~Hiccups POV~

I was by myself sitting in the kitchen when my mum came into my room

"Congratulations honey" my mum says as she gives me a hug

"Thanks" I say

"So looks like the whole village is really excited about Astrid's pregnancy" says mum all happy like

"Yeah, seems like it" I say but I say it in a nervous kind of way

"What's wrong?" Asks Mum

"Well even though I'm excited and all I'm also very nervous, I'm just not so sure if I'm father material" I say

"Hiccup darling, don't you think your dad wasn't nervous about you in fact he was more nervous than you are but looked at what he raised. He raised one of the strongest, bravest and kind hearted people I have ever met. That child is going to be the most lucky children in the world do you know why?" Asks Mum

I shake my head "No" I reply

"Because he or she will have you as the father, your father would've been so proud of you if he was here today" says mum

"I'm pretty sure he's proud of me now wherever he's by my side or not" I say proudly

"That's my baby" mum says then she kissed me on the cheek

~Astrid's POV~

I wake up early the morning after the wedding to go to the dragon stable and feed the dragons. When I go to my dragon Stormfly I see eggs

"Awww Stormfly congratulations your going to have babies. At least I'm not the only one who's going to be taking care of a baby" I say to Stormfly. After I say that Stormfly has a confused look on her face while looking at her eggs

"Oh no Stormfly, the baby is inside of me and there's only one" I say "Well I hope" I whisper to myself. Stormfly has a gross look on her face.

"I know it sounds gross and it does feel gross but in a way it's also beautiful and you start to love the baby already even though you don't know anything about him or her" I say to Stormfly

~Hiccup's POV~

"Come on Toothless let's fly" I say as I hop on Toothless and start flying. Flying was my favourite part of the day after spending time with Astrid. Flying with my best friend made me feel free,calm,collected and forget all about my worries. As I landed I saw a familiar girl with black hair walking by. Wait it's not her it can not be

Hey

Wow looks like Heathers in the story will she interfere with Hiccup and Astrid and their baby read to find out. Also Soz for switching POV but I felt like I needed to. Also I'm updating more cause it's my 2 week winter holidays in Australia and one week has already been by. When I go back to school I will proberly update less but I'm not gonna forget about my readers ily.
