Garroth: Y/N? Y/N please wake up!

Aphmau was crying over Aaron. She heard what Garroth said and walked over to him. There she saw Y/N in Garroth's arms, lifeless...dull.

Aphmay: Y/N!!!

~a week later~

Y/N was in the same room with Aaron, they both had their eyes red. Their parents were there watching the doctors work on their kids.

Dad: word is beginning to spread, a few news let out must have picked up on the story

Mom: *sniffles* we can't risk losing them. Their eyes Derek, if they look at a human-

Dad: we can't ask them to calm their eyes. I don't even know if they can hear us

Female Doc: Mrs. Lyken, we need to draw more blood for your daughter

Mom: of course, anything

Sylvanna slammed the door opened in the room they were in.

Sylvana: Aaron! Y/N!

Doctor: hey! What are you doing here?!

Sylvana: i want to see Aaron and Y/N! Aaron is my daughter's boyfriend and she's outside worried sick about him! Not to mention that Y/N is like a sister to her and that's making her more worried! You aren't telling her anything about them! Let us through or we'll bust our way in! We need answers!

Erick: come on! Let us in! This ismt right to keep us waiting! Aphmau has been waiting out there everyday for a whole week now and you aren't going to tell her anything?! We need to know how Aaron and Y/N doing!

Doxtor: please sir, ma'am. You don't understand you can't be in here. It's far too dangerous for you, please you are in serious danger if you continue to stay here

Doctor 2: don't make us remove you from the room. They need rest and medicine

They started arguing back and forth. Aphmau walked in with bags under her eyes. But someone else came with her.

Aphmau: Mom! Erick! Please, leave the room. Aaron needs his rest, you don't understand why you can't be in here right now

Laurence: she told me everything and i just want Y/N to get better, please just leave the room. I can wait but just please let her rest

Y/N slowly groaned and her eyes went back to her regular E/C.

Mom: Derek...look!

The dad walked over to Y/N's side and saw that her and Aaron both had their regular eye color. Still pale from the lack of blood and they still have their ears and tail. Dad's eyes widened as he saw their eyes back to normal. He slowly turned to the direction of where Aphmau and Laurence are.

~flashback~

Y/N and Aaron were standing next to each other with their phones broken in pieces in front of them.

Aaron: but it's just texting!

Dad: no Aaron! You need to stop talking to her! Y/N, you will stop talking to him as well! Don't you both understand that they're going to rip your heart out!

Aaron: she's the reason I have a heart in the first place!

Aaron's eyes were red. Y/N had mixed emotions. Her eyes turned red, just by thinking of the fact that he loves Aphmau.

Y/N: i have never been able to talk or socialize with anyone as close as him... he means the world to me dad... I just want to talk to him...

Dad: Aaron... Y/N... they don't love you

Y/N: it doesn't matter! I love him! And I always will!

Y/N ran up the stairs with years in her eyes. They weren't from sadness, rather from frustration and anger.

~flashback over~

Dad: everyone!

The doctors turned around to face the dad. Even getting the others attention.

Dad: please... I'm asking everyone here to please leave the room. Even you sweetheart

Sylvana: why?! Aphmau needs to see Aaron and Laurence needs to see Y/N!

Dad: please, i will allow everyone to see them both but only after I can speak to Aphmau and Laurence alone

Aphmau: huh?

Sylvana: what?!

Mom: i understand sweetheart. Everyone please come with me

The doctors get out the room. The mom looks at Aphmau and Laurence.

Mom: you guys stay here

Sylvana: y-y-you have wolf ears... and a tail?

Mom: it's a long story, we can talk about it another time

Sylvana goes out first with the mom following behind. Laurence went ahead and closed the door. Aphmau and Laurence walked over to the bed. They stood at the end of it and there Laurence saw Y/N with bandages covering her head, dried blood and cuts all over her face. Tears threatened to spill in Laurence's eyes. Bags were formed, he had gotten a call from his father telling him something happened. He came as soon as his dad hanged up. He waited the entire week hoping to see you and hold you in his arms again.

Dad: my kids.... what have I done?

