Jaruto slowly starts to wake up from his bed back home. As he rose up from bed, he could hear voices coming from downstairs. Jaruto grabbed a Jacket and exited his room. He went in closer to hear what they were saying.

Aaron: "Have you contacted Jaruto's school?"

Jay: "Yeah...I said that he went on a family business trip and won't be back for some time."

Sky: "That reminds me, where are your parents Jay?"

Jay: "They're out overseas...they're busy people. That's all to it."

Sky could tell that it was a touchy subject so she decided to let it go.

Aaron: "Well...that being said...WHEN DID YOU GUYS GET POWERS?!" Aaron asks loudly as if he needed to bring that out.

Sky/Jay: "Aaron, keep it down!" They both said at the same time as they looked at him.

Aaron: "Alright alright, sorry. But seriously though."

Jay: "I don't know...all I felt was a sudden burst of energy and rage...and Jaruto...he had like claws...I've never seen something like that before..."

Jaruto then heard a voice in his head.

Razor: 'Master, do you wish to discuss our previous target?'

Jaruto: 'You mean Dylan..?'

Razor: 'Yes.'

Jaruto: '...he's just like me.'

Razor: 'Yes...he has the same power of that as a Death Knight. If my memory serves me correctly, that power would be known from Tremor, another Death Knight.'

Jaruto: 'How many of them are there?'

Razor: 'There is a total of 24 Death Knights present. Back then, there were thousands.'

Jaruto: 'How? Why was there so many Death Knights?'

Razor: 'We were at war with this world, and our master created us only to destroy the world.'

Jaruto: 'Who was your master?'

Razor: 'The God of The Death Knights, Grim.'

Jaruto: 'You mean the Grim Reaper?'

Razor: 'In your world, yes.'

Jaruto: 'Why does your creator want to destroy the world?'

Razor: 'Because in his eyes, life is lie and death is the truth, to live is to find meaning in death, and death is the end, as all things should be.'

Jaruto: 'But life is sacred.'

Razor: 'Even for the wicked?'

Jaruto pauses as he heard Razor say that.

Jaruto: 'I don't know...'

There was a moment of silence before Razor spoke again.

Razor: 'There is a difference between you and the other Death Knights around the world.'

Jaruto: 'What's that?'

Razor: 'I can sense that within you is a spark, a flame within you...just like Jay here.'

Jaruto: 'What does that mean?'

Razor: 'You and Jay both have a burning flame within you, it's just you that has my power, granting you more strength for you to do what you wish.'

Jaruto: 'Are you saying that I have two powers?'

Razor: 'Yes.'

There was another moment of silence before Jaruto asked something.

Jaruto: 'What is this other power?'

Razor: 'I do not know.'

Then the front door opened and a man and woman with business clothing had came in. They were Jay's and Jaruto's parents.

Lara: "Jay? Who are these people? Are they your friends?"

The man beside her scoffs.

Julio: "If they are, I'm not impressed."

Jay glared at him father after he said that. Jaruto made himself known.

Aaron: "Jaruto, you're awake. You ok?"

Jaruto: "Yeah I'm fine." He said as he averted his eyes.

Lara: "What happened? Jay, explain." She asked confused.

Jay: "Why do you care?" He says with a cold hint of anger.

Julio noticed that in Jay and started to grow upset.

Julio: "I don't like your attitude, young man. She asked a simple question."

Jay: "Well why do any of you care anyway?" He said as he rose up from his seat.

Sky and Aaron were getting tense seeing how it was escalating.

Sky: "I can answer your question. Jaruto was attacked by-"

Julio: "What? Kid can't even defend himself?" He sighs.

Lara: "Oh? Is that so..." She says as if she wasn't surprised.

Jaruto felt hurt as he looked down, but Jay just walked up to them.

Jay: "You don't understand the whole story! Stop thinking that Jaruto's still weak!"

Julio lowers himself to Jay's face.

Julio: "You dare speak to us like that?" He said with a smile.

Jay's hair starts to go white and his eyes bright orange.

Jay: "I can do a whole lot more than how I speak to you." He said with a angry tone.

Both Julio and Lara had a surprised look on their faces before smiling at Jay.

Lara: "Looks like you've activated your power."

Julio: "It's about time too. We were wondering if you even had it in you."

Aaron: "In him? What do you mean?"

