"Woah!!" Gasped the trio, as the found a ship from the distance and fireworks boom in the air.

The ship was ordinary looking, but they have a rose crest on it, representing the Queendom of Roses, which was the kingdom that was near the Coral Sea.

"I wonder Goldfishie is in there!" Floyd immediately swam over, despite the protests of Jade and Azul.

"Floyd! Oh jumping Jellyfish!!" Azul cries, following him. "What is with him and these ships.."

"It's part of the world above," Jade explained,"it will always catch his attention.."

Floyd was already on his ship, looking through a small hole, big enough for him to see sailors dance and sing, and of course, seeing Riddle Rosehearts, or Goldfishie, as Floyd prefers to call him cause of his hair.

"I can't believe you would rather celebrate your birthday on a ship, Trey.." Riddle groans at his step brother, Trey Clover.

Trey'a father was married to Queen Thorns, making him king and in addition, Trey prince. Though Trey isn't as princely as Riddle is.

"I always sail for my birthday, Riddle. I like the waves."

Floyd smiles at Riddle till Jade was next to him."Looking for someone?"

"Goldfishie.."He sighs happily. " And he's talking with someone.."

Before Floyd could point, a trail of barks drew close as a German Shepherd immediately jumped by the twins and licked Jade's face, happily panting.

"Shortcake! Where are ya?" Trey called,"Where are ya, girl?"

The dog, Shortcake, immediately ran and jumped around Trey, barking like crazy.

Trey laughs."What? You found something?"

Jade immediately stopped and just stared at Trey, and slowly a smile crept on his face.

"Hey!! Tweels!" Shouted Shore, as she flown down to them."Whatcha doing here?"

Floyd immediately grabbed Shore by her beak, shutting her up."Shh! Goldfishie will noticed.. Jade?"

"...Look at him, Floyd.."

"Who? That thing? I dunno what it is but it's odd.."

"No," Laughed Jade, bringing Floyd's attention to Trey."Him..he looks..so beautiful..." He sighs.

"Oh Sea Turtle? He's ok I guess..but I know that look..now you know how I feel about Goldfishie." Floyd smiles.

Jade smiles at Trey.

"Now now!!" That voice belonged to Hubert, Trey and Riddle's personal advisor. "Today is Prince Trey's 18th birthday, and I ordered a present for him."

"You didn't have to." Trey said."I'm just glad you came."

"Yes, but I was generally hoping to present it as a wedding gift, Trey." Hubert remarked.

"Are you mad that I rejected Princess Janessa from Daniella? I told you that I'm not ready for marriage, and now I'm at that age, pressure is on. But.." he goes over to look at sea. "It's only a matter of time that I will find someone, who's not after love for royalty...I want to someone who will see my qualities as me and not a prince."

Jade's face was blushing, seeing the human he grown attached to in front of him.

"Heck! Love isn't always slow..it could be instant! Like lightning!"

*Boom! Crack!!!*

Clouds formed around the boat, light forming from it.

"A storm?!" Gasped Riddle," at this hour?"

The waters roared with the clouds, swaying and destroying the ship at every corner.

Each part of the ship cracked and broken, with most people on small boats, even Shortcake was even aboard.

"Come on, Trey!" Cried Hubert. "Jump!!"

Jade, Floyd and Azul watched as the ship was destroyed, hiding behind some rocks that protected them from the wind.

"I can't believe this.." Azul sighs."We got up to the surface and for what...a huge storm to come by."

"Well, everyone is on that boat as far as I can see.." Jade panted.

"Wait a minute..where's Sea Turtle!?"

Jade immediately sank down, seeing Trey struggling to swim, to slowly sinking, and Jade immediately grabbed info him, swimming up.

"Who..." Trey coughed, his vision blurry.

"It's ok, your highness.." Jade said."I got you..just breathe. I'm taking you back to shore."

Trey held on to this mysterious figure till his eyes close of exhaustion.

The sun rises as Jade lays Trey down on the sand.

Floyd and Azul followed.

"You don't think he...?" Jade asked.

"I can't tell..but I think he's ok.." Floyd reassures his brother."I think he's breathing.."

"He is!" Jade gasped and smiles." He's ok!"

Jade smiles and held Trey's cheek."I...I never saw someone so beautiful."

Trey's eyes twitches as he heard the unknown face sing to him. It was a peaceful voice, he thought, something that was angelic.

Where would we walk?

Trey grabbed the hand that was holding his face, hoping the person who sang will stay as he opened his eyes. Once he did, his vision was blurry, but he can make out beautiful heterochromic eyes of gold and brown, hair teal and they have a smile on their face.

Barks were heard, from Shortcake.

"We gotta go.." gasped Azul as he used his tentacles to pull Floyd and Jade to shore, hiding from an awakening Trey.

"Who..who was he.." Trey questioned as Riddle rushes over to him.

"I found him!" Riddle called to the others. "What happened!?"

Trey looked at the sea."Someone saved me..he had..eyes.. heterochromic ones..he sang so beautifully..I can remember it."

"Singing?" Riddle helped Trey up."Someone saved you and sang to you??"

Azul, by the rock, sighs of relief. "I can't be your babysitter, you two.."

Floyd laughs. "Tell that to Jade right now..."

Jade stares at Trey and Riddle walking away, his mind could only think of Trey.

Trey gasped and turned back."I heard it again..Riddle. It's beautiful."

"You are absolutely hallucinating, Trey. Who did you see out there?"

"A man..his hair was...a teal..his eyes..a golden one and brown one."

Riddle looks back."...were his eyes.. downward and has a streak on his right?"

"On his left..he's golden eye was also on his left.."

"...Jade." Riddle whispered.

Jade was super in love for the past week. Humming and singing, swimming gracefully.

"Aw! Look at you! You have a crush on Sea Turtle!" Floyd laughs and grabs his hands, dancing with him.

"Did you see him, Floyd?"

"I have..a couple of times! Oh!! It's about time to meet Goldfishie! I'll tell him about your crush on Sea Turtle..and figure out a meeting!!"

Floyd grabbed his bag and swam up to a nearby water way, moving a bar and swims past to a nearby pond at the back of the palace.

"Hi Goldfishie!"

"Shh! Don't be so loud." Riddle hushed and walks I've to him.

"Sorry..I'm just so excited! My brother, Jade has fallen for Sea Turtle, and since I know you and Sea Turtle are close maybe I can introduce them together! Maybe they'll fall in love and who cares about who we are as a human or a merman..we're together that all that matters and I-"

"Floyd!! I want you to stop visiting!"

Floyd stopped and looks at him."Hmm?"

"I need to stop visiting me..I mean it! You keep visiting and visiting and I can't keep hiding you from so many people! You are risking yourself..!"

Floyd stayed silent and Riddle sighs.

"I think...it's for the best for you to stop coming here."

The silence ended with small sobs and whimpers from Floyd, as he was processing what Riddle was demanding him.

"To...to never see...G....Riddle again.."

Floyd slowly swam away."Azul was right..humans can be jerks!" With that he swam away, leaving Riddle by himself.

"I was too harsh..but I can't let him get hurt by me."

Floyd was sobbing, he never felt such a heartbreak before, his eyes were already blurry from crying.

A set of yellow gleaming eyes from the shadows saw.

"Oh my- Winny! I think we may have found a new client.."

From the depths of the sea, a laugh erupted."Well..and it's one of my cousins friends as well. How about we pay him a visit?"