Aphmau made a noise indicating she was about to cry again. Laurence had his hands on the bed. He couldn't take his eyes off Y/N, he just wished he would've been there to help you. But he knew that you were stubborn, and she wouldn't have ever let him get hurt the way she did. He knew that she would give up her life for him, because that's how much she loved him.

Dad: when they were born I tried to protect them... tried to keep them from facing the things that i did. I didn't want them to hurt anyone

Aphmau: Aaron...

A tear fell down from Laurence's right eye.

Dad: all those years... I never realized... you both... you both were the ones who kept them away... you guys were the one they always tried to see

Laurence shut his eyes, trying to drop the tears from falling.

Dad: i always thought it was helping them to find a way to suppress their eyes. That i was doing the right thing for them. But I wasn't helping them at all. I was only making it worse....

He paused and breathed in heavily, him almost crying. He put his hand on Laurence's shoulder, knowing he was trying to hold back his tears.

Dad: you both were the reason why... They didn't want to hurt you... you both soothed them

Aphmau started crying, holding her hands in front of her face. Laurence still having his eyes shut and his head down. Tears were starting to form.

Dad: i kept them away from you both for all these years... I thought it was best for all of you. But despite everything i did... they kept trying, to just be close to you. I never allowed them to be themselves. My son and youngest baby daughter almost died... And i didnt even know them... what have i done?

The dad started crying. Laurence started to cry as well, his legs felt weak, he felt like just falling on his knees and scream.

~flashback~

Dad: I'm surprised Aaron and Y/N agreed to help. I didn't expect them to be so willing

Mom: hmmm, maybe they remembered when we used to go there

Dad: that, or they need the money

Mom: though, I'm surprised. They're never one to take payment from us for anything

Dad: maybe they're falling on hard times, though Y/N is getting married soon so she must need the money for that

Melissa: far from it

Mom: i know that tone missy. What do you know?

Melissa: *laughs* Oh you know me so well mom. If i tell you guys, you both need to keep it under us, ok?

Dad: fine, tell us

Melissa: Y/N told me that Aaron is planning on proposing to Aphmau!

Dad, mom: what?!

Melissa: mhm, he's been taking on our jobs to get cash for it to make it incredibly special for her

Dad: he didn't even tell us! Does Aphmau know about- h-h-he can't! She will- UGH

Melissa: dad, you can't treat Aaron like this forever

Mom: Melissa is right, just like how we're letting Laurence and Y/N get married, we have to be fair with Aaron, who knows maybe Aphmau knows. Aaron had been living in his own until this point, we need to trust him

~flashback over~

Dad: Aphmau... do you know why Aaron came here?

Aphmau: he had said he wanted extra cash for the summer. I don't understand why but he-

Dad: he wanted to take you somewhere special

Aphmau: huh? Somewhere... that new years party... Starlight Wonderland. All this for me? After what i did to him?

Dad: Aaron... his wounds are deep, so are Y/N's. Broken bones, spine is ruptured, they both shouldn't be alive... but they are. Because of both of you

Aphmau: all of this... everything that's happened to them... all this was because of me!

Dad: stop talking nonsense

Aphmau: it's my fault they're both in this condition! I'm the one who caused him all of this pain!

Laurence slammed his fist down on the bed.

Laurence: i should've been here with her! I should've watched over her so nothing can happen to her. The fact that she did die... and in the condition she is in.... I can't lose her, i can't lose the only one I will ever love

Laurence started crying silently.

Dad: no, you both saved them from all this pain. Ever since they were little, they've had the most difficult time controlling their eyes. As their father I wanted to protect them from anything I could... and in doing so I isolated them from everyone but both of you.... you both saw pass them and made them into.... you made them feel... wanted. And loved.

The dad looks towards Laurence.

Dad: how much do you love her?

Laurence: i love her a lot sir... she's my world and my everything. I'd do anything for her as to give up my own life...

The dad turned the Aphmau.

Dad: Aphmau, how much do you love Aaron?

Aphmau: what?

Dad: you love him... don't you?

Aphmau: of course I love him! Aaron means the world to me... I would do anything for him. He's done so much for me and in return i- I just..

Dad: would both of you.... give Aaron and Y/N up?

Laurence: what?!

Aphmau: no! Never!

Laurence: i can't lose her now! I need to be here for her!

