The weekend has started. As Cal woke up, he went to go take a shower after yesterday's training. His mother left for work and left a note saying, "I left you some breakfast in the toaster, love you!" Cal smiles and goes to eat his breakfast. Katelynn comes downstairs with in her sleeping outfit looking sleepy still.

Cal: "Heh, morning sleepy head." He says with smile.

Katelynn: "Morning..." She says with a smile while yawning.

Cal: "Would like me to make you some breakfast?"

Katelynn: "Hm, sure I'd appreciate it."

Cal nods and starts making her breakfast.

Katelynn: "So how was your practice yesterday? What were you practicing?"

Cal: "Uh, it was physical training. Think of it as a way to be prepared for bad things to happen."

Katelynn nods as she yawns again. Cal then gives her some pancakes and she smiles brightly. She quickly prays and eats her food.

Cal: "Wow you've been hungry."

Katelynn: "Sorry, I'm like this every morning. This tastes so good!"

Cal: "Heh heh, I'm not judging. Anything you wanna do?"

Katelynn: "Hmm, I'm not entirely sure. What about you?"

Cal starts thinking of the places to go and came up with a cool idea.

Cal: "How about we go to the mall with several of our friends?"

Katelynn: "That's sounds like a great idea! I'll go get dressed." She said as she finishes her breakfast and goes back to the room.

Cal pulls out his phone and messages several people to invite them to a trip to the mall. Surprisingly, they all agreed. After Katelynn was dressed, Cal went to his room to change. Cal and Katelynn left the house and outside their door was Jay, Helena, Andrew, Katelynn and Jaruto, another of Cal's younger cousins, who was as close as a brother to him. Jaruto is Jay's brother. Cal goes to hug Jaruto.

Cal: "Glad you could come too Jaruto!"

Jay: "I had to bring him with me, my parents told me to."

Jaruto: "Well it's not like you doing anything special. I was bored so I asked if I could go." He says with a smile.

(Pretend he's smiling)

Cal chuckles.

Jaruto: "Hey, is that a werewolf?!" He says as he points at Katelynn.

Katelynn: "U-Um...Yes, I'm a werewolf. I hope I don't scare you..." She says as she looks down.

Jaruto runs up to her with big eyes and a big smile.

Jaruto: "Wow! You look so cool! I've never seen a werewolf! Who are you? Where are you from? Do you have a boyfriend?"

Katelynn blushes at that last part. Jay karate chops Jaruto's head.

Jay: "Stop asking her with your annoying little questions!"

Jaruto rubs his head.

Katelynn: "Well...I'm Katelynn. I'm from a place near a forest, and no I don't have a boyfriend...I don't know if I ever will."

There was an awkward silence.

Andrew: "Well lets get moving, we're wasting time."

They nod and together they head to the mall. The place was packed as they got there. They met up with Sky, Jason, Rick, and Lucas as well.

Lucas: "About time you guys showed up." He says as he sighs loudly.

Rick: "Well at least we're all here now Lucas."

Lucas: "Yeah Yeah..."

Jason: "It's good to see to the rest of you."

Cal: "Same to you Jason, you all ready to get to shopping?"

Everyone: "Yeah!"

Helena wrote, "Yeah!" On her notebook.

Everyone left in groups: Group 1 was Cal, Katelynn and Jaruto. Group 2 was Jason, Rick, and Lucas. Group 3 was Jay and Helena. And Group 4 was Andrew and Sky.

(Group 1)

Cal: "Well let's get to it, where do you two wanna go?"

Jaruto: "I'm headed to the shoe store."

Katelynn: "I'll just look for whatever there is, what about you Cal?"

Cal: "As for me..." He says as he smiles.

He looks at a game store.

Cal: "I'm going to my happy place!"

Katelynn chuckles and Jaruto smiles. They part ways and go to their stores. Katelynn follows Cal.

(Group 3)

Jay waited outside as Helena was trying on some clothes. When she was finished, she accidentally bumped into a guy.

Human Male: "Hey watch it animal!"

She stepped back, afraid.

Jay: "Hey, back off jerkwad." He says as he protectively stands in front of Helena.

Human Male: "What's that? I'm sorry I didn't know I was speaking to you. Oh wait, I wasn't. Mind your own damn business kid."

Jay: "Your my business now, so shut up and get lost old man."

The male grabbed his shirt.

Human Male: "Think you're a tough guy four eyes?!"

Jay grabbed the Male's arm and quickly put him in an arm lock.

Jay: "Careful, wouldn't want to accidentally break your arm."

He says as he applies pressure to the arm.

Human Male: "Gah! Alright alright, you win kid!"

Jay let's go off his arm and the Male walked away. Jay looks at Helena worriedly.

Jay: "Are you ok Helena?"

She nods and writes in her notebook, "Thank you for protecting me, how did you learn to do that?"

Jay: "That move? Well, I've been taking wrestling classes and watched a bunch of videos. It comes in handy, heh heh."

