I woke up, sad and gloomy as I normally do, dragging myself out of bed, and I walk my way to my bathroom with my best friend and roommate, Kate. 

"Why are you so sad, Y/N" Kate asked, as she's brushing her teeth with her hand. "Mrs. Swatwz is back" I sign, picking up the toothpaste and pasting it on my hand.

"She's back, she's gonna treat us like slav-" Kate gets cut off by the bell. "Come on let's go before, Mr. Swatwz makes us mop the floor, for months," I tell her before we quickly spit out water and go to the front of the orphanage.

"Alright, students give me fifty on the floor, go go go," Mrs.Swatwz told us. We dropped to the floor and started doing push-ups. She then walks up to me, "Y/N faster go!" I push even faster. I finally hit 50 and fell to the floor, Kate helped me up.

Me and Kate walked to our dorm, "When can we get out of this place?" I sign, looking at the sunset. "Sixteen, remember," She tells me, as she puts her arm on my shoulder. "Or we could sneak out!" I exclaim. Kate puts her finger on my lip, "Y/N you crazy!?!?" She shout-whispers to me.

"No, I'm not like we could be free!" I exclaim. Kate smiles warmly, "For you, I will do anything" I look at her, "Today night, then?" I asked her. She hesitates for a sec, then signs, "Ok, fine" A smile as I go to bed, dreaming about the life I'm going to have with Kate.

It was twelve-thirty, I woke up, nudging Kate awake, "I know the drill," She said, as we grabbed our stuff and climbed through the window. To a very big gate, We climb that gate to the other side, Mrs. Swatwz sees us,

"Hey, you come back here or ELSE," She said, pointing a tazer at us. "Run!"Kate shouts. We ran, then Mrs.Swatwz shot the gun at Kate, making her fall to the floor. "Y/N, go save yourself!" Kate shouts as the caregiver started shooting the gun at me. 

I dodge all the invisible zap and run into the forest, I sit by a tree trunk and couldn't hold it in any longer, I busted into tears, then a green and yellow portal came behind me and sucked me in.