Aphmau: i need to tell him I'm sorry!

Dad: it won't be safe for them here much longer. With all the rumors flying about two Ultima sightings. It's just a matter of time until the lodge floods with reporters and fanatics trying to find us

Aphmau: can you just hide here?

Dad: it's too risky. Do you know what will happen if they find Aaron or Y/N? Do you know how terrified humans are of them? There's a reason it's just a myth. If they find out they're real, they'll chase them down and they won't stop until they find them and kill them

Laurence: you don't know that...

Dad: Laurence, it isn't easy but you and Aphmau have to trust me. This is the safest option, after everything that's happened. Aaron and Y/N is going to get a lot of questions. They need to find themselves

Laurence: what will you do?

Aphmau: where will you take them?

Dad: our family has a safe house in FalconClaw. Exactly for this type of situation. We'll be taking them there

Aphmau: I-I can go with them

Laurence: yeah i can go too, right?

Dad: right now Aaron and Y/N's Ultima state has gone to rest. All the trauma they experienced has left them very sensitive. Their instincts are stuck on high alert. Slightest motion can set off their Ultima form

Aphmau: I don't care! I want to be with him!

Laurence: i don't care if i get turned, i need to be with Y/N!

Dad: and how do you think Aaron and Y/N would feel if they lost control and turned both of you into a werewolf? Turning isn't exactly painless. An Ultima turning human into a werewolf with their eyes... there's a chance a human turning into a werewolf at the sight of the Ultima eyes could die in the process. A bite is a different story... even still if Aaron and Y/N let both of you see their eyes, and they hurt you..... how do you think they would feel?

Aphmau started sobbing but trying to hold it in. Laurence clutched his hands into fists. Tears were running down his cheek like a river. All he wanted was for his fiancee... was to be okay.

Dad: they'd never forgive themselves. They could almost be like twins, if they care for someone they love, and if that person got hurt because of them... they'd blame everything on themselves.... guh! I'm sorry. I know I'm asking for a lot, but for your sake and theirs... They need time to heal

Laurence: how much time?

Dad: the doctors say that with these injuries and all the stress and trauma they experienced. They'll need about a year to fully recover

Laurence felt his heart shatter even more. He felt a hand squeeze his heart until it exploded.

Aphmau: a year?! No, please!

Dad: Aaron... He came to this lodge to take you to Starlight Wonderland, it's what he was working so hard for. It's what he wanted to do for you, i promise you Aphmau after one year, that's where you'll be reunited. Y/N came to this lodge because she wanted to help her older brother be happy. All that i ask of both of you is that you wait

Laurence: but... one year...

Dad: please, it's the only way

Aphmau: for them i can do it

Dad: they're not fully conscious. But you should talk to them

Aphmau: can I?

Dad: it's safe, as long as their eyes are normal, they can't turn anyone. Also...

The dad grabs a red bandana and a green jacket.

Dad: this red bandana belongs to Aphmau. And this green jacket belongs to Laurence. They would want you to have this, go on

Laurence grabbed the jacket. He put his hand on his pocket and found a photo of him and Y/N at the New Year's Eve party. They were hugging each other as the fireworks launched at the sky.

In the back of the photo, on the bottom left corner it said, "Y/N x Laurence." He felt tears run down his cheeks. He hugged the jacket and walked over the side where Y/N was at.

Laurence: Y/N sweetheart please... if you can hear me, I'm so sorry that i wasn't there for you when you needed me. I know you told me you were going to do some business stuff but if i knew you would end up the way you are I wouldn't have ever let you go. I love you Y/N, please don't leave me. I want you to be a part of my life, i want to see you walk down the isle and say I do. I want to be a part of your life forever. And because of you I will wait for you, i will wait the entire year without you and I will not forget you, i will be waiting for you.... I love so you much Y/N you don't know how lucky I am to have you. No matter what form you take or what you are, it'll always be you Y/N, it's always been you. I'll be here waiting for you

Laurence kissed her forehead and put his hand on her cheek.

Laurence: you'll always be my little sunflower. And I'll be the light to make you grow. I love you Y/N, I'll wait for you

Laurence had cried on Y/N for a few minutes before he left with Aphmau to meet up with the others outside the lodge.

