Wow, I haven't posted here in so long! And I haven't drawn any new Sailor Moon OCs in months. But, here's a random OC I drew in school one day.

Her name is Lily. She's a 9 year old girl who likes reading, yet also plays tennis. I haven't colored her, but her hair is bright yellow, and her skin is peach.
