So, now that we know about what Lolita is, we shall now move on to the part where you actually get it.

So here's some questions I have received about how you should shop.

Q. What is the most important thing to consider while Shopping Lolita?

A. PRICE RANGE!!! Always know your limit when it comes to prices.

Q. Most of the prices on my screen are in Japanese price. Why, and what should I do??

A. Well, the majority of the Lolita shops are from Japan, so they're websites are Japanese. That includes the price difference.
REMEMBER: THE JAPANESE PRICE IS NOT THE AMERICAN PRICE. So what do you do??
USE. FRACKING. GOOGLE!! IT CAN TRANSLATE PRICES, I PROMISE!
The same applies for websites in Japanese in general.

Q. So I've heard that sizes are kinda different in Japan. If I get the wrong size, I can just take/send it back, right?

A. NOOOO! NO YOU CAN'T. THAT IS A HUGE NO-NO IN JAPAN. TECHNICALLY, YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU BUY, SO TO THEM, IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN IT.
Now, some shops are especially kind and let you take your things back, but only if you are especially apologetic.

Q. So what are some stores that are affordable?

A. Well I got my first dress at Lolatain. It ( along with the accessories) was only $200! Sometimes, dresses and JSK's are up to $300 alone!! You'll also want to look into some secondhand websites/apps such as Ebay!
