"What is that?" Hiccup asks her.

Heather beams with pride and smiles down at the bundle. "My son, well; technically he's mine and Rajiv's son." she states.

"He's adorable." Hiccup replies. "You'll be a great mother, Heather."

"I know. Raj is just worried he'll become a dragon rider. You know how he feels about dragons." Heather mumbles.

She adjusts her arms so her son can stay asleep in a somewhat comfortable position. Hiccup merely watches her.

"No, how?" he asks her. "I never met the guy."

"Rajiv hates dragons. He refuses to ride one because they killed his sister and father." Heather admits. "I would love to get him to live with them but, unfortunately Windshear has to sleep in a cave in the forest. He won't let her sleep next to our house."

"I'm so sorry, Heather. That can't be easy." Hiccup says.

"Truthfully, it isn't. Even now, as new parents; I want this one to have a dragon friend. That way, he won't ever be alone." Heather leans down and presses her lips on her son's forehead.

The babe in question stirs awake, opening his eyes to reveal a deep blue.

"They'll change color when he gets older." Heather tells Hiccup, who can't help but toss a confused expression at her direction.

"He'll be a fighter, just like you." he tells the Razorwhip rider.

"I know." Heather responds.

(THE HIDDEN WORLD)

Astrid pulls the strings of her saddlebag tight, then tying it a second later. She casts her eyes up; noting Dak and Leyla doing the same. They are leaving the dragons in the hidden world and would return back home to Huttsgalor.

"We should probably stop on an island to rest. We won't make it to Huttsgalor in a day." Leyla says as she looks up at Astrid and Dak.

The red haired girl swings her bag over her shoulder and twists her head back a bit. She spots her loyal Fastfin talking to Winger.

"I'm sure gonna miss them." Dak sighs. "Life isn't going to be the same without the dragons."

"That sure is right." Leyla agrees.

"Come on, the sooner we leave, the easier the heartache will be." Astrid tells the twins.

She waits at the ledge for them. Dak slowly walks up to her as does Leyla; both can't help but turn their heads to look at the happy dragons.

"Raised by a dragon and now leaving the dragon nest, what has our life become, Sis?" Dak asks aloud.

"One hell of an adventure, that's for sure." Leyla says then adjusts her saddlebag before taking a step forward. "Ready when you are Ast."

"Well then, let's go home." Astrid says.

(BERSERKER CAY — FIVE HOURS LATER)

"Heather?! Are you in here!" Atali's loud voice rings through. "I heard you gave birth, just wanted to see the child!"

Heather deadpans. "Did you tell Atali I was pregnant?" she whispers harshly to Hiccup.

"Uh, no?" he responds.

"Babe, I brought some food." Rajiv's voice butts in. "Oi! Who are you?!"

"Why I am Atali, Chieftess of the Wing Maidens! Who are you?!" Atali's voice says.

Heather rolls her eyes, Hiccup does too at the current conversation going on.

"Rajiv Everton. Heather's husband. Now let me go attend to my wife." he says and brushes past Atali, up the stairs.

He walks into the room for the first time in five hours. "As I said before, I brought so-" he cuts himself off at the baby sleeping in a crib beside the window.

"Raj, hush. He's sleeping." Heather whispers softly to him. "His name is Blade."

"Blade Everton, I like it." Rajiv grins. "He better be a ladies man when he grows up!"

Heather blinks and stares at him while Hiccup just laughs. "Rajiv!" she giggles.

"What? I'm just saying that my son better be an attractive guy when he grows up. Just so he's not single forever." Rajiv mumbles.

"I for one, adore the fatherly attitude. You two will be great parents." Atali butts in as she jumps into the room. "OH MY THOR, HE'S SO CUTE!"

She rushes over to the sleeping baby and starts tickling his feet; eliciting a smile as the baby wakes up giggling.

(OUTSIDE OF BERSERKER CAY)

"Astrid? Where are we?" Dak asks aloud. "'Cause I don't recognize this place."

"Neither do I." Astrid whispers then gestures with her hand for them to follow her.

They do as told as she leads the two to a window. The blonde warrior can spot an auburn haired guy, a strawberry blonde haired woman, a raven haired woman, and a brown haired guy. She then hears the sound of a baby crying loudly.

"Is that a baby crying? Where is it coming from?" Leyla asks in a quiet whisper.

"From inside, I believe." Astrid replies. "Now, shush."

"See, look what you did. You woke him up from his sleeping time.
The sky is dark, and the hills are white,

As over the world his cloak he flings.

He rustles his wings and gruffly sings,
Sleep, little one, sleep" someone sings in a soft tone of voice.

The baby's crying comes to an end as everything is quiet once again. Dak turns to glance at Leyla.

"What just happened?" he asks.

"A lullaby! That's what it was! A lullaby to calm the baby down." Leyla says, excitedly. "It's amazing!"

"Atali, dear, you are a friend of my wife and I respect you but can you not shriek when Blade's sleeping." a manly voice says.

"Of course, Rajiv. I shall tone down my excitement." the female voice replies.

"Toothless?" another manly voice asks; this one is a bit more nasal and one Astrid recognizes in a heartbeat.

Hiccup.

"Windshear? What's wrong?" a different female voice says.

A dragon hatchling comes zipping out the doorway and right into Leyla's face. The dragon growls loudly.

"She found something! After the baby dragon!" Atali shouts as she runs out the door followed by Hiccup, the brown haired man and a raven haired woman.

"Oh, hi." Dak says sheepishly. "So, can you get the dragon off my sister's face?"

The raven haired woman walks over and scoops the baby hatchling into her arms. "She's just protective, I'm sorry." she tells them.

"It's all good." Leyla waves a hand in the air. "She's adorable anyways but I must say, I never seen that species of dragon before."

"That's because she's a Swift Fury." Atali says. "At least according to her parents, who gave us her egg."

"Cool! Hey Astrid, come on out! They're dragon riders too!" Leyla shouts.

"Yeah, come on Astrid!" Dak joins in.

Astrid takes her time to walk from behind a bush. She tucks a strand of her blonde hair out of her eyes.

"Hi Hiccup. Long time no see." she mumbles.

"Astrid." Hiccup whispers then runs up to her.

He engulfs her in his arms as their allies all smirk and grin. The dragon hatchling even staring at them. But to this couple, it's just them and nobody else.

"I missed you, Astrid. So, so much. You are everything to me, you know that, right?" Hiccup whispered into her ear.

"I missed you too, but can we wait a while before we start a relationship?" she asks him.

The next few words are ones that immediately melt into her heart.

"Of course, we can take all the time in the world. As long as you are in my world." Hiccup smiles and presses his lips to her cheek.

"Hiccstrid. I definitely ship it." Leyla grins.

"Of course you ship it. You even ship Elbone and Rocky." Dak snorts.

"Oi! You got a problem with that?!" Leyla shrieks then starts chasing Dak around while everyone merely laughs.