Lucinda: unfortunately I wasn't able to find more about that snake eyes man. And from what I know, Ein's gone

Zane: good riddance. I don't even want to hear his name ever again

Garroth: what are we going to do?

Zane: what do you mean?

Garroth: everyone back home. They're probably going to ask about what happened

Lucinda: honestly we should keep this to ourselves, at least until we've had some time to recover from this. Especially about Aaron and Y/N. We cannot let anyone else know they're an Ultima. Rumors are starting to spread and it's in our best interest to not give field to the fire

Zane: i agree. It'll also keep Aphmau's mind calm too

Garroth: don't forget Laurence, he may not have been here but the fact that his fiancee is practically... he needs time to rest as well

Zane: we haven't even heard anything about Aaron or Y/N

Lucinda: last I heard they were both unconscious. Aph and Laurence haven't left that room for a week so

Aphmau and Laurence came out the door. With Laurence closing it the others turned around to face them.

Zane: A-A-Aph?

Aphmau: we're going home...

Garroth, Zane, Lucinda: what?!

Lucinda: wh-what about Aaron and Y/N?!

Aphmau: Aaron...

Laurence: they're both fine... b-but they're not safe right now

Aphmau: they have to go away... because if they find out they're an Ultima they'll... they'll

Lucinda: their eyes... i-I-I understand

Garroth: huh?

Lucinda: Aaron and Y/N are a walking time bomb, if people found out Ultima's existed we'll never be able to see them again

Aphmau started crying.

Zane: Aphmau!

Aphmau: i just want to be close to him

Lucinda: sweety, i completely understand. Especially after all of this but this is the right call ok? For both your safety and his. They need this, and so do you and Laurence

Garroth: Laurence, we'll be here with you to get through this

Zane: we'll all be here for you and Aphmau

Aphmau: guys... thank you

Everyone got in their cars. Laurence took his own but since he couldn't concentrate Garroth drove for him. Laurence sat in the back seat. He started crying a little. Tears were on the corner of his eyes.

I'll wait for you Y/N. I promise.

~flashback~

Garte and Mr. Valcrum were outside of the lodge. With their kids playing together they were waiting for Derek.

Valcrum: are you sure you want to go in on this plan? It will take all four of us to afford it

Garte: nonsense! This place was great to vacation in it! My family really enjoyed it! I just hope Derek's family feels the same way

Valcrum: well I'm sure he will. I know Travis enjoys it. Right son?

Fetus Travis: yay!

Valcrum: we can sign the papers then. Where is Derek anyway?

Garte: Derek is inside with his youngest son and daughter. I offered to let them play with my boys but he was pretty fest about it

Valcrum: it's probably for the best

Garte: huh

Valcrum: oh there's Zack now

A car pulled up behind them. A man with a white button up shirt and a black best over it with a blue tie and black hair and brown eyes came out of the car and walked over to the other fathers.

??: hey! Sorry I'm late

Valcrum: it's not a problem. As long as you sign the papers it's fine

??: we'll I'm glad i made it in time

Fetus Travis walked up to his dad.

??: oh, is this your son?

Valcrum: yes

??: cute, my little girl is around his age. Hey there!

Fetus Travis: hey!

Garte: what took you so long?

??: my daughter is having a hard time with the divorce. So I wanted to spend as much time as i could before i move

Valcrum: understandable

Derek opens the door and meets up with the other dads.

Derek: sorry about that. My son and daughter was playing with rocks and ended up bringing a ton inside. I wanted to make sure they cleaned up the new place

Valcrum: i appreciate it. Now, let's get to signing these papers. Shall We?

Fetus Aaron and Y/N were playing with their dog Alexander. The dog was barking while chasing down the running kids. They were all running around until they stopped at the door. Aaron turned around and looked at fetus Y/N. Aaron took out a green rock.

Aaron: dad took all the rocks. He didn't say this one!

They opened the door and they went inside the garage with the boiler. Y/N closed the door behind them and she ran next to Aaron who was in front of the boiler.

Aaron: we'll hide it in here!

Aaron out the green rock inside the boiler. He turned to Y/N and shushed her and the dog.

Aaron: this is our secwet!
