Laurence: ughhhh

Garroth: Laurence, calm down she'll get here when she gets here

Laurence: i am calm!

Garroth: riiiight, suuure, you're really Zaning it right now

Laurence: Zaning?

Garroth: its a word i made up for anyone does what Zane would do, and now you're acting like Zane, and that means something is obviously wrong

Laurence: oh my Irene am i that bad right now?

Garroth: yup

Laurence: ugh, sorry i-i i honestly thought i wasn't acting nervous at all

Garroth: well you are

Laurence: i also am scared of what Y/N will say, I'm eveen surprised she's coming to the party, those puppies sure look like they give her a hard time

Garroth: well she is, and you have a proposal to do, how long have you been preparing?

Laurence: 2 weeks..

Mom: hello Laurence, may i have a word with you?

Laurence: uh- yes Mrs. Lyken

*walks outside with Aaron and Erick*

Aaron: mom? Laurence? You guys have some explaining to do

Mom: yes, i know that's why i called Laurence so he can tell you everything

Laurence: oh that's right i forgot to tell you Aaron, sorry

Aaron: its fine, so tell me, are you actually going to propose?

Laurence: yes i am, i really want her to be mine

Aaron: i approve

Laurence: thanks man....*recieves text* AHHH she's almost here! I'm freaking out!

I ran inside and i try to find Garroth. I found him still sitting on the couch using his phone. I ran to him repeatedly slapping him on the arm trying to get words out of my mouth.

Garroth: Laurence! Why are you hitting me!?

Laurence: she's almost here! I can't do this Garroth!

Garroth: Laurence! Calm down, you can do this i believe in you! You have a girl to make you yours forever!

Laurence: where's the ring?!

Garroth: where did you leave it?

Laurence: oh never mind its in my pocket

Garroth: Laurence, take a breather, breath in...breath out

Laurence: *inhales* .....*exhales* i feel better, I'm going to be calm and swob

Garroth: that's right Laurence, you lay that charm on her

Laurence: she's outside! AHH! *jumps behind the couch*

Garroth: Laurence? Buddy?

Laurence: it was a stupid enough to think i can propose

Garroth: so that's it? You're not going to ask her? And leave her broken hearted of the fact that she had a chance of being engaged to you?

Laurence: huh?

Garroth: think about it, you loved Y/N since freshman year and you can't even ask her a simple question? That's in like 30 minutes?

Laurence: y-y-you're right

Garroth: ahhhh...I'll never get tired of hearing that, now just bring her in and prepare yourself for the new year and have a good time with her, don't worry! Your bro has your back!

Laurence: thanks Garroth, alright...i got this

I quickly walk to the door and as I'm about to open it, i inhale and exhale and open the door to find Y/N in...a...beautiful....pretty....face...and...pretty...

~Y/N's P.O.V~

I was standing outside for almost 5 minutes waiting for Laurence to open the door for me. It was chilly outside and i was getting cold. Laurence had finally opened the door for me and when he did, he was staring at me with his mouth open and his cheeks red. I smirked and walked beside him and put 3 fingers under his chin and closed his mouth.

Y/N: don't keep your mouth open or you'll catch a fly

Laurence stood quiet but he took my hand and dragged me to the couch. The party had colorful lights everywhere it was giving me a headache. The music was very loud, i couldn't even hear myself think. I saw Aaron, Aphmau, Sylvana and mom by the counter and Aphmau came running to me.

Aphmau: Y/N! I'm so glad you're here! Come on! Try some tamales!

Y/N: what are tamales? (That feels so weird to say, coming from me i eat them 24/7 XD)

Aphmau: come on and eat some!

She dragged me to where Aaron, Sylvana and mom were and i saw Aarom trying them out too.

Aphmau: well?

Aaron: these are great! Y/N try some!

Y/N: ok

I take a bite and i feel my taste buds dancing like if i just ate heaven, and the angels are singing inside of my mouth.

Aphmau: well Y/N?

Y/N: these are surprisingly good, wow

Sylvana: great! I'm glad you guys liked it, i may have not allowed you both to be in the house if you didn't

Mom: who would even want to be around you anyway

Sylvana: i heard that!

Aaron: well I'm gonna go outside to see what i can do to help Erick

Aphmau: he's still out there?