Helena smiles a bit and hugs Jay. He blushes from this sudden response and slowly hugs back. Helena then let's go and writes, "Should we continue?"

Jay: "Yeah, let's get going." He says with a smile.

They walk together and Helena slowly looks at Jay's hand...and grabs it. Jay blushes as he looks at Helena, who is also blushing. They hold hands together.

(Group 4)

Andrew was sitting on a bench with Sky, they were both quiet.

Andrew: "I'm bored..." He says as he sighs.

Sky: "Me too..." She says as she had her arm supporting her head.

Andrew: "...wanna go to the movies?"

She nods.

Sky: "Sure, I guess."

Andrew smiles a bit and they head to a theater to watch a movie.

(Group 2)

Lucas was playing games on his phone while Rick was checking some clothes for himself to wear. Jason was too...until someone grabbed him from the shadows and into a hallway with dim lights.

Lucas: "...hm? Rick, where's Jason?"

Rick: "Huh? I don't know."

Jason was being dragged by Eric and restrained both his arms.

Jason: "Hey! Let go of me!"

Ren: "Or what?"

Ren says as he appears from the shadows.

Ren: "You gonna cry?" He mocks Jason.

Jason: "Ren...of course. Only someone like you would have a plan like this." He says as he was trying to break free from Eric's grip.

Ren: "What did you expect? That I'd show forgiveness because you're a werewolf? Ha, what a joke." He chuckles.

Jason: "What are you gonna do?"

Ren slowly walks towards him...then punches him in the gut. Jason slouches over but Eric pulls him back up as he had an emotionless face. Ren punches him again and again. Then punches his face again and again. Ren grabs Jason and throws him against a stone wall, leaving a large crack. While Jason was on the ground, Ren kicked Jason's stomach three times before grabbing his foot and dragging him on the ground. Jason's breathing was faltering. Then Ren let go of his leg and stopped near a door.

Ren: "Stay out of my next, or next time I won't go so easy on you. Oh, and your friends are next." He chuckles.

Ren nods at Eric and Eric picks up Jason by the collar of his shirt and throws him out the door, where he landed in a water fountain in the lobby of the mall. Cal and Katelynn saw Jason land on the water. They both run to him.

Cal: "Jason! What happened?!" He says as he helps him out of the water fountain.

Katelynn: "W-Who did this to you?!" She said as she covered her mouth.

Jason slowly opens one eye and points to the door he was thrown from. Cal had an angry expression and ran towards the door.

Katelynn: "C-Cal?!" She said as she watched him run.

Cal: "Take care of Jason!" He said before entering through the door.

After Cal left, Sky and Andrew showed up but didn't see what happened.

Andrew: "Heh, that movie wasn't so bad."

Sky: "Yeah, I was a bit skeptical at first but it was kinda cute." She chuckles.

Andrew smiles and looked at Sky for awhile. When she wasn't looking, Andrew was just about to surprise kiss her...but she left as she saw Jason with bruises and was bleeding. As Andrew saw her leave, he saw him too and ran.

Sky: "Katelynn, what happened to Jason?!"

Andrew: "He looks pretty banged up!"

Katelynn looked at them.

Katelynn: "Guys, please! Can watch over Jason while I go after Cal?"

Andrew: "What? Where's Cal?"

Katelynn: "No time, I need to go after Cal! Can you watch him?"

Sky: "Don't worry, we'll take care of him!"

Katelynn nods and both Andrew and Sky help Jason up to a hospital. Katelynn goes after Cal. Jaruto shows up and looked at Katelynn then at Jason.

Katelynn: 'Whatever happened to Jason might happen to Cal! I must find him!' She thinks to herself.

Cal runs down the dim lit hallway and found both Lucas and Rick beat up.

Cal: "Rick! Lucas!"

Lucas was out cold, but Rick slowly woke up. Cal knelt to him.

Cal: "Rick! What happened?!"

Rick: "C-Cal...we...we were brought here by..." He starts coughing.

Cal: "Save your strength, I'm gonna get you two outta here." He says as he picks up Rick.

Rick: "I-It was...Ren..." He says before passing out.

When Cal heard the name, his face was one of rage. Katelynn showed up.

Katelynn: "Cal? Rick?! Lucas!"

Cal looked at Katelynn, with his right eye glowing a bit more blue.

Cal: "This was Ren's doing..."

Katelynn: "Oh no..."

Jaruto showed up as well.

Cal: "Jaruto! Help Lucas back up!"

Jaruto: "R-Right!" He says as he picks up Lucas.

Katelynn looks at Cal.

Katelynn: "What are we going to do?"

Cal grits his teeth in anger.

Cal: "Ren is going to face justice for this..."

SOMEPLACE OUTSIDE THE MALL...

Ren was walking away with Eric behind him. Ren smiles sinisterly.

Ren: 'I'll be waiting for our confrontation, Cal, son of The Elemental Templar Commander.' He thinks to himself.