Julio: "My family bloodline has a power unlike none other. We were born with powers of that similar to a Cherufe, which in mythology are lava monsters."

Everyone except for Lara and Julio dropped their jaws.

Sky: "Jay and Jaruto have lava powers?!"

Aaron: "Wow...that's new."

Jay: "And you two didn't tell us before?"

Lara: "You two needed to be ready before you heard the truth about your powers. And now, you know."

Jay looks at his hand before it starts steaming. Julio looked up at Jaruto with a serious face.

Julio: "And you, have you got anything you wish to show?"

Jaruto looked away from his father's eyes. Everyone remained silent before Julio sighs.

Julio: "How disappointing, you truly are pathetic."

Jaruto's eyes then widened as he heard him say that. Jay's eyes turned completely white before he then punched his father in the face, but Julio stood still. He then turned to meet Jay's eyes with a bright smile.

Julio: "You need to do better than that."

Jay was about to throw another punch, until Jaruto starts shaking...

Everyone looked at Jaruto in confusion. He looked up with a scary smile.

Jaruto: "So all it took for Jay to deserve praise...including me, was to show that we inherited your power?!?"

Jaruto starts transforming his right arm.

Lara: "What the?! A monster?"

Jaruto: "To hell with you!" He said with a deeper voice.

Jaruto lunges at Julio with his right arm but dodges it barely as he gets a cut on his cheek.

Julio: "What abomination is this?!"

Jaruto kicks his father threw a wall which leads to the outside. He goes after him.

Jay: "Sky, Aaron, get Lara out of here!"

Jay goes after Jaruto. Jaruto swipes at Julio and misses.

Jaruto: "I was never enough for you father, wasn't I?!"

Swipes at him and misses.

Jaruto: "Was that all I was to you? Another child of your family's power? Or just a mistake?"

He slashed at his father's chest, leaving cuts. Julio grabbed Jaruto's leg and threw him against a wall.

Julio: "What are you?"

Jaruto laughs after hearing him say that and transforms his body.

Jaruto(Razor): "WE, are Razor." His voice distorted.

Jay then jumped in between both of them and looked at Jaruto.

Jay: "Jaruto that's enough!"

Jaruto(Razor): "Get out of my way, Jay."

Jay: "I can't do that." He said with a hint of determination.

Jaruto(Razor): "Why are you protecting filth like him?! He doesn't deserve it!"

Jay: "I'm not protecting him, I'm trying to help you. Whatever's been making you this way, it has to stop."

Jaruto laughs.

Jaruto(Razor): "We ARE this, it's just been in the darkest corner in out heart, boiling with rage. He made us into this, WE hate him!"

Jaruto then tries to run pass Jay, put Jay uses his arm and sends him flying into the forest. He jumps up in the air after Jaruto.

Jaruto(Razor): "If you are with us, then you are against US!"

Jaruto then lunges at Jay with a kick and tries to slash him, but Jay dodges just in time to kick Jaruto from the side. Jaruto rolls but gets back up on his feet. Jay then covers his right hand in flames and charges at Jaruto. Jaruto forms his arms into claws and charges at Jay. Once they both get close enough, Jaruto does a horizontal slash with both his arms but Jay ducks underneath and a few strands his hair are sliced. He then uppercuts Jaruto in the stomach,which sends him flying far away into the distance. Jay realizes that he punched Jaruto and goes to check on him, but he was long gone.

Jay: "Jaruto!" Jay shouts out his name while searching for him.

In the forest, Jaruto was sitting on a branch and his body was healing from the point of impact.

Jaruto: "D-Damn it...I need to get stronger..."

After a few moments of silence, Razor had an idea.

(Razor): "I have an idea for that."

Jaruto: "What's that?"

(Razor): "If we were able to find more of the other hosts of the Death Knights, we could steal their powers."

Jaruto: "How can we do that?"

(Razor): "When a life form is weak, their power is right there for the taking, all we would have to do is absorb life force and make it our own."

Jaruto: "You mean...kill them?"

(Razor): "Yes."

Jaruto was silent but then nodded.

Jaruto: "If that's what it takes to face my father..."

Jaruto then drops down from the tree branch and walks away. Jay continues to search for Jaruto, looking all around him.

Jay: "JARUTO!!" His voice echoing in the forest.
