars.

Y/N: Is it cold?

Ganyu: It's a bit chilly b-but-

A pink tint fills her cheeks as Y/N wraps an arm around her waist, pulling her close as she stutters.

Y/N: Am I intruding on any boundaries?

Ganyu: No....

She couldn't help but look and admire the look on Y/N's face, calm and composed yet beautiful like the heavens. Yet....she could see the pensive sadness in his eyes as he examines the universe beyond the world they were in.

Ganyu: 'It's cold....yet his touch is warm......but.....what's bothering him?'

She slowly but surely leaned her head back, resting it onto Y/N's shoulder before slowly snuggling against his arm, holding it as his mouth opens.

The song ends and Y/N turns to the Liyue creatures, even the boars and weasels who sat to listen to him before turning to Ganyu who was cuddling against him.

Ganyu: You.....you used to have parents?

Y/N: I wish I would remember........this was the only song I remembered from my father's time....it's been so long. Living for eons really takes a toll on your mind.....

Her face expresses a look of sadness seeing the look on his face.

Y/N: I used to be human....but one thing led to another and I became a God....well....the rest is history...but it's all in the past....*stretches* Now....

*GRAB*

She lets out a rather cute yelp as Y/N gets up while carrying her in his arms.

Y/N: Are you fine with this?

Ganyu: *red* I-I don't mind it.

Y/N: Tomorrow I'll go over your new work schedule before we start the following day....but let's rest for now. Do you have a room....perhaps at the Wangshun Inn or anything?

Ganyu: *quiet* There's always a room reserved for me there.......

Y/N: Rest for now then. As your creator I'll guide you there.

He could feel her breathe soften, her body relaxing as her skin seems to be even softer. He turns, nodding his head as all the Liyue creatures turn to walk away back to their homes, satisfied with their experience.

Y/N: Huh....this feeling..........

Later

Morax:.....*bow* It is a pleasure to meet you again.

Y/N: Of course....it is a pleasure to meet you again Morax.

Morax: Please...call me Zhongli.

Y/N: Alright Zhongli. Unfortunately I have to take....Ganyu back to her room, but I shall see you later. I have some issues I want to discuss.

Zhongli; Of course my lord. I shall meet you again tomorrow.

Y/N: *nod* Take care Zhongli.

And with that, they both part ways on the balcony of the Inn as he heads downstairs. Making his way through the stairs and hallways, he eventually opens the door and using his foot closes it before settling Ganyu onto the clean looking sheets.

Y/N: 'Ah.....Now....'

CLEAN

The dust and dirt on Y/N disappears, leaving him in pristine condition along with Ganyu. Seeing that she was fast asleep, he turns, making his way to the doo-

Ganyu: Y/N?

He turns around, seeing Ganyu huddling against her pillow while tiredly looking at him.

Ganyu: It may seem....odd but...c-can you sleep with me?

Sighing, Y/N nods his head before taking off his outer shirt, now sprouting a plain white shirt before climbing onto the bed. Laying on his side, he reaches out, pulling Ganyu close to him. They both wrap their arms around each other as Y/N listens, feeling Ganyu's head snuggling against his neck as he hugs her.

Y/N: Sleep well Ganyu. Today's another day......

Ganyu: *soft* Mmmmmmm........

Content with their position, the candles suddenly extinguish by themselves due to his command. And thus, Ganyu lays there, snoring softly and enjoying the warm feeling in her chest as she sleeps with her creator.

Unbeknownst to her, a strange feeling began to surface that day.
