Adeline's POV:

I walked into my house and up to my room. Jacob's sleepover will be at 7:30. He wouldn't tell me why we couldn't just go to his house after school but whatever. I'm on my phone when I get a text from Jacob.

Text Convo:

Jacob❤️😘😌: Wear something formal😉

Adeline: whyyyyy

Jacob❤️😘😌: you'll find out when you get there😏

Adeline: 😫😭😢

End of text convo:

I'm super confused but Jacob always has something up his sleeve. I decide to start getting dressed now since I actually had to put some effort in my outfit.

I put on a white dress with a black bow and pair it with black flats. I curl my hair and put a French braid in it.

After that I put on some perfume and pack clothes and things for the sleepover. I look at the time and see it's already 7:25. I decide it's time to leave and walk down the stairs. I didn't have to ask my parents because they're on a date right now.

I walk over to Jacob's house and knock on his door at exactly 7:30. Jacob walks out and I stare for a little bit. He looked HOT.

I notice him checking me out and biting his lip. I snap my fingers in front of his face and he snaps out of it.

"You look beautiful Adeline." Jacob says smiling making me blush.

"Any reason why I had to dress like this?" I say gesturing to my whole get up.

"Oh yea, right." Jacob digs into his pockets until he finds what he's looking for. He hands me a blindfold and tells me to put it on.

"Why so you can kidnap me?" I joke but put the blindfold on anyways.

Jacob laughs and takes my hand guiding me into what I think is a car.

"You do know you have to be 18 or older to use Uber right?" A guy says accusingly.

"Would you rather us use Lyft?" Jacob asks innocently.

"No no just get in the car kid." The driver says and we start driving.

"Where are we going?" I ask Jacob questionably.

"That would ruin the surprise now wouldn't it?" He says completely avoiding my question. I just roll my eyes and wait for us to get to our destination.

I feel the car jerk to a stop and the Uber driver grumbles something under his breath. I'm not sure what it was but it seemed to be unpleasant. Jacob grabs my hand and leads me out of the car.

"Jump on my back because we're gonna do some walking and I don't want you to fall or anything." He says and I feel him bend down. I try my best to get on his back and eventually I do.

I feel us hike up and down some stuff and after a while I think we reach where we're supposed to be. Jacob undoes my blindfold and I'm amazed at what I see.

Authors note: just imagine this but they're on a high peak.

I looked over the mountain to see the Hollywood sign and all of Los Angeles. I turn around to Jacob and smile. I'm completely over joyed because it's so amazing. I squeal and jump into Jacob's arms.

He catches me and laughs.

"Do you like it?" Jacob asks smiling.

"Are you kidding I LOVE IT! I yell and run to my seat. He laughs and asks what movie I wanna see.

"The Fault in Our Stars." I reply and he pops it in.

When the movie gets to the part that Augustus dies I look over to see Jacob crying.

"Are you crying?" I ask looking closer at him.

"No." He replies turning away from me. I just laugh and finish watching the movie. After that one we watch the Titanic and once Jacob got tired of crying whenever people died we watched The Avengers and The Avengers Age of Ultron.

Once we got tired of watching movies we both sat on the edge of the mountain and watched the busy city.

"Adeline?" Jacob asks standing up.

"Yea Jacob?" I ask confused as to why he was getting up.

Jacob's POV:

Words can't describe how nervous I am right now. It feels like a bunch of horses are running in my stomach . Adeline gazes up at me confused and I decided to just pour my heart out.

"Adeline ever since I first saw you I instantly fell in love. I love the way you crinkle your nose when you laugh. I love the way you snort whenever I do something stupid and then try to cover it up by coughing. I love the way you claim to hate the color of your eyes because everyone has brown eyes but I find them one of the most beautiful things in the world. Adeline I love you. And I would be one the happiest people in the world and be able to call you my girlfriend?" Before I could even react Adeline crashes her lips onto mine.

I was shocked at first but I eventually kiss back. I wrap my hands around her waist and pull her closer into me. I can feel sparks exploding in my mouth. We both pull away and I feel my entire body tingling.

I smile at her and she smiles back.

"Is that a yes?" I ask hopefully. She rolls her eyes and nods her head. I jump into the air extremely over joyed that I could finally call her mine.

I was watching Netflix when I got a text from Jacob.

Text convo:

BAE❤️😍🔥: I have an idea

Adeline: what

BAE❤️😍🔥: well I'm tired of you being bullied so why don't we just switch schools

Adeline: THAT'S A GREAT IDEA😀

BAE❤️😍🔥: I know😉

Adeline: 🙄

BAE❤️😍🔥: 😂❤️

Adeline: but if we were to switch schools what school would we switch to

BAE❤️😍🔥 Idk I'm coming over so we can figure it out.

End of Text Convo

After about five minutes I hear a tap on my window. I walk over it to see Jacob on the tree branch in front of my window.

"You know you could have just used the door. Right?" I say opening the window for him.

"Where's the fun in that?" Jacob asks climbing into my room.

I just roll my eyes playfully and walk over to my bed.

"So what school do you want to switch to?" I ask Jacob.

"We could switch to Janhall."( I have no idea if this is an actual school I just made it up) he suggests.

"Works for me." I say in agreement.

"K I'm gonna go back home to tell my parents. See you later babe." Jacob says planting a soft kiss on my lips. He jumps out the window and then he's gone.

I walk downstairs to see my parents cooking dinner. I decide to tell them now.

"Mom, dad can I switch schools?" I ask hopefully.

"Of course you can sweetie what school do you want to switch to?" My mom says.

"Janhall." I told them.

"Okay we'll get on it." My dad says.

"THANK YOU GUYS!" I say hugging both of them.

I decide to go to Jacob's house and ask him what his parents say. I pack clothes since I'm probably gonna end up spending the night.

When I walk up to Jacob's house I knock on the door and Jacob answers.

"I didn't know you were coming over." Jacob says smiling. I walk into his house and up to his room.

"What did your parents say?" I ask Jacob plopping onto his bed.

"They said they don't mind." Jacob said sitting down next to me.

"YES MY BULLYING DAYS ARE OVER!" I yell smiling widely. Jacob grins and pulls me into his lap. He grabs his computer and we watch Netflix until I feel myself drifting asleep.
