step1. Be relaxing first

I was really sad and just give up and didn't wanna do everything so I'm just cry 💔 and sad and listen sad music
I guess someone see you in these I know

But that is really really wrong ideas because every wrong can't change with these places crying, listen sad music.... Yeah u know it's can't change

So what I'm do? What can I do to help-self for all these places?

1. I know this time u can't think to solve these wrong so I hope u just find the pen and paper too note what's your thinking right know.

2.then listen some music for relax but remember not the sad music for the this time and u can listen some music happy or motivation I highly recommend "believer" of Imagine Dragons.

3. Know u just listen and relax with these music and think about the note of u write the first is why this make me sad next u think how to change and if I can't change this how I can't make it with another solve different.

Eg with Ella family in first episode
She really sad because her family was broken cuz her dad n her mom broken so she really really sad n I know n I really understand because my family is have time like that so first I want u doin is write what's u thinking of this time and what's your wanna do so these are event will have
1. You want ur mom and dad turn around
2. You happy for this
Because what because if they don't want to be having this relationship anymore and please understand for they ♥️
I believe you can happy for soon because if you want you can do it believe and everyday write about your habits too change and too happy ♥️
