I saw Zoe go limp as several guns fell on the man who had my unconscious daughter in his hand, I didn't know what his intentions were but I knew they weren't good.
"Drop my daughter you son of a bitch."
"Oh now why would I want to do that?" The man replied
"Because if you don't, you're getting shot right here, right now." I said as everyone remained silent
"Oh but captain, shooting me is a fatal mistake, especially if you want her alive, if you keep your weapons up." He said putting a gun to Zoe's head
"Well she won't have a brain."
I felt several knots in my stomach this was probably the hardest decision of my life but it wasn't my life at risk, it was Zoe's and as a parent you have to put their life before your own.
"Drop your weapons everyone, if my daughter gets hurt I won't only hold this bastard accountable, you'll be accountable as well." I said as several people including Sharon dropped their guns.
"Smart choice captain, you see we've known about Zoe, her past, being experimented on we were just waiting for her to be a good age to start training but by the looks of it you took care of that for us." The man said as he dragged my limp daughter through the hedge and into a jeep, and disappeared.
"We have to find her, Steve I know they're going to hurt her I can feel it in my gut, we have to go after them." Sharon pleaded
"I want to but if they see us chasing them, they'll shoot her, that I can guarantee"
"Steve we have to cancel the reception and honeymoon I will not rest until we get her back."
"Ditto" I barely managed to say as Sharon and I clung together as Bucky grabbed my shoulder his face in tears that could almost steam off with how angry he appeared.
"Steve, we'll get that son of a bitch and when we do he'll regret this decision deeply." Buck said still keeping me close with his hand on my shoulder
