*Percy pov*

Today was the big day, I was finally going to do it. I was going to propose to Annabeth, and I had been nervous the whole day.

I had finally finished making Annabeth's ring after weeks of molding it out of celestial silver (the rarest metal in the world next to celestial bronze) and had finished engraving the words 'I will always be your seaweed brain'.

Surprisingly, Aphrodite was the one who supplied me with the celestial silver, she also helped me plan what I say to her when I proposed.

I also got help from Hera who blessed me and Annabeth to have a happy and prosperous life together, Hestia blessed me with a good home and Artemis helped me with what she called fear therapy and what I called just beating the crap out of me whenever I got worried about Annabeth saying no.

When I got to the camp everyone was acting cold to me and I could catch whispers of people saying 'murderer' and 'traitor'. When I got to the Athena cabin Annabeth wasn't there so I asked Will where she was and he replied with a sneer.

"She's at the beach"

"What's wrong?"

He just smirked evilly and went off.

'What's his problem?' I wondered in my head.