Sylvana: *sigh* yes, he's still out there, he thinks he can make that hot tub work

Mom: i didn't even come prepared to get inside a hit top

Aphmau: neither did I

Y/N: i didn't even know you had a hot tub

Sylvana: that's Erick for you, once he has his mind set on something, he has to do it. Even if it gets in the way of already made plans

Aaron: yeah i kind of figured that since he started working since this morning i just want to lend him a hand one last time and try to convince him to come back in

Aphmau: alright just don't stay outside for too long, its almost going to be midnight

Aaron: of course I'll be back soon babe

Y/N: and I'm going back to my babe

I walk back with a plate of about 10 tamales (me? A savage? Propbably, but don't ever mess with my tamales, they are love and life.) I sat down next to Laurence and he was eyeing my tamales.

Y/N: i know what you want and you're not getting it!

Laurence: wait what?

Y/N: i know your plan!

Laurence: who told you!

Y/N: no one but i see what you were doing

Laurence: what was i doing?

Y/N: you were going to steal my tamales!

Laurence:.....what?

Y/N: that's right, i saw you looking at my tamales

Laurence: you caught me...

He puts his hands behind his back and smirks. I arch my eyebrow and give him a confusing look. 'Why is he having his hands behind his back?' Next thing he does was rub a cupcake on my cheek, covering it with neon green frosting. I stood there shocked at what he did. He put the cupcake on the table and wipped some frosting off my cheek with his finger and put it on my nose. Then i wipped it with my hand and stained his cheek. I laughed while he did pretended to be hurt and cried.

We were at it for a while. Until my mom interrupted us.

Mom: Laurence, can i talk to you for a second?

Laurence: um sure Mrs. Lyken

Mom: Y/N, would you mind helping your brother outside for a moment?

Y/N: ok fine, but don't keep Laurence until midnight

~Laurence's P.O.V~

Y/N's mom had asked to talk to me, probably going to ask on what's going to happen.

Mom: Laurence

Laurence: yes Mrs. Lyken?

Mom: what are you planning to do?

Laurence: 'i was right' well a few minutes before the clock turns 12:00 i want to take Y/N to the park close by and propose to h-

Mom: that's not what i meant

Laurence: huh?

Mom: i meant, how are you planning to make her happy when you marry her?

Laurence: not to sound negative or rude but i don't even know for sure if she will say yes, and if she does i want to get married in the summer of June or July

Mom: that doesn't answer my question, hoe are you going to make her happy?

Laurence: i try to make her happy right now as it is, i hurt her so much that i don't want to do it ever again. I love her with all my heart and soul that it would hurt to ever lose her, that's why i want to take her to a place she will love for the summer, but not only that, i want to make her the happiest girl in the world by showing love to her as i possibly can

Mom: that's all i needed to hear

~Y/N's P.O.V~

I was outside with Aaron and Erick and Erick is fixing the hot tub with just a wrench....*sigh* what does he think this is Super Mario? Omi.

Aaron: Erick I think you should stop for now

Erick: give up?! Me? No way!

Y/N: he didn't say give up, he said to stop for now and go inside with the others, it's almost midnight

Erick: bu-but! Oh here, just let me try one last time....GAH! NOOOOOO

Aaron: Erick, i think everyone appreciates for you trying to have this hot tub ready but i think its better time to spent it inside with your family

Erick: b-but...hot tub..

Y/N: Erick

Erick: fiiine, I'll get going

Aphmau: Aaron!

Sylvana: *from inside* Erick! Vamanos! Get your butt in here! Its only 3 minutes until New years! So you either hurry or you get to sleep in the hot tub tonight!

Erick: I'm coming! I'm coming!

~Laurence's P.O.V~

I took Y/N to the park and right now we are sitting on the root of the tree where i first found her and asked her to be my girlfriend. I got up and took Y/N's hand as there was only 2 minutes till the clock turned 12:00. I got the box out from my pocket and looked deeply into Y/N's eyes.

Laurence: Y/N, i am so happy i get to spend New Years with you, i know this tree is where i first heard you singing, and where i asked you to be my girlfriend, now we can add 2 more memories together here, spending New years together and this

I got on my left knee and i see Y/N have a shocked face, and her hands covering her mouth. I put the box on left hand and open it with my right.

Laurence: Y/N....will you marry me?

~Y/N's P.O.V~

I was speechless...he wants to marry me. I felt warm tears coming out of my eyes, not of sadness but of happiness. I have never felt so much happiness in my life before. After a minute of silence i have finally answered....

Laurence faced turned from worried to a face where i can see joy glowing all over him. He put the ring on my left ring finger and hugged me. The clock hit 12, me and Laurence looked into each others eyes and our lips connected passionately as the fireworks were lighting up the sky. We broke our kiss, and i can honestly say, i will be very happy.

And there you go! Another chapter, you guys have to wait until summer to actually get married but i mean oh well. It'll be worth it cause it'll be the cutest. Thing. You. Ever.
