As the sun rises on the beach, the first day of the spell behind. Josh breaks the surface, takes his first breath with human legs, and collapses on the sand.

Brendon and Ryan surface and attend to their beloved friend.

"Josh! Are you okay?" Brendon asked.

"Oh child, what have you done?" Ryan cried.

After a moment, Josh sits up and stares at his new legs in wonderment. Slowly and shakily he tries to stand, sticking his arms out for balance, the falls on his rear.

Dallon flaps in.

"Well look who got beached! Hiya Josh! Wait, there's something different about you. Don't tell me, it's your hairdo right? You've been using the dinglehopper!"

Josh shakes his head.

"Nah? Hmm, I can't quite put my foot on it right now-"

"He's got legs you idiot!" Ryan shouted.

"Josh traded his voice to the sea witch to become a human!" Brendon added.

"Nah kid! Not your beautiful pipes!" Dallon cried.

Josh nods. He opens his mouth, but no sound.

"You see? Not a sound! What would his father say? I'll tell you what his father would say, he'd say he's gonna kill himself a crab, that's what he'd say!"

"Now he's got three days to make Prince Tyler fall in love with him. And to prove it, he's gotta kill him!"

"The prince?" Dallon cried. "Well I'll say!"

Meanwhile, Prince Tyler bounds onto the beach, ready to go shipboard. Catching the sight of Josh, he stops abruptly.

"Hey, what have we got?"

Dallon flaps and moves aside.

"Sir, are you all right? You-you seem familiar. Of course! It's you! I've been looking for you everywhere! What's your name?"

Josh smiled but holds his throat.

"Sore throat huh?" Tyler asked.

Josh draws a finger across his throat, sadly.

"Oh, you don't speak at all?" Tyler said. "I'm sorry. For a moment, I mistook you for somebody else."

Frustrated, Josh tries to pantomime that he's one.

"What is it? You're hurt? No no, you need help? Well, I've got just the remedy! A warm bath and a hot meal! Come on now, the palace isn't far."

Prince Tyler props up Josh and leads him toward the palace.

"Way to go Josh!" Brendon cried.

"That's what I call, reelin him in!" Dallon added.

Ryan is mortified.

"Oh, now I've got to follow him!"

Ryan scampered off after Josh and Prince Tyler.

"This is gonna get me in real hot water!"

Dallon turns to Brendon.

"Can you believe that guy? What a crab!"

Dallon flaps away. Brendon flutters his fins and dives into the water.
