Drawing #7: Legend of Zelda Four Swords Fanart!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while, school ended last week, but the day directly after it ended, I went to Hawaii for a week with my family. But, here it is - my drawing!
So, this is a spoiler warning for the legend of Zelda Four Swords manga and probably the game, (haven't played the game yet, but I read the manga) but I'm going to explain this drawing anyway. So in the manga, Link (the main hero of all legend of Zelda games if you didn't know) has to draw the four sword to save Zelda. However, this will also cause him to split into four different versions himself. Each new Link represents a part of the original Link's personality, and they all wear different colors. Their names are literally the colors they wear.
In this drawing, the Links are basically preparing a luau. Kyleathemagicpup did a drawing of the Links, but what they do on Christmas. She also included the Links we made up. I can't find my drawing of the other links we did make up though, sorry.
Original 5:
Shadow - he's the only link that doesn't represent the original link in some way, but in the manga he is evil until a plot twist at the end, when you realize that he never really killed anyone, he just caused mischief so that the other links would notice him. He just wanted to be part of their family, but at that moment he disappears. He sacrificed himself for everyone's good.
Blue - represents the angry and hot-headed side of link
Green - represents the side of link that doesn't think he needs a team, and that he's fine on his own
Red - represents the side of link that actually wants a team, and also the emotional side
Vio (basically violet link but I know in the manga he wanted to be called Vio, because Violet sounded like a girl name) - represents the calm and collective side of link
Links we made up:
Yellow - represents the overly smart side of link
Orange - represents the side that just tells a lot of jokes that no one gets
White - represents the justice side of link, I guess, he's hard to explain
Pink - represents the love and dreamy side
Brown - represents the athletic side of link, can also run a whole lap in two seconds
Booger (yes, there is a color called booger) - represents the not smart side of link.
